Consultant (Will) was great. I told him what I wanted and why, he took notes and came back with a report breaking down each of my needs and the recommendation and price- analysis for each solution. He was very professional and provided guidance and recommendations based on our conversation which resulted in a better overall experience than I could have come up with on my own.

Best Buy is the very peak of excellence in my book. The buying process went smoothly with a knowledgeable seller representative. The washer/dryer we bought is working out very well. We had a longer wait to have the item delivered, but it was well worth the wait for the Geek Squad to set it up. They were also very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable.

We bought a larger TV but more importantly we needed update for sound due to hearing deficit. We went through 2 systems and are settling in with the Sonos sound bar and the extra speakers. Rikardo went above and beyond researching the system that would work best for us, and made the exchange seamless. Scott came twice to do the set ups and he was very patient with us! I would give this team 10 Stars if I could.

The in-home consultation was very positive experience! The initial visit from the advisor was terrific. Sean was in touch the day before and was clear about his arrival time. He was eager to learn about my goals. He helped me think about different products I might consider, but I did not feel like I was being convinced to buy more than I was interested in. He answered all my questions and took time to ensure I felt comfortable with all decisions. The installation team was communicative about their arrival time. They were very respectful during their visit. They answered my questions and went out of their way to find answers to questions they did not know the answer to off-hand. I appreciated that I was not left with any trash to remove (eg, boxes/packing).

We had 2 in home consultants. The first I think was trying to get a big sale and didn’t care about our experience. He recommend things that did not fit in our space, upsold us on things we did not need, and then ghosted when we had trouble. Best Buy then sent us Vanessa who made all the difference in the world. She recommended products that fit and cost us significantly less, she helped us with the return of our other products, and made sure to check in with us at every point of our delivery and installation. If it were not for Vanessa I don’t think we would have ever shopped at Best Buy again but she made us feel taken so very well care of. She deserves all 5 of these stars

We were shopping for appliances and we are so happy we came to Best Buy. Alisha was very helpful and communicated every step of the way. She found us the best deals and set us up with professional installation. I highly recommend Best Buy and Alisha Sexton!

First off I have to say I was little skeptical of this free service as I had so many questions regarding my wireless internet setup. I was absolutely blown away at how informative and informational my tech was, and how he was willing to go above and beyond to help me figure out what I need to do to have the best system for my home and applications. He even gave me his cell number to call which I did almost a week later and he still walked me through questions I had. In the end I was very pleased because this whole process was so worth me not spending money on equipment that was unnecessary. I was able to upgrade one piece of equipment for much less and I improved my system 10 fold. Thank you Best Buy for this excellent service.

I needed help in selecting a sound bar for my living room TV. I was not so much concerned about the volume as I was in the clarity of dialogue while watching TV. It was great to have an expert, Carl Kearse, come to my home, take a look at the size of the room, assess the acoustics and make a knowledgeable recommendation. This is a GREAT service and helped tremendously in my shopping experience at Best Buy.

I wanted to remodel my kitchen and get all new appliances. From other family members’ recommendations, I went with BestBuy. Dave was awesome to work with and was extremely helpful/great to talk to. He is great at his job and I’m appreciative for that! The only downside was the dimensions for the oven on the BestBuy website were incorrect, but Dave helped me figure that out!

I must thank, Rod. He helped us, with all of our appliances. We had a lot of problems. He went above and, way beyond to rectify them. He responds, quickly to all our calls and questions. He's amazingly, wonderful,knowledgeable and patient. If it wasn't for Rod, we truly would have went elsewhere. Thank you, again Rod. They really should clone you. You're a true, gentleman and very respectful.

Help with a tricky TV hanging. Needed to be accurate hung regarding height ....plus or minus 3/16th of an inch "window". BB team stuck it out and spent the time it took to get it right and then made sure I could operate the new set. The deserve a bonus...both the Michael Curran in the store (for answering many questions and addressing some that would make the install go smoothly.... and the team on site!!

We had an unusual problem replacing a 15 year old TV around which the wall had been constructed specifically tailored to this device. Best Buy helped us determine the best approach to this issue with the optimum TV as far as technology and a creative solution to a very large hole in the wall once the old TV was removed. The consultant was extremely knowledgable and professional. There was no pressure to purchase from "Best Buy" just the consutant's concern to find the best solution for the customer. Very happy with the process, the product and the install. Would highly recommend.

I needed help picking the best tv and sound system for my space and budget. Not only was Jordan knowledgeable he was also helpful and advised me on what would work best for my specific needs. The whole experience was great and I LOVE the way my new TV looks and sounds. It is by far the best home setup I have ever had. Thank you Best Buy team!!!

I just replaced my TV and my home sound system. From Start to finish we were impressed by the quality of the products and, especially, the quality of the service. The in-store Associate was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The In-Home Advisor was equally so-she listened carefully to what we wanted to do and our budget limitations. Her final proposal exceeded our expectations. Installation by GEEK Squad technicians led to several on the spot adjustments in the plan which further enhanced the system and saved some money to boot. We couldn't be more pleased.....Best Buy was indeed Best, across the board!

We needed help with a new home theater receiver/speakers. I was unaware Best Buy provided free home consultation and was excited to use this service. Josh came to the house and recommended a receiver/speakers that best suited our needs. We are extremely pleased with this purchase and the speakers sound awesome! We couldn't have done this without Josh's knowledge and help. He answered all our questions and provided honest feedback.

Caroline was the perfect solution to my dilemma regarding our need for upgrading, yet simplifying, our technology as we aged and felt overwhelmed with all the options. She knew what questions to ask and listened to our specific concerns. She gave simple, excellent explanations and was patient in answering our questions. We followed her recommendations and purchased a smart tv and sound bar. We are very happy with the choices she led us to make. Thank you, Caroline.

Christopher was terrific. He helped evaluate the fit of our new appliances. We had some reservations about our tight space for the washer/dryer, but with his help we were able to get what we wanted. It’s so nice to have such great customer service from everyone involved with our purchases. Installations done by Jose and Danny were great as well. Thank you all!

We went into the best buy store and got a HP all in one PC and paid to have Gabriel [geek squad] install the PC and do a data xfer from our old pc to our new one. He also set up our new WIFI. When he started the setup I asked where I would plug in the game stuff for Microsoft flight simulator when I purchased it, he let me know that the PC I purchased would not really run the flight sim and put me in touch with a customer svc rep that helped me order the correct system. When all of the new hardware arrived Gabriel came out and set the new system up perfectly I would recommend the setup for anyone not really into computer/software setup.
