I have used Joshua Harris twice now to consult in home projects. The first was a a new TV and sound system . He did such a great job in that that I decided to give Best Buy a shot when I decided to get new appliances during a kitchen remodel . I’m both cases I felt Joshua took the time to ensure I received exactly what I needed at the best value he could provide. Also his availability to answer questions and his follow up have been impeccable .

We needed home security and after three long months of talk to numerous security businesses and them not understanding or caring about what we needed I decided to try best buy. Best decision Ever! We went in, scheduled a home consultation and before we knew it we were set! Exactly what we needed and everyone involved cared and understood. We didn't even have to go back to the store to purchase our system. It really was some of the best money we ever spent.

I have to say this experience was as good as I could had hoped for. Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable while not pushing me into the most expensive things but what was right for me. No high pressure sales, but gave me plenty of options to choose from depending on what I was comfortable spending. Would absolutely recommend this service.

Highly recommend the Best Buy In-Home Consultation with Chris. He will help you choose the best Home Theater System for your needs and the best room configuration to maximize the picture and the sound. Also highly recommend the Tech Support. Chris will serve as your sole contact for all your technical needs. Had it not been for Chris and the Geek Squad (Austin and Jeremy), we would have returned our 77 inch LG OLED TV. They know best how to adjust the settings on all your home theater devices so everything is synchronized and provides the best quality picture and sound. Don't try to do this on your own. You will be shocked at their expertise and all the adjustments they will make to maximize your home theater setup.

The two delivery men came in, moved my old refrigerator out, brought the new one, and got it set up. Then the scanned the QR symbol (for the WiFi connect. Then they explained the features of the unit, gave me the instruction book, asked if I was satisfied, and then left. I’m really liking the choice I made (it’s a really nice refrigerator).

I wanted to purchase a camera, Amanda was my consultant so she came over and took a look at my house.. it was fast and easy, I didn’t think much of it until the actual geek squad came over to my house. The gentlemen’s name Jeffrey i believe. He’s a very nice man, the only issue that Amanda did not cover was how is my internet speed, what kind of router and modem do I have and where to place the actual DVR because where I wanted originally he was gonna have to make holes. So I had to move location & buy more products on top of the installation fee. Overall I am happy with the camera. The Geek squad crew install the camera very beautiful and I love the way it’s set up. But make sure you look into the camera, the internet speed you might need and the router & modem you have plus the location in the house where you want

I needed a refrigerator and washer/dryer and did not have much time to shop around. Jon was at the store that day when I stopped by. He helped me with what I needed quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable in making an educated decision. He also followed up and assisted with delivery scheduling. Overall, it felt like a white glove service. Superb!

We needed recommendations on a new home media center both video and audio systems. Brett was excellent in assisting us in our choices and made very good recommendations. Steve at the store set up the appointment and was very helpful there, too. Brett also followed through quickly with a proposal. Geek Squad guys were amazing.

Robert (Rob) was extremely personable and had vast knowledge of the products Best Buy sold and what TV and sound system we needed for our great room. His familiarity with the products and technical knowledge was impressive. We did not even know that free consulations were available. I am glad we scheduled that consultation and even more happy that Rob was our technician. Would highly recommend!

Needed to take old TV off of wall mount and place new TV in its place, attached to existing soundbar. Then place old TV in the new TV's box. The two men did an outstanding job. Both very professional. They arrived an hour earlier than the window but called to let me know before they came. I could not be happier with their final product.

We were in need of a new fridge and ended up with a full kitchen set! Adrian, our sales rep, gave us the best experience! He was very informative, asked all the necessary questions and was able to find us the best deal. To add on, our stove was back ordered but he checked the status everyday until it was available and reschedule us at an earlier date. Then the follow up after delivery just completed the A+ experience!! One last add on: my dog loved him! LOL

We needed assistance in purchasing laptops. Linus was amazing! Apart from being extremely knowledgeable and explaining thoroughly the different options, he is extremely polite, friendly and efficient. He made us feel as if we were Best Buy's most important customers - I am certain this is how every single customer feels when they are fortunate to be helped by Linus! We will remain customers for life because of him and others like him at Best Buy!

I am very impressed with the service that Best Buy gives to their Tech members. Todd came to house and suggested the best size TV for the area. He was very informative and help with the purchase in our living room. Then Alex came a week or so later and installed TV and put old TV in bedroom and took away oldest TV. Really like my sony Bravia. Great picture! It was a great experience working with Todd and Alex to accomplish our goal. I thank you for the great service.

I really appreciated the free in-home assessment that Harley and his associate completed for me. They are very knowledgable, personable, and answered all of my questions completely and respectfully. I had several problems to overcome with my old equipment- they identified trouble spots and made step-by-step recommendations. At no time did they make me feel “pressured” to buy beyond what I was comfortable with. They understood my “price pain threshold !” Very satisfied and appreciative of the in-home assessment. Thanks Harley, and thanks Best Buy !

Very thorough and knowledgable about everything from major appliances to entretainment hubs. I felt like she was interested in learning my needs and was there to help me rather than to just sell or get the most money out of me. Even after delivery she still followed up and helped me answer a few other questions. I'll definitely be going back next time I need help. Also, products look great in the house! Wouldn't have looked as nice without her help.

The product is great, exactly what we ordered. It all performs well with the exception of the “remote confusion” caused by interoperability issues. What once required only 1 remote for us previously now takes 2. Our install team was great. Professional and efficient with our time. The best part of our experience is our Project Manager Hallie. We continue to purchase at Best Buy specifically because of Hallie. She always has the right advice and tech insights that are invaluable to us. Lynda

When Jeremy Stettler Came to the house I had no real idea of what I needed only what I wanted. I had no real idea of how to make all the new devices I wanted would work in the (old) systems I had then. By time Jeremy was done it was good choices. Now a month later everything is as I wanted and needed. Great Job Jeremy. Also he had great customer service and knew how my old devices would work with my new ones. This was important to me as I could not afford all new devices.

Gerald was absolutely the best. Gerald explained everything to detail. My TV and sound bar went in as planned. The team that came out to our place in Los Gatos was very good. The team that came out to my sons place in Belmont was not good. They had to hang the TV twice. I have exposed wires which I was not supposed to have. I have additional holes that now need to be fixed. I’m to the point that it might be best to hire our own people the next time we do this so that we don’t a mess like we have in Belmont. Is Best But going to fix the problem that we have?

The overall team at Best Buy in Downers Grove is very friendly, always willing to help and attentive to my technology needs. In Particular Josh Mladenik! I worked with Josh for a whole home entertainment system that included a Tv, mount, cables, Apple TV, and surround sound. Josh was very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. You can tell he really enjoys his job and enjoys helping people. I would recommend this store and in particular Josh to my friends & family.

The techs that set up my new TV were outstanding nd very helpful Not being very tech aware myself , I even had to call once with a question which he walked me through to solve my question and after the install, and the one phone call, made t very clear that to not hestiate to call again with any questions they can help with. They are very nice guys, and made me feel comfortable to know they have my back....Thank You
