In home consultant was a waste of time
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Brian was the worst. After he got my order, he ghosted me. I sent him multiple texts and he never returned them. I had to email the office of the CEO to get what was promised me.

Unmotivated and lazy

Just wanted me to purchase a tv over install of a theater system. The consultation had me set up to install only for the techs to come in and make excuses. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Never again!

Someone came to my house to assess it for a Ring alarm, and never responded to any of my calls, texts, voicemails regarding the quote. I had to go my Best Buy store to complain, and still did not get prompt service.

Just not happy

We finally called around 3:30 to fine out why no one showed. Was told technician was not feeling well or injured, but never called to tell us. We waited around all day for nothing.

Terrible experience

Will never buy from you again. Really dropped the ball.

Would give this 0 stars but not an option

To this day no one has contacted me and this was close to a year ago. Do the work yourself it’s not worth it at least in the Pensacola area.

Consultation was a complete waste of time

He left his coat on and had a huge back pack which he didn’t bother to take off. His answers to my questions were very brief and he appeared to be in a hurry to leave despite being at my home for only five to ten minutes

Sales person-excellent. Installation-Terrible

The sound from the stereo speakers does not match the movement of the mouths of the actors on the TV screen. I have been unable to get a Geek Squad appointment scheduled to fix the problem and my Sales Person says she cannot make it happen.

Poor all the way around

They never sent a quote after they were in my home for the consultation. Had to chase them for weeks to get it, and then when it arrived, it was wrong. Didn't include many of the scenarios agreed upon.

Better doing ordering myself

Wireless cameras no good at night

Lights on wireless cameras are also terrible. I believe all the lights should be 5000k in color. Flood lights are ok. I cannot get facial recognition at night even 15 feet away. Many times the wireless sensors don’t even work at night.

Nothing

The guy indicated he would put some recommendations and cost together and send via email in week since he was going on vacation for the next few days. We never heard from him again. So this was a complete waste of time.

Also wanted speakers throughout the house. Checked it all over suggested some items that we agreed on sounded good. He said he would work up an proposal and get it to me. That was about 6 months ago. Never heard a word.

Zee is Not the man!

The installer upon his arrival found that Zee had failed to adequately determine several factors critical to the product selection and this resulted in returns of over half of the components and swapping them for ones compatible with our home’s features. Zee’s was unapologetic and I was left with the feeling that he was unconcerned with the inconvenience that his “ lazy” approach to this installation had caused me.

Outdoor T V still not working.

Our consultant said she was going to order a part, but has not returned 2 separate emails asking for the status. Not responding to emails has been a consistent problem.
