    I still do not have my new tv delivered an installed, the 3 rd party vendor is awful and the people at the store have not helped to insure I get appointment in the near future.

    Consultant did not do his due diligence. The product he recommended ended up not being compatible with my modem. Now I am stuck with equipment I don’t need. No one at Best Buy has called me back to try to address my issue.

    Best Started very Diligent and showed for the First Appointment--However after almost 2 months we never received a call back and a quote..after One Month we walked in and personally asked where our quote was...Steve NEVER FOLLOWED UP--ORDER # 1119102440318

    I've have 4 appointments to get my cameras installed and no one called or showed on the 4th appointment. My consultant won't answer the phone or call me back. So I've paid and nothing has been done. I'm so unhappy.

    The guy showed up and never followed up

    The advisor came and let me know he’d be following up with a proposal and product recommendations. I never received any follow up despite calling and texting and emailing him.

    I took off work and no one showed up. Salesman expected a sale prior to the home expert arrival.

    I did not get an in-home consultation. The scheduled tech person called a day or two before and said she typically didnt do an in-person visit for the kind of advice/information I requested.

    Our consultant had no interest

    Spent many hours on the phone trying to contact people for help regarding Many issues with my orders of 4- four appliances. ( never got the 4 th appliance) I never experience such unprofessional people and treatment!

    Unable to reach our consultant

    We still don't have one TV mounted. Main TV unable to watch after 2 hours of viewing. We have called and emailed to get help but no one returns are calls or email. We would like to talk to our in-house consultant!

    The Initial person who came to give quote never followed up back. I had to call her many times and never answered. I don’t know how she is surviving in the company. Same thing happened to my fried. Poor customer service and accountability.

    Was supposed to be in person and the store set it up as virtual. He called and apologized and said to text him photos and he would get back to me. Two weeks later I never heard back. Horrible customer service all around.

    Wanted home theater advice and set up. Went to store met the tech guy. He Came out and took measurements . Followed up 3 times in store no call back . Just a very poor service not sure if they have interest in the job.

    I was extremely disappointed with the in-home consultation. They consultant was very unorganized, did not have a formal estimate, added additional costs to the quote he gave me without my permission, etc. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional and unethical.

    The price For the appliances offered by consultant were higher than the price at the day I was planned to purchase products at the Best Buy store. Instead, I had to wait in- home consultant visit my home hole month... I lost my time.

    Total Tech never came. Canceled appointment via telephone. The in store person and the total tech person were not on the same page as far as advise.

    To get the response for my queries took many days. Tech did not even replied my email few times therefore I have to visit the store. Overall Not good experience.
