    I have issues and have been waiting for 30 days with no response. Installers were great, but no follow up with my issues

    4 months trying to figure out what size stove top. Ridiculous even with an in home measure. We got so frustrated we said forget it and ask for a refund!

    Did not call back and if he did i got nothing. Maybe i missed an email but no calls. Im attemting to do the work myself. Really diappointed.

    The person has no idea of the products and services we was requesting. Very frustrating to speak with a person with no knoeledge of his job. We hired another company for the work

    consultant was not educated in current AV tech

    Consultant ordered wrong speaker wire and the wrong speaker banana plugs. He also said my existing 5.1 channel receiver was sufficient to support 7 speakers.

    I had an in home consultation for security camera system and then never heard another word. I have tried contacting them and no responses at all. How rude! It was just a big waste of my time.

    I tried several times after initial consultation to get the rep to call me to install devices. Never Got any responses. At least he was honest during initial consult. I'm done with best buy.

    On the day of my appointment, I got a call that the installation department will call me to schedule another apptointment. I never got a call, and no one has shown up till date. Very disappointing.

    We were not very happy and didn’t use you for our upcoming purchase of all new appliances. If we didn’t do our research we would have spent way more.

    I have requested home consultation and the guy came out 2-3 months ago. I haven’t received my quote still. I followed 3 times already and nothing happened. I am beyond disappointed.

    No one ever called or came to my home to give me any advice this is a waisted service.i went to the. Store the sales person told me someone would call and they never did

    Consultant never showed up and I could not reach them on the phone. The appointment was for 3/10 at 10:30 am, and their name was Joshua Sandoval.

    The system I was recommended didn’t work. I was only able to install half of it and now that half doesn’t even work. I feel like I wasted $1000

    What in home consultation?????

    I have only had one in home consultation and it was one to two years ago. I don’t count a recent delivery if a kitchen appliance as an in home consultation.

    I thought the consultant was ok but didn't seem like an expert. Was concerned with the people who would install when he told me thatthey don't get any training it is on the job

    Absolutely terrible. I am an Elite Plus Best Buy member and I guess that counts for nothing since this technician never came to my home. I am extremely disappointed.
