    Advisor Sold Me System That Needs Subscription.

    Install Team was great! Advisor hung me out to dry. Sold me equipment that needed a subscription for each unit - 7. Then disappeared when I needed help.

    The delivery guys just dropped it off and ran when we open the box the screen was cracked and the rim was bent of a 75 inch TV

    The guy who came to my home to give us enough information about washer and dryer did not have enough knowledge about these items and could not help us to decide well.

    I tried to buy two ranges. Had some questions but never got a reply so I bought elsewhere. Initial contact was good but not follow up.

    Never showed up!!!!! Got an email saying would be here at 435 it’s 715 got this survey asking how it went! Your company has failed miserably!

    We never got a call so no one ever came. We are going to go elsewhere to have our entire home audio/video system completely updated.

    Greatly improved my internect connection and speed

    Aaron was knowledgeable and did an excellent job informing me of my option. I do plan to have him back to expand my sound system and to help me set up my smart home network.

    The guys that came here would not listen to what I wanted I knew exactly what I wanted and they tried to sell me much more never again

    THE ONLY THING THE PERSON WANTED WAS TO SELL ME SOMETHING, IF I HAD KNOW THAT AT FIRST I WOULD HAVE NEVER HAD THEM COME OVER. WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!

    The in home comsultant was unexperienced

    Although the consultant acted knowledgeable he measured almost everything wrong. The fridge was too large. The stove didnt fit. The washer and dryer was too large.

    I had to schedule two separate meetings after the second no one ever got back to me. As of now I have a $1200 receiver purchased months ago sitting in a box with no follow up

    Guy came out to review what I needed to transform a small room into a media room but he never sent me an itemized list of what I needed and the prices.

    I went with another company because I planned my day around the appointment and I had to reach out to him to find out he wasn’t coming anyway.

    We had an in-home consultation done for a home theater and TV but we never got a quote from our consultant. We called and emailed but still nothing. We purchased somewhere else.

    The installation guys were awesome, but you guys sent me wrong subwoofer. I dont have all the syatem I paid for installed yet.

    In home consultant did not come to home, only did by phone. So IN home is really, let's talk on the phone. Couldn't accurately get an idea of what my home needs where.
