Terrible experience

Never sent the quote as promised

I explained that the quote was higher than expected, but that I would discuss with the wife. I was told a quote would be emailed to me. It was never sent!!!

Our consultant was incompetent

He did not listen to my needs

Not wanting to research everything, I simply told him my needs and let him tell me what to buy. It was totally wrong and poorly configured. The installer had no idea why he had recommended that and we switched things out. It’s still not right.

Poor InHome expert

He should have been more expert! Now I have to drive 100 miles to take these items back to the store. The customer care person I called was worthless.

Waste of time

Kind of a waste of time if I would have known no measurements were gonna be taken and layout recommended.

Useless service

You’re asking me to review a service that I had at least 6 months ago.., so long I don’t even remember. And the person who came to my home never followed up and sent me the info she promised. So it was a complete waste of time.

Not happy

It’s like I need to follow up almost every day. Made me subscribe to yearly plan of geek squad protection and I don’t see any value now it’s waste of money for me!

Consultant Was 2X No Show - Shameful and RUDE

I called him after he missed the first ( he had no intention of calling me) and he said he overbooked himself. He guaranteed in his text that he would be on time for the second appt. He never showed up or called.

I received no proposal following the in-home consu

Texted the consultant and spoke with his manager - twice - no proposal has been presented.

UnProfessional and lack of knowledge
