My wife and I recently bought a new home. We needed a TV and a washer and dryer. When we started shopping we found that the choices were overwhelming. We saw products we liked but were unsure if they would work for the space we have and we didn’t want to make the wrong choice. While shopping at Best Buy we found out they offer free in home consultations so we signed up. The consultants were very professional and they gave us product recommendations for our TV based on the size of the room and the lighting it had. They narrowed down the many choices just a few so we could make a good decision. For our washer and dryer they measured the space we had to ensure the combo we were looking at would fit properly. It made the buying decisions for these big purchases much easier and I highly recommend the service.

Our consultation came along when we needed it most. We had been struggling for two years to find a replacement appliance, then suddenly we had the services of a consultant that we hadn’t known was available! He walked us through the selection, financing and installation of our replacement appliance and wrote it all up in the proposal, which we gratefully accepted! We are now waiting for the appliance to be delivered to the store so we can FINALLY finish this project.

We recently purchased a house and wanted to install a video doorbell and possibly cameras but wanted a recommendation on where and which brand to go with based on our needs. Michael was very friendly and informative and walked around our home to give us ideas on the best possible areas to install cameras based on what we were looking for. He was extremely helpful and I would recommend his service. We opted for the Ring system and purchased the ring doorbell with chime as well as 2 outdoor cameras with solar panels. We plan on installing a floodlight in the future as well.

Robert came to measure the space and ensure my new dishwasher would fit when it arrived. He was friendly and efficient. My new dishwasher is now installed. As he left Rob noticed my old, but working, TV. I complained that the channels I put in were not coming up correctly. He simply mentioned it wasn't the TV but that I needed to reset my remote. After he left I did just that and voila! I am so happy again. What a prince of a tech guy to have on your staff.

I took advantage of Best Buy‘s Home Expert and Dustin with Installs Unlimited measured for a new induction cooktop. At first I was concerned that he was not an employee that my issues were immediately addressed and I was so glad he was my consultant. His job was quick and efficient and professional. Of course I even asked questions and picked his brain about induction cooktop installation, brands, and types. Dustin addressed my issues completely. When I do buy my induction cooktop I am certainly going to ask that Dustin and his partner do the install.

I have been a customer of Best Buy for about 3 years and I am very happy with my relationship with the company. I started by getting my computer repair contract which is great. I keep renewing every year. I love my Geek Squad in Stroudsburg, Pa., Tyler always takes care of my problems. All the people in the Geek Squad and the rest of the store employees are always ready to help you. I also had the free at home consultation which Lou Shaffer came over and found the speakers that I needed to hook up to my very old tape recorder. I also had a In home Consultation and brought the EERO Pro 3 mesh router. All in all I am a dedicated customer of Best Buy. Congratulation to Rich the new manager at the Geek Squad.

Joel Tanchoco came out to our house on a Sunday and sat with us, listened to what we were thinking, then made suggestions. We wanted to replace our oven/microwave combo with a double convection oven, and put a microwave over our stove. We got what we wanted; he took measurements and advised we'd need to make the space bigger for the oven, and add spacers for the microwave. He helped us figure out exactly what we'd need, and arranged demo, delivery and installation for us. We couldn't have done it without him, and he is just another reason I love buying my appliances from Best Buy...they really make it easy and take all the guess work out of anything "non standard" ;)

After 30 years of service some of our kitchen appliances needed replacement. I shopped for a double built in electric wall oven and dishwasher with much help and information on size, color and the many differences the current appliances offer. All my questions were answered and I was able to buy a GE oven that fit perfectly. I really like it and the many things it can do that my old oven could not. The Bosch dishwasher is super too. I am pleased.

So my experience with the Home Expert's group was challenging. First impression was good, my original consultant was good, first stage of the installation (wiring for a new house) went okay. But then my consultant disappeared. It took me a month to reconnect with a new one. That also started out well. But as our house got delayed and it became challenging to schedule, their systems very failed them. When you delay in using product bought from Best Buy, the system 'times out' and wants to return all your product. My consultant wound up 're-purchasing' my product over and over just to 'game' the system. Then the coordination of the final install was a disaster. It went to poorly that finally they again had to 'game' the system and sent 3 dedicated installers to finish the job. Once they were there, the installers were fantastic. They helped me with some final tweeks to the system I was installing and did a very thorough and professional job. I think in fairness, doing a complete install of my complexity in a new home was a challenge for them. I blame their systems and management for the challenges that I had. In the end I have a wonderful whole house system and love it, but the path to that end was very challenging.

Will P has been the brand ambassador of local Pensacola Best Buy and Has been orchestrating a highly efficient team to help people not just in the store but home visits as well making it so easy to have an expert visiting the house, making recommendations ordering online, and installing over the next few days. We have the privilege to have total tech support and I can’t tell you how much money we have saved over the course of 4-5 years installing Range, microwave, dishwasher, internet and tvs. Highly recommend will P

I really did like the guy he was very helpful eith choosing my appliances which I really like. I have one complaint and it has nothing to do with him I have got to find the model number and serial number and they’re backed up against walls or are against each other . I cannot get to them…it but for me to get my warranty from the companies I have to have it. Why can’t they put those in places where you can find them. Do you have any suggestions. Other than that it was a great visit I’ve got everything I want. You should see my cooktop. it it’s beautiful. they hook it up on Tuesday. Thank you

Cindy Kaialau was phenomenal. She went above and beyond what I expected. She came initially do to a home survey in which she provided feedback on which home security options were best for my house - and on top of what when I mentioned I wanted to buy an outdoor TV, when she got back to the office she also helped me place that order even though her shift had ended already. I am so grateful for the extraordinary service - staff like her is the reason I shop with BestBuy.

We were looking for a new tv so we met with James M from Best Buy and he did a fantastic job. James pointed us to the best tv for our space and was very helpful thru the entire installation. He also knew exactly what we needed for the wall mount installation and arranged to have everything installed in a timely manner. We look forward to working with James in the future for setting up our surround speaker system. We highly recommend James for any thing you could possibly need at Best Buy. Jeff B.

This was my second purchase woking with Miles. I really appreciated his technical perspective and ability to understand my system needs. He listened carefully to my issues, asked a few questions and then made a recommendation that I accepted. He is a pleasure to work with and I will go thru him again the next time I need electronics. His availablity is a good reason to shop at Best Buy.

My husband and I just had a new TV and Sonos system, complete with speakers, CD player and phonograph, installed in our new home. Hannah listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and ordered exactly what we needed to accomplish what we wanted. The Geek squad who installed our new TV and sound system were excellent. They were particularly good AND patient when it came time to explain to me how to make everything work! We called Hannah when we discovered a mechanical problem with our new CD player and she was back at our house within a day or so to pick it up and order a new one. We will have our new one by the end of the week. I can't say enough good things about our experience thus far with Best Buy. We have already recommended them to our friends.

I needed help to confirm that I had ordered the correct items for my home entertainment area and Noe was superb! Very knowledgeable of Best Buy products and availability. He realized what I ordered would not be in line with other TV products in my home and suggested another which would give the quality picture I have in another room. Very pleased with this service.

I had to pleasure to work with Theron Anderson on the design of my surround sound system, TV and mesh system. Theron, was on time, prepared, knowledgeable and immensely helpful. He has such a great personality and made the experience a lot of fun. After my purchase Theron made himself available to answer questions and smooth out some delivery/installation snags. He gets my highest praise. I will definitely recommend him.

We planned to update our kitchen appliances and were impressed with the attention to detail and general efficiency that Savanna brought to our search. We eventually placed our order with Best Buy and Savanna handled all the details. Follow-up and general support were excellent. We would definitely use Savanna and Best Buy again.

The tech was able to not only resolve the issue I was having with Zone 2 of my system but showed me a much easier way to utilize the area. He also gave a couple other useful tidbits that will be helpful in the future. Great service and very professional.

I had a home theater installed recently, Austin and Jay were amazing! They arrived on time, were incredibly professional and friendly. They did a fantastic job installing my TV, receiver, wall and in ceiling speakers. What I appreciated most about them was not only their knowledge but how much it appeared they enjoyed the work they were doing. It was an exciting day for me, and their positive and friendly attitude made it even more great. I also absolutely love the gear and setup, it looks and sounds amazing!
