Ross helped me with a recent project on my new custom home. He was able to get me set up so the all of my tv’s entertainment, audio and network needs. We are thrilled with our set up and very happy. Ross is extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job trying to work within our budget to set us up with the right equipment. I would hilghly recommend Ross and Best buy for my experience.

I must say that George's communication skills were truly exceptional. From the moment he first visited our home, he made us feel valued and listened carefully to our needs and preferences. His ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner was a breath of fresh air. George went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information we needed to make informed decisions about our home electronics and appliances. His friendly and patient demeanor made the entire shopping experience a pleasure. So I've done my fair share of research for TVs. I wanted to surprise my parents with a TV for their home in Florida and walked into the Best Buy in Long Island City, NYC where I spoke with Michael Franco Hernandez. I'll start off by saying....this guy was GREAT! I gave him price range, TV location, size areas, lighting and all. He directed me to the 75in Sony Bravia, the same exact one I was researching at home. He's VERY knowledgeable and was of great help and put me at ease with my concerns. Even assisted in having the TV available for pick up in a Florida location to surprise my parents. Franco made the whole transition/transaction as smooth and effortless as possible. Shared with him that on my next TV purchase (for myself once I move), I'm still making my way back to this specific Best Buy location in Long Island City to work specifically with him again. Electronics in almost any area nowadays are overstacked with similar product line and similar builds. They use fancy terms and alphanumeric model types that throw off the common person. With deep investigation, you can certainly feel comfortable in your purchase. But when you're looking to purchase for someone else, your parents especially, you want to best for them. Franco understood this and was on the same page with me. Thanks again Franco!

Billy was absolutely phenomenal. He didn't meet my my expectations, he exceeded them ten fold. I could not recommend this man any higher. He knows his stuff and loves his job. A rarity these days in my experiences. The gear he set me up with has blown me away. He came to my house and in 5 minutes he knew exactly what I needed to get what I was after. His recommendations were what I went with. And I'm so glad I did. My living room is like a movie theater, but better. All because of his knowledge and passion. I owe him everything. He made a friend for life for simply doing his job.

Mike was great. He helped us with two TV’s. One 77” and one 98”. Along with sound bars for each. He worked within our budget and we ended up with two great setups. We couldn’t be happier. He responded quickly to questions and concerns.

Dean and his installers did a great job recommending and installing my new equipment. They went above and beyond my expectations explaining how to use the new system.

Rep was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Came into store thinking I k knew which TV I wanted. While the representative confirmed it was a good TV after a conversation on how we use a TV he recommended a LG that cost slightly less. We went with his recommendation and are VERY happy.

Matt was very professional and knowledgeable about what we were looking for in a TV update. And his follow-up has been awesome! We will recommend him and Best Buy to friends and family. Thank you Matt!

The team that arrived to install our system was the absolute best in knowledge, skill and interaction. On top of that they are wonderful people!!

Seth Maser is an exceptional true professional audiophile. His love of understanding sound is only eclipsed by his intelligence on the subject and ability to communicate it effectively in a patient and VERY through manner. I am 70 years old and have never experienced someone like him. Honestly I was surprised to encounter someone with his skill in a box store and my advice would be to more effectively utilize his skills. You have a great deal of high end equipment in the store but I just happened to be wandering around when I encountered him. Kudos to BB for having him on staff and if you give him feedback tell him he is outstanding and the only reason I chose not to buy at this time was due to money issues. Incredible guy!!!!

I’m more than grateful to receive such outstanding support in the diagnosis and replacement of one of our defective Sonance ceiling speakers! Alfred provided such a comprehensive service from beginning to end, I think he deserves a big bonus this Christmas!

I spent a lot of time trying to find a home automation company as it is a complicated field to find the right team. Many I contacted were very flaky and never followed through and others were crazy expensive and tried to push a system that was way too complicated. I then came across the Best Buy team and they were the best. And it was a long project that covered a two year period because I was doing a gut reno of a house that took three years. The team stuck with me though, and were very easy to deal with and coordinate and make adjustments as needed in the original proposal. Bottom line, they are good value for money and I wholly recommend 100%

We have been working with Ryan Heroux for the past year and have had nothing but excellent service and professionalism. We purchased a home theater and 4 T'V's. I have been so impressed with the service we have gotten from the entire organization.

Athena was so helpful and attentive. My dishwasher of choice was not in stock, so she put it on her watch list and called me as soon as she found it. Made my purchase easy without requiring a return trip to the store. It was done and scheduled for delivery in minutes.

This is my second time working with Tyler, and he made the process just as seamless and hassle-free as last time. He wasn’t able to meet in person at the store, but took time out to connect me with someone in store, and then discuss options and ultimately complete the purchase on the phone while he was out of town. I was able to have 3 TVs moved and mounted in just a couple hours. Tyler was always available to answer all my questions, and worked out having Troy do the install work. Troy was great as usual too. Both are extremely professional and well informed in their field. I’d recommend them both without hesitation.

After our 12 year tv broke down we went to Best Buy to look at new ones. As we have a built in nook for our tv I wanted to get as large of a screen that would fit. In talking to the salesman he suggested that I take advantage of the "free" in home consultation. Nothings "free right? Well the in home consultation is and well worth it.Jay came out to our home and lustened very carefully to what I was trying to accomplish. He made suggestions and if I had concerns, he would answer them. Even saved me money as I was thinking of having my front speakers put up in the ceiling as my house was already wired for them. Jay said my speakers would give me a better sound. Another benefit that Jay provided was his cell number. Not for calling him but being able to communicate via text messaging. This was very beneficial in having a "free" consultant to answer questions that came up after he left. Am very happy to recommend Hay and will use him again when i need his services.

Ian was extremely knowledgeable in terms of getting us up to speed on audio developments. He knew how to effectively pair an amp to a pair of speakers which can be especially difficult without a solid grasp of audio knowledge regarding how speakers sound, and how this sound might be modified based on an amp pairing.

I signed up for Totaltech solely to get help with my condo's surround sound setup. I made an appointment while buying a TV at Best Buy for a visit two weeks from that date. I waited on that Saturday for my scheduled window only to have no one call or show up. I called support and was asked if I would like to reschedule. I most certainly did NOT want to reschedule with a company who did not value my time. To my shock, my phone rang and consultant Jacob Avorio let me know that he does not work Saturdays so should not have been scheduled to meet me, and apologized for the inconvenience. Do you know that he asked if it was too late to stop by (it wasn't) and on his day off, he came over anyway to help me? He assessed I needed a Sonos amp to start (and offered other options if I wanted)? He not only saved the day, he made/retained a happy Best Buy customer. He went over the top and I appreciate that SO much. The Sonos amp is a simple yet functional and elegant solution that my installer Paul came to set up for me (great guy also) and works like a charm to pump sound from my new TV through my built-in speakers in my ceiling. Thanks gentlemen, for EXCELLENT service and a quality amp, too!

Too many times in the last 3 or 4 years we have wandered into Best Buy to look at TVs, wanting to go to a larger size than we currently had. We always left a bit befuddled as to what would work best for us, clouded by what different sales people recommended. The last time we decided to look again, Aiden suggested a home consultant who "knew everything" about home theaters. "Theater?" We hadn't thought our home would have a "theater!" Brian Davis was excellent - able to see what our needs were, our expectations, our hearing issues, etc. The products suggested are excellent, thanks to his expert suggestions. I also liked that we didn't have to return to the store to make the purchases of all that was needed. On the day of installation, I realized our new tech needed a new tech blu-ray DVD player. I was on the phone to Brian while the Geek Squad were installing the new TV and moving the old one to a new location, both with no-wire evident installation. Brian answered immediately and in a few minutes I had the SKU of the just-right player and got on my way to Best Buy to purchase - on sale too! I was back in time for the installers to add it. Great consultation, excellent installation, product fabulous (we can hear spoken words again!) I even watched the Stanley Cup finals because I could see what was going on, crisply and of a size that made all the difference without being too big a screen as we thought we needed. Thank you Best Buy for helping us through the process to a marvelous "hey look at that color and definition, that brightness - listen to that super sound!" Bravo!!
