    What was recommended during my inhome consultation was then contradicted by the tech coming to actually do the installation. Waste of time- Geeksquad failed miserably.

    I had someone come out to measure the space for my double ovens and I could have saved him a trip and did it myself. He googled in info and still got it wrong!

    We were home at the appointed time. The consultant phoned to say he was a quick hr. away. We made another time for later that day, he never showed.

    Needed help with sound. Sonas sound bar was recommended and I agreed to purchase but never heard back from REPRESENATIVE.

    Terrible - supposedly the ‘best’ but obviously do not know their products or the construction locally to use for equipment. We had a nightmare....

    Consultant came out and we discussed some projects. He took notes and said he would be in touch with some recommendations, but we never heard back. Very disappointed.

    Not able to manage. Followed protocol and contacted advisor, and also went into store to get assistance. Was not successful. Wasted money. I am very dissatisfied.

    GS has been to the house 3 times after initial consultation and still can’t get the set up right nor do you follow up messages.

    Delivery and install not completed by Best Buy

    They could not find parking in south philly so they left. We ended up having to get a separate company to come install the oven
