Unreliable

You better have a very good reason!

This was the worst!

Waste of time

The consultation was quick and the expert had suggested an item for our internet, but we never got the follow up. I would not waste my time with this.

Great installation, but follow through terrible!

I do not understand why the ‘coordinator’ must be chased twenty times to respond to request to fix problems he promised to solve

BAD SERVICE

I never bought the system

He came and said that he would meet us at Best Buy at 2:30 the following Saturday. He never showed and no one ever called to schedule someone else

Electronics/security cameras

It’s big

My old Samsung had a better picture even though this LG Oleg is touted to be the best picture there is. For so much money, you’d expect it to be stupendious: it disappointedly isn’t

Never showed up...

After calling him and having him schedule another appointment, he said he has put in his calendar but still never showed up. I gave up after that ....

Terrible service

I figured the job didn’t make enough money. You lost me and I will share this bad experience with anyone wanting BB service.
