Undependable Consultants

Horrible service

She never got back to us. I emailed and texted and never got my questions answered.

Ghosted by Best Buy!

The guys were great, but job was incomplete

Issue from setup not resolved

In home consultation

Called to find out where it was a person at store said they would check and get back to me and that person never did either.

Long process, happy everything is finished

Your in-home advisors are terrible

No follow up after initial visit- no email, no rec

After an hour visit, I received no recommendations, no follow up calls, no contact as promised. I was disappointed in my experience & had wasted my time.

He referred me to another rep who was supposed to setup another appointment, but no one else came by my house. My issue wasn’t resolved.

Very Disappointed

I had to remind him to take measurements only to get a call back saying we don't have a stove to fit your space. Too much disconnect between departments.

I apologize for your issues with our 3rd party team, unfortunately some states have requirements for installers (especially appliance installs) that our Geek Squad teams do not fit. We do, however, hold our 3rd parties to the same expectations as our Geek Squad teams, so we would love to hear your feedback so we can follow up with that specific team.

Huge waste of time

He also provided a lot of misinformation. We ended up buying a lot of equipment that we ended up returning.

Advisor was terrible

KitchenAid Dishwasher installed by unprofessional
