    My experience with the home theater was terrible. The advisor was not willing to provide any input unless I made a commitment to buy first.

    Tim Greenlaw was very helpful with ordering and installation of our washer, dryer, and microwave. However, I am now reporting I am having a major problem with our microwave Total Tech Support. I am paying a lot of money for this service, and am not getting results. Our microwave was installed very crooked, and 3 days later, it broke entirely. I have made 3 calls in reference to this. They immediately offered to replace it as per my Total Tech Support contract. But because it was not in stoc, I have been told each time I must remove it myself and deal directly with Whirlpool. This is not possible, and is not per contract. The microwave is available to order through several different sites. I am demanding that Best Buy deliver on their contract to complete this process in a satisfactory manner.

    In home consultant was friendly and knowledgeable unfortunately I never received the recommendations/proposal for the TV and sound upgrades.

    Just hire an actual alarm company

    Ben was very attentive and answered all my questions when first purchased our alarm system. I was patient with the back and fourth of wrong equipment. When other unresolved issues came about he completely ghosted me. Had to work through many connections to get the manger to finally help me.

    My advisor rescheduled twice saying family emergency in the last minute and then the third time no reschedule or didn’t even come.

    very nice, but didn't take the time to listen. was just interested in seeing what he could sell me so he could make his bonus on Black Friday

    Waste of my time. Your employee was worse than terrible. The tech who came to do it said it wasn't safe to do.

    Geek squad home consultant came to me house and was supposed to call me back to meet at the store and prepare a quote, never did any of that

    They came out once to take measurements and discuss how 4 flat screen TV's could be mounted. Unfortunately no one ever called me back after that!

    Had a review done in home. Ended up doing the same thing with another vendor at over half the price less. Was not thrilled.
