We needed an upgrade to our home WiFi. Angela came in to assess the situation and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a solid recommendation for a setup to resolve the issue. Recommended solution installed 24 hours later and has been running flawlessly in the weeks since. Also got a great recommendation for a backyard security system and got that setup for us too. Great service. Great result!!

Joshua was very helpful in assessing my needs and recommending a solution that both fit my budget and my needs. We were able to break into two phases so that I could break up the purchases that would support my financial situation. We met both in my house and at the store so that he could see my media room and then for me in store to see the products he recommended. I was comfortable bouncing other ideas and products off of Joshua and he provided honest and valuable feedback. Also, my Geek Squad plan allowed for the installation costs to be discounted as well as the extended warranty on the television.

While I've always been able to set up my own home wi-fi, after talking to a salesperson, I agreed to having a home consultant come out to assess our home for wi-fi. We've got multiple stone walls throughout the home that have always interfered with strong signal in certain areas of the home. The consultant came out, listened to my comments about current issues, and listened to my desire to have wi-fi extended to certain outdoor areas. He also listened to what my future plans were for additional devices connecting to wi-fi. He proposed a solution, I acted upon it, and have been extremely pleased. Thank you for this type of service!

Garrett Bowdren was exceptional. He took the time to make sure everything was set to our satisfaction, and explained everything to us. Before he left, he made sure all of our questions were answered and cleaned up any cardboard that was left. Wish you had more caring employees like this. The first TV on delivery day came broken in the box. Garrett took it back to the store and went "the extra mile" to bring back a new one, within the hour.

My 17 year old washer died and because of Covid19, I didn’t want to visit the store for a new W/D. So I had a phone consultation after emailing pictures and dimensions. Between the time we started the consultation and I was ready to place the order, Best Buy was no longer able to install and remove the old machines. So we did not proceed. After weeks went by, and I was getting desperate, I learned a big box home improvement store was providing the services we required and ordered the same machines BB recommended from them. I really would have preferred to have purchased the washer/dryer from Best Buy, as the consultant was so helpful and professional and I’m sure the service provided by Best Buy would have also been thorough and professional, which it was not from The big box store. I’ll be back to Best Buy when the pandemic has passed, as my kitchen appliances are getting tired.

Robert Rice is such a pleasure to work with and his extensive knowledge of so many appliances was most helpful. He was quick to recognize our needs and wishes and inform us of available appliances that fit within the dimensions of our kitchen cabinets and walls. Robert is most generous with his time and efforts. He is very personable and truly demonstrates the best qualities in customer care. We will certainly call on him and Best Buy for our future needs.

Reached out to Genesis to inquire about home alarm systems and cameras. We agreed to schedule a in home appointment to go over my needs since the system I had was very antiquated. She gave us a few options and in the end we decided to go with the system that she suggested that would fit our needs. Want to say that we were very satisfied with the service that she provided and would refer her to friends and family. She deserves the highest rating possible.

Our Best Buy consultant Xavier Rodriguez was awesome. He was very professional. helpful, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and nice. What a great experience. He provided outstanding customer service and represented Best Buy so well. I hope this message will make it to his supervisor and even the corporate offices so management can find the time to recognize and commend him for my beautiful wife and I, thank you.

My experience started with Kenneth in store. He was an unbelievable sales person, but did not try to over sell me. Give me some ideas then I met Dave Herbison for my in-home consultation. He was phenomenal, very knowledgeable and very professional. He also did not try to over sell me just gave me the information that I needed to make an accurate decision, it was the best experience I’ve ever had

I was skeptical at first thinking I knew just what I wanted since all I was wanting was ceiling speakers for my home theater, but when the consultant came he really laid out some diverse options along with many other home theater ideas. Being the only guy in my house I generally don’t have anyone to talk home theater with, and this gentleman didn’t disappoint. He was knowledgeable, considerate, and open to my views. We got to bounce many ideas off of each other and at the end of the consultation, he “kept the door open” by mentioning that there are many other things that geek squad is able to assist with, some being options I had never heard of

Our townhome has a narrow stair and 10 years ago, Sears failed to delievered. Our service person came to our home first to measure our stairs and recommeded the one is going to fit our kitchen and stairs. The first attempt was failed ( delivery guys does not want to move up or down) and they wanted to remove the rail in our stair. So I contacted him again and he came back 2 days later with drill to remove our rail. But our rail is not possible to remove so he took all the pictures and detail email to manager in delivery department about our delivery. At the second delivery, we finally got our new fridegerator in our 2nd floor. Thank you so much for his efforts and will come back to use this store when I need any appliance or something.

Airad was the best. His knowledge of the products in the store was amazing. He came out measured the area for my appliances. He showed me what the product looked like on his laptop. He even checked for sales, I had coupons I never knew I had on my account. I was even able to get a price matched on one of my items. I was so pleased with this in home consultation, one of friends opened a Best Buy account and is going to call Airad for consultation. This service is great for single women who owned their own homes who may not know how to measure the space for their appliances.

We had been thinking about putting more security around the house. Since we didn't know where to start, we thought it would be a good idea to have a consultation from one of your experts. Your representative had many good suggestions. After the consultation, I investigated the internet possibilities available to us and found no one could furnish the necessary internet that was needed. About two or three weeks later, I finally found an internet connection that could probably handle advanced security. Now we are into the busy Christmas season and have not had a chance to restart this process. May have a chance after Christmas, depending on our medical appointments and recovery times.

We were preparing to move into a new home. Wanted a new Smart TV for the living room and had 3 other TVs' to install and needed sound equipment. Russell made recommendations for our purchases, set up the install and got it all in motion. In between, the TV we planned on went on sale. We contacted him and got the change in the order for the sale price. We got the "A" team for installation. They reviewed all of the functions, set up the best audio on the TV and made sure we were good with all of the workings room by room.

Jordan, and the other associate, Isaiah, were incredible in their presentation of products, and suggestions about the best what was specifically needed in my particular situation. They did not try to upsell me on anything, unless there was a valid reason for their recommendation.....which I really appreciated, and knew instantly through our discussion. That kind of service is what will drive me to work directly with Best Buy, and hopefully with Jordan and Isaiah in the future. Their numbers are in my phone now. Appreciate these guys.

Isaac and his team did an amazing job! My husband lives the new home theatre system. Isaac was able to get the exact type of sound we wanted by just mentioning the brand that wasn’t in ceiling and the in ceiling system Isaac put together was more than we could imagine. Derek and his partner who came to conduct the install were prompt and very informative. We are truly thankful for such outstanding service and we look forward to our next project with Best Buy! :)

My encounter with Yesenia was very helpful as I was looking for new appliances for my home. She turned me over into the capable hands of Marco and he worked with me to get every thing ordered and delivered. He also told me about the great warranty program offered by Best Buy that I took advantage of. Since then I bought a television at another Best Buy store and the salesperson never mentioned the program. All BB stores need a Yesenia and Marco.

Had serious doubts if this would go well as I have had several issues with in home consultation in the past. Actually far exceeded my expectations; Donovan listened to what I wanted done then made some suggestions based on his experience. Actually felt so comfortable with him I told him to do what he thinks I need and then instruct me on how to use it. Couldn’t have done much more to satisfy me, he is very good at what he does and made me a happy customer. Expect to have him return to sort out the upstairs area.

I am so glad I used the Best Buy Home Expert consultation to best set up internet and media in my new home. Gideon was spectacular in helping to find the best solutions to achieve what I was looking for. Gideon was professional, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. Scheduling all the different deliveries was a breeze and installation for all the products I purchased couldn't have been easier. My new home is going on 3 weeks of fully operational and everything is working like a dream!

Sam was great to work with & he was very helpful throughout the entire process.
