Garrett Bowdren was exceptional. He took the time to make sure everything was set to our satisfaction, and explained everything to us. Before he left, he made sure all of our questions were answered and cleaned up any cardboard that was left. Wish you had more caring employees like this. The first TV on delivery day came broken in the box. Garrett took it back to the store and went "the extra mile" to bring back a new one, within the hour.

The overall team at Best Buy in Downers Grove is very friendly, always willing to help and attentive to my technology needs. In Particular Josh Mladenik! I worked with Josh for a whole home entertainment system that included a Tv, mount, cables, Apple TV, and surround sound. Josh was very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. You can tell he really enjoys his job and enjoys helping people. I would recommend this store and in particular Josh to my friends & family.

I had a home theater installed recently, Austin and Jay were amazing! They arrived on time, were incredibly professional and friendly. They did a fantastic job installing my TV, receiver, wall and in ceiling speakers. What I appreciated most about them was not only their knowledge but how much it appeared they enjoyed the work they were doing. It was an exciting day for me, and their positive and friendly attitude made it even more great. I also absolutely love the gear and setup, it looks and sounds amazing! Thank you to your team for doing such a wonderful job, doing it right the first time, and taking good care of my home and products.

My wife and I recently bought a new home. We needed a TV and a washer and dryer. When we started shopping we found that the choices were overwhelming. We saw products we liked but were unsure if they would work for the space we have and we didn’t want to make the wrong choice. While shopping at Best Buy we found out they offer free in home consultations so we signed up. The consultants were very professional and they gave us product recommendations for our TV based on the size of the room and the lighting it had. They narrowed down the many choices just a few so we could make a good decision. For our washer and dryer they measured the space we had to ensure the combo we were looking at would fit properly. It made the buying decisions for these big purchases much easier and I highly recommend the service.

The product is great, exactly what we ordered. It all performs well with the exception of the “remote confusion” caused by interoperability issues. What once required only 1 remote for us previously now takes 2. Our install team was great. Professional and efficient with our time. The best part of our experience is our Project Manager Hallie. We continue to purchase at Best Buy specifically because of Hallie. She always has the right advice and tech insights that are invaluable to us. Lynda

We did an extensive home remodel and needed all new appliances. Andy met with is in our kitchen to see the exact space we had. Then he recommended 3 different appliance packages all within our budget. Once the order was placed, we had everything delivered and installed in less than a week. Very easy and hassle free.

I recently worked with Jared to replace a tv and laptop and to extend my wifi. His advice and attention to detail made both the ordering process and the installation a breeze. And the Geek Squad installation team also did a great job. They were all professional and extremely competent and I would definitely use them again.

Robert Rice is such a pleasure to work with and his extensive knowledge of so many appliances was most helpful. He was quick to recognize our needs and wishes and inform us of available appliances that fit within the dimensions of our kitchen cabinets and walls. Reached out to Genesis to inquire about home alarm systems and cameras. We agreed to schedule a in home appointment to go over my needs since the system I had was very antiquated. She gave us a few options and in the end we decided to go with the system that she suggested that would fit our needs. Want to say that we were very satisfied with the service that she provided and would refer her to friends and family. She deserves the highest rating possible.

My husband and I just had a new TV and Sonos system, complete with speakers, CD player and phonograph, installed in our new home. Hannah listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and ordered exactly what we needed to accomplish what we wanted. The Geek squad who installed our new TV and sound system were excellent. They were particularly good AND patient when it came time to explain to me how to make everything work! We called Hannah when we discovered a mechanical problem with our new CD player and she was back at our house within a day or so to pick it up and order a new one. We will have our new one by the end of the week. I can't say enough good things about our experience thus far with Best Buy. We have already recommended them to our friends.

It was so convenient to have an in house consultation. Julio was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. We needed to exchange some products as well as order others. He was very efficient in getting our order placed and also with great pricing.

I wanted to purchase a camera, Amanda was my consultant so she came over and took a look at my house.. it was fast and easy, I didn’t think much of it until the actual geek squad came over to my house. The gentlemen’s name Jeffrey i believe. He’s a very nice man, the only issue that Amanda did not cover was how is my internet speed, what kind of router and modem do I have and where to place the actual DVR because where I wanted originally he was gonna have to make holes. So I had to move location & buy more products on top of the installation fee. Overall I am happy with the camera. The Geek squad crew install the camera very beautiful and I love the way it’s set up. But make sure you look into the camera, the internet speed you might need and the router & modem you have plus the location in the house where you want

My encounter with Yesenia was very helpful as I was looking for new appliances for my home. She turned me over into the capable hands of Marco and he worked with me to get every thing ordered and delivered. He also told me about the great warranty program offered by Best Buy that I took advantage of. Since then I bought a television at another Best Buy store and the salesperson never mentioned the program. All BB stores need a Yesenia and Marco.

Everything is good. The technician is very helpful and answered all of my questions.

Gerald was absolutely the best. Gerald explained everything to detail. My TV and sound bar went in as planned. The team that came out to our place in Los Gatos was very good. The team that came out to my sons place in Belmont was not good. They had to hang the TV twice. I have exposed wires which I was not supposed to have. I have additional holes that now need to be fixed. I’m to the point that it might be best to hire our own people the next time we do this so that we don’t a mess like we have in Belmont. Is Best But going to fix the problem that we have?

Alex went above and beyond on several of our remodeling projects. He came to the site of a major home renovation to make sure all of the appliances would fit. He consulted on home theatre and outdoor theatre for one of the homes. Exceptional service and follow up. Always returned any phone calls made. Very rare these days to have such outstanding service. Very professional, and cared about my needs. Highly recommend.

Isaac and his team did an amazing job! My husband lives the new home theatre system. Isaac was able to get the exact type of sound we wanted by just mentioning the brand that wasn’t in ceiling and the in ceiling system Isaac put together was more than we could imagine. Derek and his partner who came to conduct the install were prompt and very informative. We are truly thankful for such outstanding service and we look forward to our next project with Best Buy! :)

Highly recommend the Best Buy In-Home Consultation with Chris. He will help you choose the best Home Theater System for your needs and the best room configuration to maximize the picture and the sound. Also highly recommend the Tech Support. Chris will serve as your sole contact for all your technical needs. Had it not been for Chris and the Geek Squad (Austin and Jeremy), we would have returned our 77 inch LG OLED TV. They know best how to adjust the settings on all your home theater devices so everything is synchronized and provides the best quality picture and sound. Don't try to do this on your own. You will be shocked at their expertise and all the adjustments they will make to maximize your home theater setup.

Grant was very professional. He asked for my goals and clearly explained options and configurations. He consulted rather than dictated the proposal and also offered to prepare 2 proposals Entry level and Ultimate to showcase possibilities. He also was willing to discuss and make changes to suit ultimate needs. All the time, I felt valued, listened to and got the best advice and guidance on choices that we could make.
