    Our home consultant was not very thorough and did not explain all details of the install. I had 4 rooms that needed work and they only did one room cause I was not informed of things I need to do or have to make sure the job was done. Very disappointed with the service I received.

    This was a total waste of time. The consultant appeared very disinterested in our project. After going through and around our entire house and looking at everything, he then mentions, "oh, we can't install 2-story homes". Really, why not say that at the start and save us both a lot of time. I would not recommend security installation from Best Buy.

    Waited for 45 minutes. No show. Called the customer service line and they told me the rep was still an hour out. Got zero heads-up and wasted a whole afternoon off of work. Just finished building a 4000 sq foot home and you’ve lost my business now and in the future. I’ll make sure and tell all my friends too.

    After many visits to try to fix my dw, and leaving it even more broken, the tech guy suggested I call the consultant. Who was also worthless. Considering dropping total tech mess-membership.

    My consultation report wasn’t delivered in the promised timeframe. I had to e-mail the technician to request it. In addition, my follow-up questions were never addressed, so I am not planning to purchase the equipment through Best Buy. Will likely use Amazon and hire another service to do the install.

    Seems like they knew what they were doing however I had to beg them twice to send me over the estimate. Supposedly he sent over the estimate twice however I never received it so I just gave up. I told him again however, he didn’t seem to care so I went with a different company and am happy.

    Mostly explained what could not be done. Best buy doesn't provide bell and camera systems. Claimed place by front window was higher than 10 feet, I disagreed. He advised that whenever we make a purchase from BEST BUY on anything to go through him, DUH. Got metal tape measure from kitchen,he was gone. No help.

    The consultants were knowledgeable but they never followed up with me. I emailed them with questions but they were never answered after a couple attempts to get a response. I was ready to get the installation done but since they never responded I used another company for the installation. They were more attentive to customer service.

    Didn’t show up !

    They didn’t show up at all ! When called, we were told that they messed up and will need to get to the end of line !! This was after calling thrice - initially twice were transferred from one to another dept with being told in the end that somebody will call you back !

    The in home consultant was nice and professional. He measured the opening for our microwave and then sold us the microwave and the trim kit. When it arrived, the items did not fit so we returned them. Best Buy was very gracious in refunding our money.

    I needed help to choose a stove My consultation sold me a range that did not have a griddle as I requested he will not answer e-mails from me and will not answer his phone he made me promises that he did not keep there was issues on the day of my delivery that should have not happen.

    We had a consultant come to the house and discussed how we wanted to hang the tv. He left and said we would see a quote. After several phone calls and text messages we never heard back. I ended up doing it myself. Very disappointing.

    Very disappointed in my service and the follow up of the Geek Squad Member and the store itself. I have left 4 voice mails to the representative and stopped in the store for assistance and received none. This will probably be my last experience with Best Buy

    It was worthless. He didn’t send many the recommendations. He didn’t follow up or anything. Made me feel funny. Comes looks around my house and hear nothing else. After a couple weeks was wondering if he was just checking my house out Scary

    Couldn't he happier with our service. From scheduling to walkthrough the house to determine our needs we were impressed with Camelle. The installation team of Vincente and PJ were outstanding and even came back to address an installation error by Suddenlink. Could not be happier as a major set of purchases from BB. Thanks
