      In a world where free time seems hard to come by, we always aim to work within the open time frames our customers provide us. Our goal is to always work around your schedule and limit any possible inconvenience. With that in mind, having your In-Home Advisor miss visiting your home at the scheduled time is not a good way to start a business relationship.     I was not allowed to leave zero stars, which is what my rating is. My experience was a disaster. The washer was sent back because they would not reinstall my old dryer on top of the new washer. He even looked it up and put it in writing. He also said it would fit on the new washer. I went someplace else that same day and found out it wouldn't fit no matter what per a call to LG. I had to buy both. NEVER will I go to Best Buy again. I even cancelled my credit card. If he had done his job, none of this would have happened.

      If you were to receive information after a consultation, I too would be wondering where to go for questions! Please call us over the phone to see if we're able to answer some of those questions or concerns you may have about your consultation that took place, and future installations that need to be scheduled at, 1-800-GEEKSQUAD!

    We asked help to replace two pieces of appliances. Long story short. The deliver and installation of the double wall oven was a nightmare. We had to hired a carpenter to modify the cabinet to properly fitted the oven. The garbage disposal was the wrong style all together. The worst part is that Jesse Flynn-Pratt ( the so call consultant) ghosed us and we had to figure everything ourselves at the end.

    Terrible Support After The Sale

    Terrible. Matt came to our house and measured and assessed and said we could get a certain drop-in stove and downdraft. The installer arrived months later and said that our exhaust was 4", but 8" was needed for this product. The installer called Matt and we called Matt...he does not return your call after the sale. To this date, Best Buy still has not given us a full refund. We will never purchase from Best Buy again and we will spread the news about their customer support after they have your money.
