    Was promised a quote the next day. Never got it. He called me 3 weeks later to see if I decided. I didn’t respond because it would not have been nice. He was more interested in other things than helping me.

    Your tech guy never showed up. We waited for four hours and finally called. Nobody offered any explanation or excuse. Nobody simply cared. So much for customer service.

    The associate never followed up. I tried calling several times to have a clear direction on how Bestbuy could help me but she never returned the call unfortunately

    Sent long letter to Best Buy already with all the detail and no response about how disappointed we were with our experience where we spent over $20k for our home.

    Waste of mt time. Consultant came out and that was all. I never recieved the quote by email. Called the consultant many times. Never got a call back. Left messages he never answered. Worse experience ever.

    terrible. absolutely terrible. didn't know i needed new valve. didn't know i needed "side vent". Sold me side vent "installation", but didn't have actual side vent.

    Pathetic Performance & Follow-Up

    Very poor response. I have spent 13 hours talking to 11 people to clear up a botched delivery with still no resolution. The sad fact is that I am an elite customer.
