    Terrible service lost client

    I was excited to finally build out my media room. Planning to spend a substantial amount on speakers the magnolia Best Buy rep scheduled a in home survey prior to finalizing my order. Geek squad never showed up , no call no cancellation . When I called to ask what happened I was suddenly tol that I had to pay 100 dollars after I was told it was free. After complaining of this sudden change of agreement the sales rep promised a schedule for free. Again nobody showed up. No call nothing. I am extremely dissapointed as not only I lost two days, my kids lost two days of their spring break. Best Buy definitely lost this 4K order but will not be my first choice going forward for future purchases. Honestly the worst part for me was making my kids wait at home two full days during their spring break while they could have gone somewhere fun instead.
