I recently had a Home Consultation with Best Buy, and it was an outstanding experience! We need a new living room TV. The consultant was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to understand my needs. At my request, we went through several iterations of the proposed solution. The consultant never lost patience to advise me. This made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The level of professionalism and expertise was top-notch, and I feel confident about the choices I made for my home. Highly recommend their services!"

luke was excellent. super knowledgable, very thorough and courteous. however, the best buy 3rd party delivery and installation service was not good at all. the 2 delivery people arrived to install our gas dryer without the gas line kit that luke ordered and we paid for. they insisted on conflating that the dryer that they were removing was electric. after several times to make them understand that the previous dryer was irrelevant and that the gas pipe was in place to receive the gas dryer. at issue is they arrived without the gas kit. when i threatened to walk to best buy to purchase another gas line, they offered to search for another one in their truck and mysteriously found it? the dryer also didn't fit into the space that luke measured and i confirmed fit. it wasn't until i forced them to keep adjusting the resting place of the vent hose to avoid the rear protrusion to fit that it fit. they constinued to hustle me to take the previous unit as it was a miele that was in perfect operating condition. i'd already committed it to our bldg super. it was to their dissatisfaction. lastly, they insisted that i rate them with the maximum rating as they photographed the rating document. they made the entire experience unpleasant and if my wife were here alone the unit would not have been installed unless perhaps she offered them extra money...perhaps. but luke the best buy tech was wonderful!

It is nice to have a person to speak through all issues regarding orders and installation questions. Tyler does a great job of communicating and taking care of my issues.

Nate was amazing and because of him, I will be purchasing all of my tech at Best Buy. I needed a new TV, and sound bar but was confused by all of the options. Nate spent time with me teaching me about different products, pros/ cons. I told him he should be a teacher! After the purchase he continued to be responsive and helpful, leading to a successful installation that worked for my home. Organized, knowledgeable, patient and helpful- a great asset to Best Buy!

We have worked with Seth Maser on three different occasions for our home theater, and he has always provided personal and professional expertise. He really has made us feel like we were his top priority each time. Excellent product knowledge with great customer focused service.

Will was an excellent source of information regarding speaker and TV purchases. He made sure all products were delivered and functional.

We just bought a condo in Boca Raton. We needed to buy and have installed 5 TVs and a Sonos sound system. We called around and got recommendations from friends and received estimates and long sessions from companies that explained how difficult a job it was going to be and did we know the mess it was going to create. Along with all the long explanations came a loooong price and a feeling from all that they were really doing me a favor. It dawned on me that maybe Best Buy could do this job. I called. That’s when Rob and, eventually his crew came into the picture. Rob came out to our condo. He sized up the job, produced a readable/understandable quote at a far more reasonable price than all the other ‘experts.’ Then Rob had his friendly installation team come and do the job. It was done without a mess, done by a friendly knowledgeable crew. It was done to perfection! It was a pleasure doing business with Best Buy, Rob and the crew from BB! A job well done!!

I was extremely happy to have used the Home Expert service in choosing to purchase and install a wall mounted TV. The expert was very responsive in setting the appointment, helped with choosing a TV, with all accessories ,measured exactly where and how it was to be hung. He even found a better price for the product I wanted. The installation was great, including the techs that installed the TV. I would definitely use the service again for piece of mind.

Becki was absolutely the best sales person I could have picked, and I did pick her. I went to the store to look for new kitchen appliances and nobody came to assist me. As I was walking out I passed a table with several sales people sitting and talking - nobody stopped to ask if I needed help - except Becki. She asked what I needed and then walked me through all of my options with specific recommendations and the best possible customer service I could have hoped for. She kept in contact and helped every time I needed to delay delivery because of construction delays which made my life so much less stressful. I highly recommend Becki. You will not be disappointed!

I am a Property Manager and met Lane the first time when I went in with a list of 9 appliances to buy, all for different properties scattered around the island. I knew what the measurements of the spaces were for the appliances to fit and had chosen some on-line. Lane reviewed my measurements and choices; he pointed out some better appliances for the space and needs of a few properties which I greatly appreciated. He patiently went through every property taking down every tenant's information and setting up delivery times. Every item was delivered as promised. Since that time Lane has helped me with a least a dozen other purchases and every one has gone smoothly. He has great ideas, is thorough and patient. He can easily and confidently explain the differences in appliances and asks all the right questions to be sure you have the proper accessories for installation. I really cannot speak highly enough of him. I would have posted pictures but none of these were for my home; however, when one of my appliances needs replacing, I know who to call.

Xavier was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I don't know much at all about tech and he broke it all down for me and helped me pick the perfect tvs, speakers, laptop, and monitor.

When our dryer died, the new dryers we were interested in all seemed too wide for our space. If later we needed a new washer, how would we fit both appliances in this area? Best Buy told us about their free consultation so we could make decisions about dimensions, and what was available with the features we wanted. I looked for a 4- way vent dryer that would save space in the back by 4" from the current dryer by being able to move the vent to the left and push the dryer back towards the wall. Our consultant Thomas was very helpful in steering us to the brands and models that could do this before he even came out to measure. That gave us time to study everything online and when he came, we had boiled it down to 2 models. With his measuring, as well as the advice to get the dryer cords and hoses, we went ahead and got the washer in a package deal on sale. His suggestions of getting the correct duct vent from Amazon were spot on. It gave us peace of mind to have him assure us that these appliances would fit in our space with no issue as well as to order all the hoses and cords necessary for the full install. He followed up at every step of the way before and after installation to ensure everything went to plan. I highly recommend his service and advice!

I came in and was inquiring about cameras and speaker system in our new house. I met Dylan how advised my wife and I on what we needed and then prepared a quote. Everything met our expectations on price and systems. We then met Mike the project coordinator who had us lined up for install. Our install team Drey and Carlos were spot on. They did an excellent job on both installs. I would high recommend Best Buy and their crews for your tech installation.

Matt did a terrific job helping me pick out speakers that matched my current ones of a different brand, were the quality I wanted, and worked with the space I have. He asked appropriate questions and gave me a handful of options weighing in the pros and cons with me. We had a minor hiccup with them being backordered, but he kept me well informed on what he knew and I was able to pick them up the day they arrived at the store.
