Our consultations are meant to make it so you can get products that fit your personal needs and home in the easiest way possible, but that's hard to do if you were never contacted with a quote for the products you were hoping to purchase. That's far from how we intended to handle your request for an In-Home Consultation, and it saddens us to learn that we let you down. At this point, calling (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778 would be the best bet for us to have one of our phone reps track down the In-Home Consultation Agent, and get you your quote from the visit.
