    After in-home consultation on range hood is done, no follow up and no return calls. I guess Best Buy doesn’t want to do business with us?

    BB canceled my appointment without reason and without my consent and without a call. Zero follow up. Very Poor!

    The In-house consultant was unresponsive and never cared for customer service or appreciation. I had placed a large order with him and when I called and reported poor TV mount and asked it be fixed, Nathan never bothered to act upon my complaint and stopped responding to my calls. He seemed least interested to fix my problem since he got the order through me. Would not recommend him to anyone.
