We were in need of a new fridge and ended up with a full kitchen set! Adrian, our sales rep, gave us the best experience! He was very informative, asked all the necessary questions and was able to find us the best deal. To add on, our stove was back ordered but he checked the status everyday until it was available and reschedule us at an earlier date. Then the follow up after delivery just completed the A+ experience!! One last add on: my dog loved him! LOL

I really did like the guy he was very helpful eith choosing my appliances which I really like. I have one complaint and it has nothing to do with him I have got to find the model number and serial number and they’re backed up against walls or are against each other . I cannot get to them…it but for me to get my warranty from the companies I have to have it. Why can’t they put those in places where you can find them. Do you have any suggestions. Other than that it was a great visit I’ve got everything I want. You should see my cooktop. it it’s beautiful. they hook it up on Tuesday. Thank you

Chris was very helpful in coming out and helping us find exactly what we need for our specific needs. The home installation team did an excellent job of installing our new equipment and made sure that we understood how to operate the new system and did not leave until they answered all of our questions. A very good experience from start to finish. Great job everyone!

Very thorough and knowledgable about everything from major appliances to entretainment hubs. I felt like she was interested in learning my needs and was there to help me rather than to just sell or get the most money out of me. Even after delivery she still followed up and helped me answer a few other questions. I'll definitely be going back next time I need help. Also, products look great in the house! Wouldn't have looked as nice without her help.

My experience started with Kenneth in store. He was an unbelievable sales person, but did not try to over sell me. Give me some ideas then I met Dave Herbison for my in-home consultation. He was phenomenal, very knowledgeable and very professional. He also did not try to over sell me just gave me the information that I needed to make an accurate decision, it was the best experience I’ve ever had

We’ve been working with Geordie for our home entertainment and sound needs, and he’s the best. He’s up to date on all the latest technology, is quick to respond, and makes sure we get what we need. If there’s an issue that comes up, he makes sure it’s handled, even coming over to assess anything if needed. Can’t say ebough good things about him.

I am very impressed with the service that Best Buy gives to their Tech members. Todd came to house and suggested the best size TV for the area. He was very informative and help with the purchase in our living room. Then Alex came a week or so later and installed TV and put old TV in bedroom and took away oldest TV. Really like my sony Bravia. Great picture! It was a great experience working with Todd and Alex to accomplish our goal. I thank you for the great service.

Outstanding service. Our speakers are old and the and sound output is failing. Bryan researched speakers compatable with our system, recommended best option and set up the appointment for installation. We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Bryan. The in home consultation service from Best Buy met our needs.

They are the experts, from the home review technician that designed the system and followed thru with estimate and outlined the job for the installers. And the installers that really know the business that weren't done till everything was tuned and trained my family to use the system 10 of 10 Thank You

Joel Tanchoco came out to our house on a Sunday and sat with us, listened to what we were thinking, then made suggestions. We wanted to replace our oven/microwave combo with a double convection oven, and put a microwave over our stove. We got what we wanted; he took measurements and advised we'd need to make the space bigger for the oven, and add spacers for the microwave. He helped us figure out exactly what we'd need, and arranged demo, delivery and installation for us. We couldn't have done it without him, and he is just another reason I love buying my appliances from Best Buy...they really make it easy and take all the guess work out of anything "non standard" ;)

Our Best Buy consultant Xavier Rodriguez was awesome. He was very professional. helpful, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and nice. What a great experience. He provided outstanding customer service and represented Best Buy so well. I hope this message will make it to his supervisor and even the corporate offices so management can find the time to recognize and commend him for my beautiful wife and I, thank you.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Joseph made great recommendations and the guys who installed were easy to have around while they did their work. I loved the in-home consultation. Everyone seemed experienced and competent and friendly and approachable.

I just replaced my TV and my home sound system. From Start to finish we were impressed by the quality of the products and, especially, the quality of the service. The in-store Associate was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The In-Home Advisor was equally so-she listened carefully to what we wanted to do and our budget limitations. Her final proposal exceeded our expectations. Installation by GEEK Squad technicians led to several on the spot adjustments in the plan which further enhanced the system and saved some money to boot. We couldn't be more pleased.....Best Buy was indeed Best, across the board!

David Bortz was of the greatest assistance in every stage. We aren't exactly tech-savvy ourselves, so to have his help from initial consultation and evaluation of our needs with the right products made our experience perfect. And he did it all with a friendly manner. We would highly recommend him to others, and when we want future purchases ourselves, we will seek him out.

Another fantastic installation by Cody of the Best Buy team! Terrific install, all done very well, 1000% professional, explained everything, shown how to use the new products, apps, etc., and could not have been more helpful! Cody made it look easy but clearly he has the knowledge and experience to carry this off to perfection! Thank you Cody and the Best Buy team in Prescott, AZ!

We just moved into a home and wanted advice on how to have surround sound and music play throughout the house. Gary was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice. It’s nice to have an expert help especially when the world of technology evolves constantly.

When Jeremy Stettler Came to the house I had no real idea of what I needed only what I wanted. I had no real idea of how to make all the new devices I wanted would work in the (old) systems I had then. By time Jeremy was done it was good choices. Now a month later everything is as I wanted and needed. Great Job Jeremy. Also he had great customer service and knew how my old devices would work with my new ones. This was important to me as I could not afford all new devices.

I have been a customer of Best Buy for about 3 years and I am very happy with my relationship with the company. I started by getting my computer repair contract which is great. I keep renewing every year. I love my Geek Squad in Stroudsburg, Pa., Tyler always takes care of my problems. All the people in the Geek Squad and the rest of the store employees are always ready to help you. I also had the free at home consultation which Lou Shaffer came over and found the speakers that I needed to hook up to my very old tape recorder. I also had a In home Consultation and brought the EERO Pro 3 mesh router. All in all I am a dedicated customer of Best Buy. Congratulation to Rich the new manager at the Geek Squad.

Garrett Bowdren was exceptional. He took the time to make sure everything was set to our satisfaction, and explained everything to us. Before he left, he made sure all of our questions were answered and cleaned up any cardboard that was left. Wish you had more caring employees like this. The first TV on delivery day came broken in the box. Garrett took it back to the store and went "the extra mile" to bring back a new one, within the hour.

The overall team at Best Buy in Downers Grove is very friendly, always willing to help and attentive to my technology needs. In Particular Josh Mladenik! I worked with Josh for a whole home entertainment system that included a Tv, mount, cables, Apple TV, and surround sound. Josh was very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. You can tell he really enjoys his job and enjoys helping people. I would recommend this store and in particular Josh to my friends & family.
