    Horrible. I have purchase the top of the line washer and dryer. Told the day of the sale it was in stock. It wasn’t. Then when delivered it was damaged from factory. Worked to get another one delivered. This week it showed up and it was damaged... really?? So it has been 6 weeks and counting. I have no idea how you make any money....

    In Home Consultation Very Poor Followup

    Josh appeared very helpful while he was at my house; service after that was NON-EXISTENT. Despite numerous efforts at contacting him through phone, text and email, there was almost NO response. Wonder why Best Buy wasted my time and his! This was even after I called Best Buy and requested information through them.

    I asked him if the router he was recommending was MOCA ready. He said YES. It was not.

    I'm very disappointed Frank Avalos came did the consultation . We ordered stuff after we received shipping we asked if he would go back to help installed what we ordered. I left him text message he never replied back . I'm disappointed because as quick as he ordered the stuff that we purchased he should of replied in a timely manner to install items.

    I want new appliances for my new kitchen. The consultant arrived late for the appointment. We talked, she measured and suggested. She was supposed to get back to me with the appliances and costs. She left and I haven't heard from her. I like the idea of the service, but your consultant failed. Your consultant is long gone.

    Consultation was the biggest waste of time. The employee measured incorrectly and therefore it did not fit the space. Will never trust best buy to measure again for us. They offer a service they can't correctly perform.

    IHC didn't follow-up, didn't return phone calls in a timely manner, didn't even check to see what Geek Squad screwed up after the fact, Did not follow through on extended Service Contracts (I believe I am missing one....Bought 3 Samsung TV's never got codes for (3) 30 days free Sling TV. Not the personal "i'll take care of everything experience as advertised or promised by IHC ....No Bueno

    The home expert was not helpful. She took forever to return my calls. Also the third party Mastec technician was very rude. He also damaged my impact front door leaving damages to it that was caught on my ring video door bell.

    The in-home portion of the process was great. The follow-up support is much less than satisfactory. The products recommended were not sold by your stores. When I tried to contact your in-home representative by phone, by email, by text, I got no response what so ever. That, gentlemen is unacceptable customer service. And you can be assured it will factor into my next buying decision in your product line.

    It seems to me the agent was more interested in my money, in selling the equipment but no help in making sure I am happy with the equipment and installation. I am frustrated and disappointed.

    Good talk not a consultation

    Tech who came to our house to give consultation on home security cameras and smart home options was a very nice guy. He was honest. He told us he didn't know the trech options for home security cameras enough to advise us so he logged tickets with bbuy store guys to call us, which they did, but of course they aren't able to view my home and advise over the phone. Only wastred 30 minutes of our time.

    I was expecting someone to come out at 11 am on Sunday, stayed at the house till 4 pm, make few calls to no avail. I leave to go back to Palm Beach. On Wednesday, got a call from Best Buy saying that the person did not show up for work on Sunday, BUT, " today " was Wednesday. what happen on Sunday at 11 or 12 noon.

    No follow through

    The person who came out to consult us on the whole house sound system was nice. He arrived on time and spent an hour and a half going over what we wanted and the options available to us. We looked forward to seeing what he came up with and had money ready to fund the project. Sadly though, we never heard from him again. We emailed, we called, nothing. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

    Abhorrent customer service. We had a home consult where they visited and looked over our house. We haven’t heard from anyone since despite 3 phone calls and multiple emails. After we bought over $7000 in equipment, Best Buy went silent. Extremely frustrating! We’re hoping it’s due to unfortunate circumstances rather than just poor service...

    Useless consultation. The person couldnt recommend where to put my security cameras when I was told thats the reason for an in home consultation. Person gave me the impression he would rather be somewhere else. Also after all add ons, it would costs me thousandsof dollars, not including installation, which is done by a third party which person said they couldnt guarantee their work. Waste of time.
