    You already asked for my review which said that the person came and I accepted the estimate and never heard back from anyone. We called your toll free number and reported this and gave a review and still have received no call or response whatsoever from Best Buy.

    Best Buy only caters to high end clients when it comes to Home Theater design. So if you are not willing to spend 13-15k in the coming weeks, they won't even consider.

    Lousy service, no follow up.

    The geek squad resource, Nathan, seemed knowledgeable. However, I never heard from him after his in home consultation. I was under a tight timeline to install speaker wire before they put up drywall in the house I'm building, too (best but and Nathan were both aware).

    I had two I home consultations. The first guy did nothing and scheduled a second guy. The second guy did nothing but sent an email to sell us products.

    No follow up from in Home sales associate.

    In Home consultant visited, never provided quotes for products reviewed. I had to call many times to get the quote. After receiving quote called many times ready to purchase and never received a return call. Still have not made the purchase. Very disappointed.

    They sent someone out to measure because homeowners aren’t dependable in measuring b. Then we waited and waited. When the oven finally arrived it was 3”to narrow because the “expert” measured incotrrectly. Now we wait another 3 weeks for the correct oven

    My consultant came to my home to measure my cabinet space for a new dishwasher to make sure it would fit. She came in a very timely fashion (same day I was in the store!), so I could order my dishwasher immediately.

    They were a week late in delivering and installing my TV never notified me the installers were good but the service from Best Buy was horrible

    Did not listen to what I wanted

    They did not listen to what I wanted and proposed an extremely high end system that did far more than what I wanted, but excluded the basics that I did want. I went another route, spent about 10% of what they proposed, and got everything that I wanted.

    Initially it was good, but the home expert failed to follow up or respond to my multiple texts and calls. We last spoke after he said he would get back to me, it has been two weeks have not heard from him.

    The rep promised to provide the prices. I even followed up and then after that I called the customer service number of best buy and they said someone will get in touch with me. No one ever did. It is poor customer care that I have no words to express.

    Technicians came and talked fast and left. I am old and slow and thus need written materials. I have recently spent a lot of money with Best Buy but have nothing to show for it.

    None of our TVs that were installed are working properly we have called our sales rep for weeks and have not received any response along with customer service. It’s been an absolute nightmare And 2 weeks later still no working TV’S

    Lack of product onowledge

    We have a drop in stove and the first person wouldnt touch it and the next consult pulled it out and verified the width was too small for the one delivered . He pushed it back in and basically said deal with the store

    The person said didnt know how to setup smart dev

    That is not In-Home Consultation but a sales person. As he does not know how to setup the smart device and and does not know which is only Amazon compatible or Google Home compatible. Hence the consultation was not persuaded.

    Consultant was supposed to show up. He said he rang doorbell and called but I didn't hear the doorbell or the phone. He said he left a message but there was no message. Don't know what to say here except that I didn't get work done that I paid for.

    the person only called me and never came to my house. Worst experience ever. I wasn't looking for anyone to help with technical support, I needed direction and explanation how to make my wifi perfect in my house.

    Didn't do what I asked.poor service! Said couldn't connect dvd player and vhs player.I was told you can! There is an adapter available. Geek squad is not that good.

    Salesman was great, product was damaged and the follow up calls promised never occurred. A company that doesn’t understand dealing with customers.
