    They didn’t bring the several pieces to the appliances i purchased. I even had the consultation prior to make sure that everything would fit and yet they didn’t bring the gas line to my stove or ice maker kit line.

    The guy that came out was nice, seemed knowledgeable. We walked through the room and I showed him the layout. The wires are already in place so I let him know I’ll need equipment and installation. He said he would send me a quote, but I never got it. I kept checking my spam/junk folder too. And, I never got a quote or heard from him.

    late / no measure tape (was looking for advise on tv to buy and be installed) said he let me know models to choose from and sizes / no response for well over a month - went to orland park store to see if I can get an update / this man sent from Montgomery / finally gave up still need to purchase tv - responded no thank you no chemistry on working together

    I had an in home consultation who wasn’t sure about measurements. He had to wait for the 3rd party company to come out to confirm what he thought (which took 3 more days) and by the time he went to order the items I wanted both was available.

    Consultant sold me equipement that was unnecessary and duplicative , said he would be available during install and many attempts to contact him failed to respond, bad info and terrible communication. Could not have been worse

    Do NOT use in-home Magnolia consultation group

    As a builder and customer the worse experience is using the Magnolia In-home consultation group. This group does not followup, provides inaccurate information, and fails to deliver in every capacity. Save yourself valuable time and money and just go to your local Best Buy store who are always there to serve you. The Magnolia group needs to be replaced.

    Poor Consultant Advise and Service

    I agreed to buy a floor model of a Samsung refrigerator. He did not advise me of need to have a new water line put in. The product was delivered without manual and without the valve for the ice maker. Also the refrigerator was not functional.

    I do not recall having an in home consultation. I requested an in home service on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 but was unable to get an appointment until a full week later, on the 17th. I could not be available that day so it was pushed out 2 1/2 more days to Friday February 19th, 2021 between 1pm and 8pm.

    Need better consultation to begin.. ring, eero not

    Wasted 6 hours on Saturday with geek squad..could not figured out how to installed and configured ring/eero pro setup. Removed old systems and reinstalled. Also motion detector was sold wrong so need tk buy again..still.have one camera on pool.side not.working well

    Agent G Calpo did not follow up on my needs. Was happy to sell product pkg ove 3k, Ordered wrong parts. When called said were right. Installers agreed they were wrong and corrected. Agent said my problem to return wrong ones and or pay postage.Disabled and can not get to store or UPS and he was aware of it. Contacted about price corrections and he did not correct all of them.

    Jonathan Rosche abruptly Left in the middle of a conversation in the text message with me on 3/25/2023 and never followed up. As a result I could not finish ordering my refrigerator. Extremely unprofessional service.

    My advisor never got back with me.

    My advisor came to my home and made some good suggestions. Said he would get back with me in a couple of days. He never did. I called him 2 weeks later. He said he would call me back. He never did. I called the 800 number a week later and they said he was on a conference call and he would call me back. He never did.
