No follow up

But the recommendations were just monetary figures with no equipment recommendations. So its like he was saying "give us $2000 and we'll put something in". I tried texting, emailing, and calling him for further assistance, but didn't receive any follow up.

You blew it

Best Buy call me on 1/6/21. Tv not available till end of March2021 . Tv was never put aside for me. Canceled purchase and set up . Purchased at Brands Mart 2 days later it’s on my wall. You guys blew it.

In home consultation

I tried a couple of the extenders with no luck. Seen an email from BB about in home consultations and sent in an email. Someone did come by and wrote some stuff down and said they would send me a list of what I would need to accomplish my goal. I never heard from them again.

Consultation didn’t show

While i cut my work day short and missed out on a family gathering cause it was the only day I could make it. He didn’t show up and no call was made to cancel. No accommodations were made to the mistake on Best Buy’s end

Ghosted by my consultant!

I got my recommendations (for new washer and dryer), wrote back asking for a different option for the washer, and never heard back. Tried calling (was on hold forever, finally hung up) and emailed him twice, to no avail. I wound up purchasing from Home Depot instead, so Best Buy lost my sale.

Complete waste of time and money

Salesperson was 2 hours late the second time he came to our home. Took almost two weeks to get TVs installed after purchase. Tried to up sell me with Magnolia the first time at the house. Horrible customer service. Will buy from Amazon next time, just like everyone else.

Poor Consultation

During this visit, the consultant did not discuss alternative locations for our outdoor TV and did not properly review the current sound bar system to discover that it could not be mounted to the new TV we were purchasing.

A waste of time

The consultant called less than a hour before the appointment to cancel, tried to give me a brief overview over the phone but told me I’d need an outside provider mentioned he’d email some information for reference which I never received

Best buy continued error for product selection

Disappointed

I thought everything went great and the gal that came out said she need to confer with the Geek Squad for some items and clarification about what was and was not possible. A month has passed and I have not heard anything back.

waiting on product installation

Was very unprofessional, finally gave us a call back and did not apologize or give a reason why he did not answer his phone. I would definitely not recommend anyone to do business with such an unprofessional and clueless advisor.

Wrong measurements and product recommendations

When I went to Best Buy to check out his recommendations the TV was a 65” (my current size), the fridge was not counter depth and too wide. I was very disappointed and have now sought measurements from an appliance shop.

NO Follow up for 6 months! Ridiculous!

The Consultant never sent the follow up as promised. I followed up with him a couple of times and I still don't have anything from him. He sent me a text after 6 months asking me if I'd like him to come back out. Why would I do that when I never received a report from the first time?!
