Caroline was the perfect solution to my dilemma regarding our need for upgrading, yet simplifying, our technology as we aged and felt overwhelmed with all the options. She knew what questions to ask and listened to our specific concerns. She gave simple, excellent explanations and was patient in answering our questions. I am currently working w/ the Best Buy Geek Squad team to install several key items: 3 TVs w/ soundbars, RF systems, universal remotes, new modem and web network and all the associated cables, mounts etc. The inhouse Geek Squad consultant has been fabulous. She is thorough, outstanding communicator, recommended appropriate products within the price point I wanted. She has done a great job coordinating the team for install and followup appointments. This project has lots of variables, as we're also working w/ Comcast on the installs. Every individual team member has been professional, easy to work with, creative in their solutions and competent. I highly, highly recommend the service and team. I've been primarily working w/ the Enfield, CT team, but we've also been working heavily with the Holyoke, MA team. They have all been super.

I had to pleasure to work with Theron Anderson on the design of my surround sound system, TV and mesh system. Theron, was on time, prepared, knowledgeable and immensely helpful. He has such a great personality and made the experience a lot of fun. After my purchase Theron made himself available to answer questions and smooth out some delivery/installation snags. He gets my highest praise. I will definitely recommend him.

After 30 years of service some of our kitchen appliances needed replacement. I shopped for a double built in electric wall oven and dishwasher with much help and information on size, color and the many differences the current appliances offer. All my questions were answered and I was able to buy a GE oven that fit perfectly. I really like it and the many things it can do that my old oven could not. The Bosch dishwasher is super too. I am pleased.

Our consultation came along when we needed it most. We had been struggling for two years to find a replacement appliance, then suddenly we had the services of a consultant that we hadn’t known was available! He walked us through the selection, financing and installation of our replacement appliance and wrote it all up in the proposal, which we gratefully accepted! We are now waiting for the appliance to be delivered to the store so we can FINALLY finish this project.

Christopher Nelson was the gentleman who came to our home for the in-person consultation re: needed materials for installing 2 TVs. He understood the tasks and discussed the variables and materials needed for this considerable sale and installation. He was efficient, well versed in all the components, considerate and realistic of our personal needs for viewing and listening, Chris is a fine representative for Best Buy. We were most impressed with both the in-store (East Hanover-Lionel) salesperson and Chris. Chris produced an estimate and proposal ahead of his stated schedule. His whole performance is 5 star and commendable.

Shawn Parker provided me with an excellent customer experience. His knowledge and communication skills are second to none. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends looking for a designer for their home theater experience. Thank you !

Robert came to measure the space and ensure my new dishwasher would fit when it arrived. He was friendly and efficient. My new dishwasher is now installed. As he left Rob noticed my old, but working, TV. I complained that the channels I put in were not coming up correctly. He simply mentioned it wasn't the TV but that I needed to reset my remote. After he left I did just that and voila! I am so happy again. What a prince of a tech guy to have on your staff.

I needed a refrigerator and washer/dryer and did not have much time to shop around. Jon was at the store that day when I stopped by. He helped me with what I needed quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable in making an educated decision. He also followed up and assisted with delivery scheduling. Overall, it felt like a white glove service. Superb!

Ben and Randy showed up on time and worked well with each other and with me, when they needed my input. Everything went very well and at the end of appointment, everything was working perfectly. I could not have done all of this by myself, so their help was essential.

Experience has been good, very knowledgeable and friendly. At times, follow up communication could be improved. We have experienced some delays, sometimes there appear to have been legitimate reasons for the delays. Advisors should always use their out of office replies when out of office. Causes me to wonder how many accounts these advisors can realistically handle. We had some issues with our Sonos system and the installation of our Nest Yale lock...these are now resolved. Sonos not easy to work with directly. We did not proceed with a TV calibration and should have received a credit for $49.95 which Best Buy claims we received 5-22-2020. We did not receive the credit. Not happy bout that. Calling involves long wait times and transfers to other people in attempt to get resolution. Don’t know anyone who can show us we received credit for the amount. We have reviewed our statement. Now Notified our advisor...we’ll see if he can handle.

As usual, Andrew was very knowledgeable in his suggestions. Someone mentioned the Eero to me when I was complaining about losing WiFi in the distant parts of my home, but they didn't tell me all I needed to know. I contacted Andrew and explained my situation. He made the recommendation, told me how it would work, and saved me some money by explaining how easy it was to set up. Since COVID-19, I have dealt with Andrew a few times, and he is ALWAYS helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I have medical issues that I have to be very careful not to be around others right now, and with my in home consultant, I feel very comfortable with any suggestions Andrew makes. Hey Andrew....thanks a bunch.

Salomon the project manager and Yuri the programmer both came by to reprogram our Savant system. They are truly professionals, courteous, on time, and problem solvers. When you need something done right the first time ask for Salomon and Yuri. Thank you Salomon and Yuri for a job well done!!

We are most pleased with the design & ordering process through Aaron and the installation of our new LG OLED G4 83-inch TV and with the installation of that TV and 3 Sonos Arc soundbars by Charde and Kurston. Smooth process from start to finish.

Cindy Kaialau was phenomenal. She went above and beyond what I expected. She came initially do to a home survey in which she provided feedback on which home security options were best for my house - and on top of what when I mentioned I wanted to buy an outdoor TV, when she got back to the office she also helped me place that order even though her shift had ended already. I am so grateful for the extraordinary service - staff like her is the reason I shop with BestBuy.

Robert (Rob) was extremely personable and had vast knowledge of the products Best Buy sold and what TV and sound system we needed for our great room. His familiarity with the products and technical knowledge was impressive. We did not even know that free consulations were available. I am glad we scheduled that consultation and even more happy that Rob was our technician. Would highly recommend!

I have used Joshua Harris twice now to consult in home projects. The first was a a new TV and sound system . He did such a great job in that that I decided to give Best Buy a shot when I decided to get new appliances during a kitchen remodel . I’m both cases I felt Joshua took the time to ensure I received exactly what I needed at the best value he could provide. Also his availability to answer questions and his follow up have been impeccable .

Absolutely great, my husband struggled with making a decision, the memory of the perfect stereo system from the 70's, and what is available right now, and what would work with what we already have. So when the Best Buy rep at the store told us we could have a consultant come to our home, seemed like the perfect idea. I was able to get an appointment within days, the consultant was very knowledgeable, and that day with him at our home, we purchased the speakers and receiver that stayed within my budget, and fulfilled my husbands life long dream. We got the speakers and receiver a little over a month ago, Best Buy Geek Squad installed them and hooked up what we already had, explained everything simply til we understood, and now you can't tear my husband away from his sound system!

We had an unusual problem replacing a 15 year old TV around which the wall had been constructed specifically tailored to this device. Best Buy helped us determine the best approach to this issue with the optimum TV as far as technology and a creative solution to a very large hole in the wall once the old TV was removed. The consultant was extremely knowledgable and professional. There was no pressure to purchase from "Best Buy" just the consutant's concern to find the best solution for the customer. Very happy with the process, the product and the install. Would highly recommend.

We were looking for a new tv so we met with James M from Best Buy and he did a fantastic job. James pointed us to the best tv for our space and was very helpful thru the entire installation. He also knew exactly what we needed for the wall mount installation and arranged to have everything installed in a timely manner. We look forward to working with James in the future for setting up our surround speaker system. We highly recommend James for any thing you could possibly need at Best Buy. Jeff B.
