Worked with Bryan Herrera on a new entertainment system. He was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to our needs and helped us prioritize where our dollars would give us the best return on investment. Our order in the system had a few inaccurate product availability notifications, and on the day of the delivery and install we would have gone without a key component. Bryan tracked down the item in another location nearly an hour a way and drove it back an hour to our home in time for the install. He also assisted in coordinating a service call for the dryer we also purchased at the store, even though he had nothing to do with the sale. Appreciate his attention to detail, coordinating all the installations, and going above and beyond to ensure our needs and expectations were met. We were never disappointed with the service we had with Bryan.

Spencer did am amazing job of understanding our needs as we downsized from our home to a condo. He carefully reviewed our existing TV and sound equipment and helped us get to a new bigger TV and soundbar as well as additional Sonos equipment to incorporate previously unused ceiling speakers in our new condo. He involved his technical team lead (Brandon) early to be sure all our legacy equipment would fit within our more compact space. We engaged the Magnolia team in 2017 to install our first over-the-fireplace TV and sound system and are glad we found Spencer to help us through the more complicated process than we anticipated of making decisions about what equipment could be reused and what we needed to replace. And the install team helped us set up and understand the Lutron Caseta lighting system that already existed in the condo.

I just moved into a new house that had been pre-wired, so I immediately contacted the contractor who did the wiring in the house and he came up with a recommendation. The contractor recommended contractor-grade components that were quite pricey. He had mentioned that they were high end speakers/amps and has been using them for years. But here's the catch: the pricing of these components were only accessible by contractors, which made me wonder how much he’s up-charging each component. And honest reviews were very hard to find because it made me wonder how many were written by contractors. And the other thing I didn’t like about the contractor’s solution is he would’ve had to program a remote to use the various devices throughout the house. So I figured I’d just go to Best Buy and buy a system off the shelf. Luckily, I ran into several helpful Best Buy employees in Destin and they recommended I have Best Buy come to my house and give me a free consultation. I’m so happy I did! Will from Best Buy came over and I was blown away by his knowledge with anything to do with home sound systems (and TVs, and pretty much anything else Best Buy sells). I learned a ton from him. I could’ve talked to him for hours (actually…I think we came close). After looking at how the wiring was configured, he came up with two recommendations and took the time to discuss the pros and cons of each recommendation. And his proposal included new components/technology using our existing remote and Apps without the need to program a proprietary remote! Another reason I’m happy I went with Best Buy is the install was covered when I purchased TotalTech support for $199 (the contractor wanted $1,200 for the install). Then Andrew came over from Best Buy a couple of weeks later and did an excellent job figuring out where the wires were, installing the ceiling speakers, configuring the Sonos Amp, Sonos Arc, TV mount for the Arc, configured everything via the Sonos App, then he also tidied up the mess of wires that I had in the wiring closet! And he also was very knowledgable WRT anything to do with home entertainment systems. After Drew left, my wife got home a couple hours later from work and she loved the way the Sonos Arc system sounded along with the simplicity how we just use one remote for the TV/volume along with Alexa integration on the Sonos. Thank You guys, great job!!

Kevin’s customer service was fantastic, and his depth of knowledge is incredible! He was able to answer every question I had, and was so patient as I made my decision, and flipped back and forth between products. His expertise ultimately guided me to purchase a TV that I am incredible happy with.

I had an incredible experience with Mark Powell from Best Buy who went absolutely above and beyond helping me with my home theater setup. From the moment he arrived, Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure everything was perfect. He not only sold the system but also showed up during installation to make sure everything worked flawlessly and I was comfortable using it. He offered great recommendations tailored to my space and needs, and his attention to detail really made a difference. You can tell he cares about the customer experience and takes pride in his work. Thanks to Mark, my home theater looks and sounds amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend him to friends doing any kind of home installation!

Christian was organized and easy to work with, but everything fell apart with the delivery.

I went in looking to buy a center channel to bring my setup from 4.1 to 5.1. Ross Weatherly helped me make the right, long term choice and avoid a temporary but mediocre solution that I had in mind. Ross also suggested some great options for front height channels that matched my setup as I was mixing brands between LCR and front height channels. I didn't feel pressured to buy throughout the process. After following his recommendations, I love the great sound quality coming from my system. If you're looking for advice regarding your home theater setup, I'd highly recommend Ross.

We had a lightening strike right outside our large room sized window we have for our view of the forest we live in. I called Best Buy and Marcus Staino, who looked out for our interests, helped me tremendously. His guidance for replacements for the ruined t.v.'s and the equipment necessary for our home equipment with our surround sound speakers to work properly again, helped our transition to be a pleasant situation instead of a hastle. He and the "Magnolia" group of people really brought back our movies, music and t.v.'s. We also purchased a new remote which a wonderful tech, Nate Rzasa , programed our remote so we older folks had a minimum effort to find what we needed to play CD's, watch t.v. and use our Blu Ray player. I thank all who helped resolve our issues regarding our entertainment equipment.

We wanted to replace our built in fridge and built in range two years ago, when we looked for Klint Paschal at Best Buy (The Woodlands); he came to our house to help us decide for the proper appliances. There was a shortage of silicon chips by then (these are heavily used in these appliances) and we’d have to wait months to get our appliances so we decided to wait before buying. This past December we decided it was time to go ahead and buy our appliances, as the supply of chips was back to normal. We had no doubts but to go back to the same expert, Klint Paschal (we had saved his contact info). Klint is very knowledgeable, super professional and always available to answer the dozen questions we had! I strongly recommend going to him, after all these appliances are expensive and we wanted no issues. We are very happy with the appliances and service provided by Klint.

Lee continues to do an outstanding job. He is very, very knowledgeable in all product areas and understands what the customer desires. He does not try to oversell, but yet provides options for consideration. He has incredible patience and is a great resource when I am looking for home technology. He is not one that just pulls up the website and read from it. He knows technology.

The man that showed up for my consultation had never heard of a vent less stove and said he would research and get back to me with a quote. I nvere heard back.

We were having a new home built in Suncadia and needed help selecting a new audio system and big screen TV. I sent John Bloechl, our Best Buy consultant, a floorplan and he identified the optimal locations for speaker placement of our Sonos components. He also helped us pick the best Samsung TV based on the room size and seating location. John helped make our new audio and video system selection easy, and he was a pleasure to work with!

Best Buy Home expert was unbelievably helpful! They assisted with design of our entire project - sound, security and internet. Carlos was amazing and I will definitely be using him and Best Buy on our future projects! We had some very close deadlines to make and their team got it done for us and our project!

We have been working with Zach since last October to coordinate the new appliances and home theater system installation in our new home! He worked closely with us and our builder to ensure that the specifications of the products were known and able to be reviewed by the builder. We are wrapping up a new build in South Carolina and wanted to put in a sound / AV system and TVs around our home to meet our entertaining and listening goals. Jay was an exceptional resource and helped us to find the best solution for whole home audio/visual and helped us to define the best solution for our budget. He also helped to steer us toward a direction i wasnt initially considering for a TV/Media space, which brought a much better level of sound. The process took some time for us to make decisions, and Jay was very patient in walking through pros and cons and also working with some existing equipment that we had purchased previously to get to an optimal solution. We did an add on to our patio and wanted a good sound system for music but also surround sound for our new tv. Chris and the install crew did a great job and the Sonos Atmos system is great, great install and cleaned up after install.

Working with Fernando to design and build my first legit atmos system was a premium experience, from the initial consultation to the final install with the Magnolia HiFi guys. Fernando's advice and his on-site consultation was invaluable to me in understanding the correct speaker choice for my room to get the best performance and value. The installation was very professional and went very smooth, and I really appreciated being consulted at each step about final details of speaker placement. I also appreciated Fernando and the Magnolia guy's consideration of my feedback to minimize any dry-wall damage. In the end they delivered exactly the system I have been dreaming about building for years. The install was professional, the aesthetics look great to me, and I could not be happier with the final result.
