    Had two in home consultations one for home security and another for major appliances and on both I never got any feed back for either

    He tested out WiFi signal to be sure we could handle wireless cameras. Recommended A LOT of cameras (6) and quoted nearly $2000?!?

    We required a Samsung Frame TV to be installed. Clark F (manager) turned an initially difficult situation into a good customer experience by addressing our hardships then handing us off to Demetrius for the install. Demetrius T. did an outstanding job of explaining what was necessary and then made the arrangements to make it happen. He possesses exemplary customer skills; very personable and professional. In addition the install team (Ian, and Chima) were equally personable and professional, providing excellent customer support during the install with the completed results exceeding our expectations. As a result of this experience, we have become committed customers of Best Buy. Thank you to all for making this a great experience!

    Our consultant Erik was amazing! 5-stars

    We needed help in researching and purchasing new double ovens. The Encinitas store personnel, Erik was an amazing help. I didn't even need to go to the store. Over the phone we determined the best price adding any special offers and he even guided me in obtaining a membership which gave me additional savings. All was done over the phone. When the ovens were delivered they mentioned they needed to make a cut on both sides 1/4". They charged $250 which Erik later refunded to me since he had said they would fit. Service was all great and what you would hope a retailer would offer. In today's world its rare. I definitely would recommend Best Buy and Erik!

    Terrible service from both Michael Cruz and Bestbuy. Firstly Michael (once getting payment) does not respond to any questions. Bestbuy had not properly installed my fridge even thought it was part of the purchase agreement.

    The consultant was very nice and told me that, what I wanted done was not possible. Now with a little bit of research I figured it out myself. It was disappointing to know that people who call themselves experts not have insight or knowledge to do simple things. Not sure where the disconnect is but it could be a total lack of training as well....

    A rock star with home theater installation!

    We stopped by Best Buy to begin looking at audio systems for our theater room and ended up purchasing all our speakers there two days later. As we are doing the install ourselves Scott Hill was extremely helpful in answering technical questions associated with planning/positioning, installing and set up. He seems extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of audio systems. He was able to answer or questions on equipment comparisons, technical information and design, and made helpful suggestions. He is an asset to Best Buy

    I was very nervous about updating our system and setting up our new smart TV. Blake Repp and his team at Best Buy Geek Squad were incredible. There was so much that I didn’t understand, but they were incredibly patient and explained every process in layman’s terms until I understood. They were very efficient in their expertise and were very patient with me. It was truly a great experience and now we have an updated system that will allow us access like we never had before. I definitely highly recommend their service if you want to update to a more efficient system.

    Home Theater by Magnolia Room

    The Best Buy Magnolia team was great to work with to replace and upgrade our tvs and home theaters. I performed a majority of the installation work, but when i had technical problems the Best Buy team came to the house to work on them. The Magnolia team also ordered most of the componets providing discounts when possible. The Magnolia team is also supporting the final setup and the Alexa programing. I couldn't do the work without them. My wife and kids are amazed with the final product.

    Bought a new house and upgraded/installed three tv's. The consultative process uncovered the best fit for my needs and budget, and the crew did an amazing job with installation. The systems look and sound great. Highly recommend the consultation and installation services.

    I worked with Evan Semola at the Magnolia Design Center in the Mt Laurel Best Buy store. We were in the market for a stereo system, as well as, a full upgrade for our home theater. I researched for 6 months before purchasing. During my research I went to multiple independent AV stores and stopped by the Magnolia Design Center. Evan was a cut above the other people I was dealing with. He was knowledgeable and I felt absolutely no pressure. He was always ‘there’ when I had a question and guided me through my design making. He made himself available even when he was off work. He gladly stopped by my house to help with questions or any issues I had. His level of service remained the same from pre-sale to post-sale. To help put the level of service Evan provided in context: when we vacation, we stay at the Four Seasons or better. The Four Seasons ‘knows’ service. Evan provided service comparable with the Four Seasons. The other independent dealers I worked with were not even close. Oh, and when I was ready to pull the trigger Evan provided very competitive pricing. There is nothing I would change about my experience. It was perfect. Thank you Best Buy for having the Magnolia Design Center and thank you Evan for the exceptional service.

    None of the detail was put into my consultation. I had changed several items but the quote only mentioned previous items that were quoted 1 month ago with a fridge added to the quote.

    After our TV met an ill-fated and premature end when my 9-year-old threw a shoe at it in video-game related frustration, we headed in to upgrade. We were assisted by Alex, who ran us through a ton of options and was never pushy. We saw demos of multiple TVs and he really focused on our needs, never pressuring or trying to upsell. It was an effortless process and we left feeling very satisfied. He furthermore stayed accessible and responsive by text discussing whether or not it was worth switching out our speakers (we both decided it wasn't) and helped with troubleshooting and getting us in touch with support when our new TV unexpectedly went on the fritz a week later. Can't say enough about how positive an experience it was, and that is coming from someone who has bought and upgraded multiple home theaters with multiple sales reps over the last couple of decades. Best Buy/Magnolia's 24-month interest-free payment plan (standard with their credit card) is also a gamechanger in being able to make these upgrades and defray payments over a long term without penalty. It's only company-offered credit card I have, and it has helped with multiple media room purchases, as well as kitchen appliance purchases through Pacific Sales.
