Very Poor service

This was just a total waste of money. I know the techs didn’t want to come here in the first place and it showed. Service I received was not what was explain to me. I think I’ll be loading all these products on the back of my truck and return everything

Dissapointed

My consultant was either inexperienced with my issue, or worse, suggested services and products unnecessary to resolution. I only found this out with further exploration. The Best Buy Consultant recommended products & services which would have cost me over $2000. With more independent research, I solved my issue with about $350 in expenditures.

Glorified sales rep that only focused on a possible tv sale All the other projects were Best Buy purchases needing help with config .. he ignored my technical concerns and his proposal consisted of the few things I could do myself at far less than he proposed.

Terrible Service

I ended up installing a bunch of things myself because I had no answer. He made a mess out of the order.

They telephoned at 11:20 that they would be arriving in 30 minutes. When they failed to show, received a call from another person saying the person (s) were unable to again entrance. She attempted to contact them to see if they were yet in the area, but received no answer.
