Tyler was an outstanding consultant who provided expert guidance in setting up my projector for my home theater. He not only helped me choose the right product but also gave me clear instructions on how to set it up for the best experience. Throughout the process, he was incredibly responsive to my emails and always available to answer any questions. We'd just moved into a brand new house and my dream was to have new kitchen appliances with the features I wanted. Timothy came and measured everything, walked me through different features of the different brands, pros and cons of the brands and the appliances, and answered all of my questions. He also helped me decide to upgrade my washer and dryer, because of the ongoing sales and campaigns at Best Buy, and that was an amazing decision. I'd planned to make due with the ones with the house, but in the weeks between Timothy's visit and delivery, it became very apparent that the old ones were adequate but not that great. Now the washer and dryer are probably my favorite purchase, save the dishwasher. I am very thankful that he took the time to listen to my concerns, needs, and wishes, and help me choose the items that were best for me. Additionally, he gave some great advice on Smart Home items and other things. Finally, he made me feel very comfortable asking any question I had, and made the entire process incredibly easy. He even reached out to follow up after delivery and make sure everything was good. I would absolutely recommend Timothy for any home consult.

The TV selection process advice was initially very good. The implementation was complicated by surrounding callenges of receiver issues which turned out to be no problem for the installation team. The base and TV mounting turned into an issue and wasn't the subject of the initial consultation.. This is still a problem because of the Sony low Vesa mount and the base chosen leaving a 9.5 inch gap under the TV which wasn't the plan due to sightly high position on the stand compared to the previous Sony base which sat directly on the cabinet.

I was looking for an outdoor tv to fit my setup and had a few questions. I went to John and he did a fantastic job answering my questions and getting me the right price on a few items. He was knowledgeable and professional, not pushy. Hw provided great suggestions given what specifically o was working with. Great experience and will be going back when I need to setup my outdoor sound system. At first I was hesitant to go in since I could buy similar things on Amazon, but I was glad I did because his suggestions and knowledge changed the design I went with

We needed help with outdoor audio / tv / speakers/ the works. Matt was our expert and went above and beyond at every encounter. His knowledge was extensive and helped assure us we were getting the right products for our backyard experience. The entire team from first visit to installation was exceptional. Can't say enough nice things about the professionalism, communication, assurance that we received from the Best Buy team.

A great experience. The purchase and scheduling was easy including a later addition to the order. A new TV and soundbar were installed and the old TV was wall mounted in a bedroom. The guys communicated arrival time, showed up when promised. The install was stress free, everting centered and level, and they showed us how to work everything.

Rendee Slowden was amazing to work with. She seemed to be the most knowledgeable sales person in this store, at least when it came to designer appliances. Other sales associates seemed intimidated by the depth of questions I was asking, but Rendee knew her stuff and was super resourceful. She helped us select the right appliances based on our needs, as well as to maximize savings. She was very responsive, and always helpful - even on her day off. We will come back to shop with Rendee with all our future technology needs.

We couldn't have been more pleased with Fernando's assistance in planning our TV system upgrade. He explained how the various components would work together, he answered all our questions clearly and thoroughly, and he promptly followed through on everything and kept us informed as to timing. The guys who came to install the system were equally terrific. They gave us a great orientation and then worked with us as we practiced with everything to make sure we knew what we were doing. Kudos to Fernando and the whole team. We are delighted!

It was a pleasure to work with Keith. I will contact him for all future purchases. There were a couple hiccups along the way (totally outside of Keith’s control) and he handled them with pure professionalism. I felt like I was his only customer due to his attention and focus on the issues that came up with the installation team. I will recommend him to everyone I know that will be purchasing from Best Buy in the future.

He handled everything. Answered all my questions, took care of scheduling even though it was farther out than the system allowed. The TV and network replacements were installed quickly on the date and work great.

I have used these guys on several projects and I've been happy with the results each time. So this five star review is long overdue. For this particular project, I work with John Pineda and his team. One of the technicians who's name was Scott, was an absolute wizard. He was able to correct some technical issues I've been having for years and years. I'm really grateful for that. You should not hesitate to use these guys if you need help with your projects.

We worked with Javier Ramos from the Corpus Christi TX store. He was incredibly responsive and provided us with excellent advice. We got the home entertainment setup we were looking for. He took care of us from the initial visit through purchase and installation. The GeekSquad reps (Omar and Aaron) we also phenomenal!! They gave us a courtesy call ahead of the visit and arrived on time. They took their time to install everything with care and asked for our input. They also ensured we knew how to operate our system and answered all of our questions. I will work with Javier for all my future purchases, he made me a BestBuy customer for life.

Best Buy tech team (formerly Magnolia) at Cypress, Texas has helped us plan and develop a number of projects for our home over the past five years. We have developed a great relationship of trust with the team members and consider them friends. If we have any questions or need assistance with our equipment, we receive a prompt response and are scheduled for service at our convenience. All of the team members are highly skilled and take the time to walk us through any issues we experience and demonstrate the function snd capabilities of our equipment. They go above and beyond our expectations every time!

We needed help with replacing our outdoor tv and our overall experience from start to finish was an excellent experience. The sales team and Gurpursaud were knowledgeable, helpful and timely in getting us quotes and set up with installation. I wanted to upgrade my home theater and sound system , so I went to my go to place , Best Buy Alderwood . Fortunately, Geordy Greene was there . He has helped me in the past with my home theatre and sound system needs . Geordy is extremely knowledgeable about home theatre , sound systems and is tech savvy . He was able to work with my current equipment and recommend upgrades that would provide what I was looking for with my home sound system , all while keeping costs within reason . I’ve had my new sound system for one month and am extremely happy with it . I totally trust Geordy’s judgement , knowledge and experience when it comes to my home entertainment system . I’m recommending him to my family and friends for their home entertainment system needs .

I reached out to Best Buy in-home consultation experts on helping achieve a Dolby Atmos home theater set-up. Best Buy and Geek Squad provided exceptional customer service. The entire process went smoothly - from the initial assessment and consultation at my home to the last step in the process of installing the in-ceiling speakers, the center channel speaker and setting-up the remaining A/V components. I highly recommend asking Best Buy to provide an in-home consultation and professional installation services. They take alot of the guesswork out of it and recommend A/V components that I would have never thought off. I am very happy with the brand recommendations they offered. I got to choose the brand I wanted without any sales tactics or pressure.

We had Ben come out to check out the spot for our dryer and dishwasher, because the store salesman recommended it. We really didn’t think it would be a productive visit, but we were wrong. We had wanted a side vent on dryer which they would need to change at the warehouse, but found out we didn’t have enough space. That would have been a big problem. But he was an even bigger help when the installers added extra costs because they were licensed plumbers. So even when they were only putting in a dryer, because our washer was not hooked up to new codes, they had to “fix” the washer. Which would cost us $200 more payable to them. Ben arranged to have BestBuy refund us the extra cost. He also set up a team to come back out and switch the dryer door to the left side because the installers thought it couldn’t be done. These were not Best Buy’s own installers they were an outside firm.

My microwave was on the blink right before thanksgiving. I went into Best Buy/Pacific Sales and was immediately greeted, directed to a sales person and picked out the one I wanted. Unbeknownst to me I left my credit card at home. The sales person was so understanding. I went home, called her with the number and had the installation two days later (although hey could have done it the next day which wasn’t good for me). The installers were on time and very courteous and efficient getting the install done. Thank you.
