We needed home security and after three long months of talk to numerous security businesses and them not understanding or caring about what we needed I decided to try best buy. Best decision Ever! We went in, scheduled a home consultation and before we knew it we were set! Exactly what we needed and everyone involved cared and understood. We didn't even have to go back to the store to purchase our system. It really was some of the best money we ever spent.

Travis was phenomenal to work with. I am very happy with everything that was done.

Will P has been the brand ambassador of local Pensacola Best Buy and Has been orchestrating a highly efficient team to help people not just in the store but home visits as well making it so easy to have an expert visiting the house, making recommendations ordering online, and installing over the next few days. The "new to us" in-home consultation service from Best Buy was introduced to us by a relative who recently used the service In the Dallas area - and was very satisfied. The items we were looking for were "smart speaker's", new cell phone & new laptop. The smart speaker features were of high importance as we wanted the ability to make and receive phone calls with it and our new cell phone. The in-home consultation was extremely effective as we felt at ease talking about these items in the comfort of our own home. No pressure, no stress, no unanswered questions. What a concept! Many thanks to our consultant, Firman Saldana – great job of keeping in touch via email with more information about the products in our initial in-home consultation. So far everything is working as well or even better than our expectations.

We had 2 in home consultants. The first I think was trying to get a big sale and didn’t care about our experience. He recommend things that did not fit in our space, upsold us on things we did not need, and then ghosted when we had trouble. Best Buy then sent us Vanessa who made all the difference in the world. She recommended products that fit and cost us significantly less, she helped us with the return of our other products, and made sure to check in with us at every point of our delivery and installation. If it were not for Vanessa I don’t think we would have ever shopped at Best Buy again but she made us feel taken so very well care of. She deserves all 5 of these stars

I took advantage of Best Buy‘s Home Expert and Dustin with Installs Unlimited measured for a new induction cooktop. At first I was concerned that he was not an employee that my issues were immediately addressed and I was so glad he was my consultant. His job was quick and efficient and professional. Of course I even asked questions and picked his brain about induction cooktop installation, brands, and types. Dustin addressed my issues completely. When I do buy my induction cooktop I am certainly going to ask that Dustin and his partner do the install.

We recently purchased a house and wanted to install a video doorbell and possibly cameras but wanted a recommendation on where and which brand to go with based on our needs. Michael was very friendly and informative and walked around our home to give us ideas on the best possible areas to install cameras based on what we were looking for. He was extremely helpful and I would recommend his service. We opted for the Ring system and purchased the ring doorbell with chime as well as 2 outdoor cameras with solar panels. We plan on installing a floodlight in the future as well.

Craig, Adam, and Jerry were fantastic ... extremely knowledgeable, highly courteous, and very professional. They have a strong work ethic and great integrity ... would highly recommend them to anyone interested in upgrading their home entertainment system.

We needed an upgrade to our home WiFi. Angela came in to assess the situation and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a solid recommendation for a setup to resolve the issue. Recommended solution installed 24 hours later and has been running flawlessly in the weeks since. Also got a great recommendation for a backyard security system and got that setup for us too. Great service. Great result!!

Matthew was fantastic…very knowledgeable! He was very informative about the various security camera options.

We needed a new refrigerator and wall ovens. Sam was able to walk us through the options and features of each brand that we were looking at to make the decision much easier. Sam also provided confidence when we were trying to determine whether the new appliances would fit into the existing space.

Rome Charnel was a pleasure to work with. Extremely attentive and on top of every small detail. I completed a large overhaul of my home electronics including 2 new TV's, a power amp for my Existing Artison speakers, a new sound bar and power surge protection. Installation was flawless and on schedule. Highly recommend Rome.

The in-home consultation was very positive experience! The initial visit from the advisor was terrific. Sean was in touch the day before and was clear about his arrival time. He was eager to learn about my goals. He helped me think about different products I might consider, but I did not feel like I was being convinced to buy more than I was interested in. He answered all my questions and took time to ensure I felt comfortable with all decisions. The installation team was communicative about their arrival time. They were very respectful during their visit. They answered my questions and went out of their way to find answers to questions they did not know the answer to off-hand. I appreciated that I was not left with any trash to remove (eg, boxes/packing).

First off I have to say I was little skeptical of this free service as I had so many questions regarding my wireless internet setup. I was absolutely blown away at how informative and informational my tech was, and how he was willing to go above and beyond to help me figure out what I need to do to have the best system for my home and applications. He even gave me his cell number to call which I did almost a week later and he still walked me through questions I had. In the end I was very pleased because this whole process was so worth me not spending money on equipment that was unnecessary. I was able to upgrade one piece of equipment for much less and I improved my system 10 fold. Thank you Best Buy for this excellent service.

We needed assistance in purchasing laptops. Linus was amazing! Apart from being extremely knowledgeable and explaining thoroughly the different options, he is extremely polite, friendly and efficient. He made us feel as if we were Best Buy's most important customers - I am certain this is how every single customer feels when they are fortunate to be helped by Linus! We will remain customers for life because of him and others like him at Best Buy!

We went into the best buy store and got a HP all in one PC and paid to have Gabriel [geek squad] install the PC and do a data xfer from our old pc to our new one. He also set up our new WIFI. When he started the setup I asked where I would plug in the game stuff for Microsoft flight simulator when I purchased it, he let me know that the PC I purchased would not really run the flight sim and put me in touch with a customer svc rep that helped me order the correct system. When all of the new hardware arrived Gabriel came out and set the new system up perfectly I would recommend the setup for anyone not really into computer/software setup.

The techs that set up my new TV were outstanding nd very helpful Not being very tech aware myself , I even had to call once with a question which he walked me through to solve my question and after the install, and the one phone call, made t very clear that to not hestiate to call again with any questions they can help with. They are very nice guys, and made me feel comfortable to know they have my back....Thank You

We had a consultant come out to look at installing a Ring doorbell and cameras. Kurt helped us with determining best locations for the cameras to get optimal coverage. He also helped with reviewing our internet speed and installing a mesh network to provide better coverage for the house including the external cameras.
