    He wasn't even in my house for 5 minutes, I explained to him that I didn't think I was getting enough signal to my devices and I still don't know if I am, he sent me an appraisal for 450 dollars for new equipment but if my signal won't support it why would I buy it, very disappointed that I still don't have any answers to my questions

    Advisor arrived; assessed needs, selected devices, was to order and inform us. Never received word from him again despite 4 texts to him and 2 voice mails msg's. Just Disappeared !!

    She was in a rush & only interested in selling me things I did not need (like a new TV) instead of recommending the firestick). Nonetheless I did buy services I needed and tipped her. She gave me her card. I had to call 14 times & finally the office got in touch with her to call me back.

    The in home consultant that Best Buy sent to my home was nice. However, his measurements were incorrect, which resulted in a delay in getting the proper oven installed. When the installers arrived, they had to cut into the existing cabinet, which we expected because my husband said it would need to be cut. The in home consultant told us there would be several cuts in different places.

    During our remodel, I contacted Geek Squad for an in-home consultation to discuss home automation and security. I took time away from work to meet with the Geek Squad guy who promised a proposal by the following week. I never heard back from him. Maybe he decided that the current scope of my project wasn't big enough for him to spend time on. Would give zero stars if it were an option......

    The gentlemen came in and measured spaces for all of my appliances. But he said Best Buy has a 3rd party contractor that will help vent my over the stove range to the outside. But that was false, I had to wait 2 weeks for the contractor to tell me in 5 mins he doesn’t do that service. Then I had to wait another 2-3 weeks to my appliances installed.

    Terrible delivery drivers

    The delivery driver that first tried to drop our fridge off decided it was his job to measure the space and Found out he couldn’t read a tape measure so that resulted in our order coming a week later. If you can pick up your order do it. Don’t let these carnival workers deliver anything

    We had such high hopes about networking our home and improving our in home cell reception, etc. We had spent at least 15 Minutes talking to the store manager about the service he did in his own home and all of the fabulous possibilities. The day finally came and our consultant arrived. He spent all of 15 minutes with us , and his recommendation was call Verizon and turn on Wi-fi calling.

    no follow through - home consulting

    The consultant arrived at my house after rescheduling. He came up with a product plan that was never emailed as he said. (They know my email address, I received many reminders making sure I was home.). I spent hours on the phone and got nowhere. I finally reached the guy who said he would be calling me right back...should have known better. Waste of a lot of my time.

    The store personnel in pflugerville are never very helpful they did not have a clue about camera installation they scheduled me a unnecessary appt with a consultant that really did nothing to assist in getting this done, I never got a call to get this done like the consultant said I would it was a complete waste of my time and breath I like Best Buy but I will be getting this service elsewhere.

    Thank goodness Management stepped in after being put off by an in home consultant for over 6 months. To date I still not have received my refund for items which were never delivered, installations which never worked and items which were supposed to have price adjustments. Hopefully I will eventually get the installation and house I was promised by the in home advisor.

    Seems like everyone knows about this problem yet no one can seem to help with it. Bought the geek squad warranty got an email before the came and install and set up and now they say get tv calibrated and that’s not Included.they say oh it’s only about $100 since I have the coverage. This is a brand new tv I a.ready paid for a set up. Just don’t think that is right or fair
