    One product had the incorrect price and was promised to be corrected. Price was never corrected and consultant has been avoiding communication.

    They never showered up. Then they called and indicated that it was the following day but again didn’t show up. Two other people called and said the person I need to speak with will follow up. No one did. Disorganized service but funny you ask how it went!

    No one got back to me with a proposal

    In home consultants came out. I told them all of the new equipment I needed for the build out of my in home theater as well as a number of appliances and TVs for other rooms. They never sent a proposal, even after I followed up with 2 emails requesting it. I ended up spending $45k elsewhere.

    Consultant came to our home to give us suggestions for our new game room and he barely gave us any recommendations. Wasn't even worth the time. Glad it was free, or else I would definitely get a refund for this. Don't even bother with this. Just research online.

    After the consultation, I had additional questions prior to purchase. Received a text versus a return call from the consultant. When investing a significant amount of money a return phone call is a common courtesy as a minimum.

    A miserable experience. I can't begin to tell you, how much aggravation my wife and I were put through. The nerve of the tech to send me and email, looking for what?

    we didn't get our services promised. everyone else was able to deliver and set up but you. you touched our stuff and talk to us face to face .I dont see why you couldn't delivered. dont make sense to me.

    I never got an in-home consultation, I got a phone call saying that I needed to first pick out my security system and then be ready to buy it when he came out. I thought the consultation was to help me choose the right system for my home.

    Lack of disclosure concerning installation of prod

    During the consultation the "advisor" recommended additional speaker for the surround system, but failed to mention that the installation fee would go up considerably (1over 150% of the cost of the speakers being purchased)

    Consolidation was canceled. Scheduler scheduled a Consolidation instead of an installation., which resuled on me waiting an additional week for the correct installation.

    I was told someone would be at My house between 3-5 pm. I left work early to be home to meet them. At 5:15 I got a phone call with the only offering was to tell me to contact Verizon or buy a $200 system from Best Buy No help at all and a wasted afternoon

    My experience with Best Buys services recently

    It was the worst experience I've had. The in-home consultant was horrible to deal with, and in addition to not receiving return calls from him, it took me some very long and frustrating hours to get to speak with a live person when I called. I will not be making any big purchases in the future.

    Our consultation never happened!

    It never happened. The store never called to set the appt. When we went back to the store to do some more research we couldn't get anyone to wait on us so we left and ordered it on-line. It was then delivered to my home.

    I woukd give lower than one star if possible I scheduled a home visit and nobody showed up. A month or more later , I was called my a manager who apologized and said I woukd be contacted and again NO FOLLOw-up Worst customer service ever !

      In a world where free time seems hard to come by, we always aim to work within the open time frames our customers provide us.     She was great till after she left I never heard from her again.. she was supposed to go to the store find options and text/email me... so, months now still haven't replaced my oven,fridge, dishwasher, or stove top. Glad my time was wasted.

    Security system

    consultant showed up a day late, kept showing us security systems out of our price range, was suppose to come back 2 days later with install guy for final price and never showed up or contacted us. STAY AWAY FROM BEST BUY!!!!

    I wanted to have somebody install surveillance cameras in my house. The guy said they didn’t do such service but could refer me to a company that could install heir cameras! Why would I want some company’s cameras when I bought mine? The guy never came to my house to look at what I had either.
