    A waste of my time

    I was told several things that I know to be untrue and since that time I have found and purchased what I needed that I was told could not be done. I never received output from the consultation. I called twice and left voice mails that were never returned. Completely disappointed.

    Jacklin came to my house for outdoor cameras surveillance consultation. She said she would emailed me several options which camera to install. I called her and left a message giving her my email and asking her to email me but she never emailed me.

    Just not Finished

    If I could get a return call from the two messages that I left on the voice mail so we could address a couple of minor problems I would give the service five stars. But with no return calls in almost a week from the first message and the install not working I would say the service is poor.

    This solved no purpose: 1. Primary reason: No Free thermostat upgrade due to missing C wire 2. Security System: No options to enable pre-existing security system other than replacing it full suite The consultant was Courteous in attending to my questions though.

    Very disappointed!

    We didn't get what we paid for and we want Best Buy Geek Squad to come back and repair. 2 mounts were supposed to have wiring behind the wall and did not. A sound bar was supposed to be mounted and was not.

    Washer dryer installation and haul away

    They did not do the dryer door reversal and since then, I have been calling multiple times to get the credit back to my credit card, otherwise the installation went off well

    He explained 4 different systems for my media room set up with different viewing seating area. He looked up numerous different speakers size and stands. He explained to me the range of a wireless sub woofer. He also suggested I buy stands to put rear speakers on to improve the sound.

    Never Followed Up

    Came out and gave me a proposal. I tried several times to get them to come preform the work. Never emailed me back. I used the proposal and ordered the cameras on Amazon I installed them myself. So simple

    My in home consultation didnt happen. The day i was told it was going to be on, didnt happen. But i guess the guy showed the next day. But i was sleeping.

    After thermostat was replaced was without heat over the weekend. Tech support did not return my calls. I paid $500 to fix the problem Best Buy created.

    Horrible experience with this service. Guy came to take measurements and assess. Then never provided quote or return my calls. I contacted Best Buy and they said they would call me, but never received a call.

    I needed help with a new wall oven for my kitchen the consultation person that came over didn't give any advise or ideas all he did was measure very disappointed.

    The installation and equipment is good. Didnt get an onwers manual with the amplifier or 83 inch LG. Not happy with that at all.

    I needed my receiver for my home theater to be connected but the service technician that can to do the job was a pc tech and could not hook my receiver. Wasted half a day.

    Two people from Best Buy came out to my house and recommended multiple products and ideas and said they’d send me a quote and I never heard from them. I’m extremely disappointed and will have a hard time doing business with Best Buy after this.

    Technician not trained to troubleshoot issue

    Technician was not trained per him on our SideKick washing machine that is part of our LG washer and dryer set just installed last week from Best Buy.
