We needed help with buying a new TV and Roman was the guy that helped us. This was a unique situation because we were in Columbus Ohio and we live in Akron, Roman was able to organize everything for us remotely. He did an excellent job. We had an issue with the New TV and Roman helped to get it corrected and helped in getting everything exactly right for us. He is excellent at his job!!

We recently purchased multiple kitchen appliances and were so pleased we met Jaime the first time we visited the store just to check things out. We liked his style and asked for him the next couple of times we went back to make purchases. Great helpful service and no pressure salesmanship. I did not necessarily start out to buy everything with the same store, but Jaime made it so we then did not bother to go elsewhere. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of consulting with Andres Vega, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Andres was super responsive and took the time to get to know me and my needs. Replacing built-in kitchen appliances requires precise measurements and competent advice, both of which were provided by Best Buy and particularly Christopher Larkin.

We needed some options on enhanced sound for a Samsung Frame TV. Xavier Woods offered expert suggestions at basic, advanced and very advanced levels without pushing us to buy now. The best sales journey leaves the buyer educated and in control of next steps. Xavier took us on that journey!

I had a great experience working with Daniel Golasa at Best Buy! He went above and beyond to help me with my Sony 55-inch TV. Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the features in detail, and made sure I felt confident about my purchase. His customer service was top-notch and truly made a difference. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows their stuff, I highly recommend asking for Daniel!

I was interested in upgrading my 2 zone audio system. Initial attempts didn't pan out as I had hoped due to my older analogue AVR. Turns out my TV was also a bit old and not 4K. I met with a Best Buy Magnolia consultant, George Henin, who was extremely knowledgeable in explaining my options and why my prior attempt hadn't worked. Best Buy has excellent 4K TV and AVR options to choose from. George helped me design the right combination for my needs. I highly recommend George to listen and explain appropriate choices. Their 24 month zero percent financing is very attractive.

We had decided to replace kitchen appliances that ranged from 16 to over 30 years of use by us. We had already replaced a refrigerator from Best Buy a few months prior. We hoped to enlarge the size of our in-wall oven from 24" to 27" if possible. In the process of looking at new appliances at Best Buy, it was suggested that we have a Home Expert come and review our current cabinet/appliance setup and help determine if the appliances we wanted to obtain would fit without major modifications. Daniel McKim was our consultant. He came to the house, performed a review and measured all of the current openings. He compared these to the new opening specs and assured us that even though the oven opening would need a minor enlargement on the width, the changes would not be apparent in the final installation. Daniel put together an experienced team of three men, who handled all of the modifications, installation and review of the new products and their features before leaving. Daniel had made sure that the team knew what to do before they started and yet they would listen to our input or ask questions of us during the install. This was by far the best experience that we have had in along time on installations of this type. All were very professional, friendly and made every effort to provide us with a good experience and Daniel was the key.

Our consultant, Alex Wasowicz is extremely capable and knowledgeable, generous with his time, and exceedingly patient with low-tech/no-tech folks like ourselves. He's a pleasure to have around, too! Very highly recommend.

Matthew Baker, Andrew K & Crew did an outstanding job. They listened to what we wanted in features, visited our home and then "TOGETHER" we designed our home theater experience. This was a unique process as the design was taking place as the home was getting built. Best Buy worked with the Builder to pre-wire the system. Once the construction was completed, Andrew K and his Team came in and installed everything in one-day. The system works better than expected. What a great experience this was.
