My hubby & I have been wanting to upgrade our home entertainment system for some time now. We were feeling very overwhelmed & didn’t know where to start. We stopped in at the Gilbert store & we were introduced to Tay. We discussed our ideas & scheduled an appointment to have him out to the house for a free consultation. Tay was very knowledgeable about Best Buy’s products & services. We are all up & running just in time for football season!! Tay for the touchdown & win!

My dryer broke and I walked into Best Buy looking for some help because my space was tight. John adeptly handled the many people who were seeking help that night professionally, making sure that we were all taken care of. He came to my home to measure the space, and found a situation to a tricky problem. His solution worked, even though the delivery guys were dubious! Not only that, but when it turned out that my installation was not securely fastened to the outside vent, John continued to stay in touch until he made sure that the delivery guys came back and the install was complete. I will contact him in the future for all of my appliance needs. I have already recommended Best Buy to several friends based on the fantastic service that John provided.

Michael Hill is perfect! Michael has a true gift of understanding a clients love of music, quality of equipment desire, cost goals, technical level, ease of usage, and sound location within a house. It has been an extreme privilege to meet and work with Michael. We are greatly enjoying our vintage vinyl records! The speakers, subwoofer, receiver, and turntable are exactly the quality we wanted. Michael absolutely gave us every aspect of a new stero system we wanted! Thank you greatly Michael! We are also extremely grateful for the Antioch Best Buy Geek Squad!!! Love this Squad! Each member who has come into our home have been professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and worked very well together on every task involved. Our team techs Tyler, Jose, Haver, Dorian, and Michael are the best. Together these men completed a dream that we had to enjoy our albums again. The sound of music in our house brings us tears of joy, old memories and making new memories. Thank you to the management staff that were excellent order mess fixers. We came to Best Buy to purchase our new in-home stero system. It has been over 25 years since we have replaced our system. John Limas at Antioch Best Buy was excellent in his demonstration of speakers and introducing my husband and I to the new equipment. John offered us and we accepted the In-Home Theater Consultation. We are very glad we received excellent customer service from John Limas. He represented Best Buy very well in our first meeting and again at a later in store visit. John was the beginning of a very happy new music equipment journey.

We are doing a kitchen remodel and consulted David Rainey for appliances. Not only did he help us select appliances, but he also ensured we received updates up until the final delivery. Thorough, courteous, and very professional. I would highly recommend Dave for appliance consultation.

Mr. Seaman handled my warranty exchange perfectly. He recommended a nice stand for me as well. Then the install team did a perfect job. I highly recommend Mr. Seaman to anyone looking to upgrade their living area or home theater.

John and Taj were great at their installation. They showed up on time and explained everything as they were doing it. They made suggestions which improved our overall experience and when they were finished they left the workspace clean and ready for us to enjoy our new install.

After a horrendous start to trying to get a Geek Squad service call , I was finally put I touch with home services and from that point forward everything was excellent. The appointment, the communication, and best of all the technician that helped me was fantastic. Very helpful, courties and knowledgeable. The remote that was recommended was programmed to my specifications and works great. My one comment would be the layou/design of the keypad is vey awkward and inconvenient.

Jon was such a great help with his wealth of knowledge and understanding of the audio and video products at Best Buy. Not only was I able to schedule an appointment to meet with Jon. He was able to listen to what I asking for and tailor the perfect for me in Big Screen choices for my room size and budget. Jon was also able to provide me with insight, and address additional services, warranties, and add-ons to enhance the performance of my TV experience in future purchases.

Was looking to update and upgrade my wifi router, Saif was a huge help with his knowledge of the current equipment and my needs. I purchased an Orbi 800 series mesh system. I immediately noticed improved speeds and streaming services. Best Buy has been my go to for all my electronics and appliances for several years. They give me great service and support.

She is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. Jamie from Best Buy come to our home and recommended a 98" tv for our new family room. Because of large glass doors he said we should look for a "Mini Led" t.v. He suggested we consider one of the new 2025 models with anti glare screen. We ended up with the 2025 98" TCL QM7K Mini Led and it is awesome. There is no glare, the upgraded Bang and Olufsen sound is great, sports events are like being there and we are extremely happy with the new TCL. In addition Jamie moved two existing t.v.s On top of everything else, there was a price reduction three weeks after our purchase and Best Buy gave us a credit.

Everywhere you look in our home is a Best Buy purchase. Our Samsung Bespoke Kitchen appliances, 2 largeTVs & mini fridge, Apple products. We could NOT more impressed by the customer service, from the purchase to the installation(s), TV mounting (3) to service calls. There truly are not enough positive things to write. Everyone involved followed me through my journey. Delivery delays due to our home not being completed, and SAMSUNG availability the reps superior in accommodating us. Appliances flukes;BEST BUY exceeded expectations getting appliances REPLACED & reinstalled. When the GEEK squad were in my home they were respectful, knowledgeable, professional and personable. They mounted an 85 in TV with easy and expertise. GEEK squad young men walked me through demonstration of my "smart" appliances. The squad was ALWAYS early for appts, contacted me b4 arrival, looked & acted wonderfully professional. Store to the home, follow ups, ALL of the Best Buy representatives made my purchasing experience superior. I would like the CEO to know I dealt with many, many reps from different locations, stores, phone customer service and could NOT be happier. I have actually been in other stores and encouraged others to purchase appliances from Best Buy. Family, friends & acquaintances have heard of my experience(s).There are many arenas to make appliance purchases; usually they are costly purchases; While price will get someone in the store CUSTOMER SERVICE will bring them back.I started with looking for larger TV..ended up with a home filled with Best Buy. All due to representatives who want to help customers, have knowledge and patience. it is imperative to mention I spoke to many and was pleased EVERY time. I wish I could remember the names of EVERY person I dealt with; suffice it to say Best Buy has the greatest employees.

I consulted with Adam Coconubo regarding my home theater needs. A Sony OLED tv, receiver, phonograph and universal remote were purchased. Adam was very helpful and professional throughout the process and we achieved everything I wanted.

It was time to replace ou10 year old TV. Seth Maser was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am completely satisfied with the entire transaction. Oh, and the new LG 4K flat screen was just what Seth said it would be. Beautiful and easy to manage after his installer show us how.

Delivery guys did everything. Moved by 350 lb old range out to the garage, brought in the new and equally heavy range, installed and leveled before testing. Couldn't have been a better experience!

I had three failed purchase attempts, both online and in-store, trying to get some audio-visual protectors that I urgently needed to ship to Cancún, Mexico. Thankfully, YB at the Best Buy on Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers solved everything in an efficient and professional way. I’m sure he has no idea how much stress he took off our shoulders.
