Chris was very helpful in coming out and helping us find exactly what we need for our specific needs. The home installation team did an excellent job of installing our new equipment and made sure that we understood how to operate the new system and did not leave until they answered all of our questions. A very good experience from start to finish. Great job everyone!

Jay was great, it was so nice to have one person to help us through the dishwasher buying process. He explained all options clearly and helped move the transaction forward in a smooth and timely manner. Being able to call Jay with questions gave us peace of mind. Josh from geek squad who installed our dishwasher was excellent in every way. Very efficient at solving problems, very knowledgeable. He communicated very clearly. I learned a lot about the wiring and tubes behind the dishwasher.

Best Buy's home theater expert was instrumental in selecting and designing the right solution. He came to our home, and then demoed a couple of solutions in the store. He was always available for questions and made the whole experience very enjoyable.

Another fantastic installation by Cody of the Best Buy team! Terrific install, all done very well, 1000% professional, explained everything, shown how to use the new products, apps, etc., and could not have been more helpful! Grant was very professional. He asked for my goals and clearly explained options and configurations. He consulted rather than dictated the proposal and also offered to prepare 2 proposals Entry level and Ultimate to showcase possibilities. He also was willing to discuss and make changes to suit ultimate needs. All the time, I felt valued, listened to and got the best advice and guidance on choices that we could make. Great person and technologist!!

I was able to make a great purchase on a large TV and ceiling speakers. With the suggestions made by my advisor, I actually made a decision to purchase a higher grade of equipment. When the installers arrived to see what the job required, they were unable to reach one area in my attic. They phone their manager and together came up with options that were presented to me. They followed through returned the equipment and picked up what I choose. The install went smooth, the room looks great and I Totally appreciate my two installers.

David Bortz was of the greatest assistance in every stage. We aren't exactly tech-savvy ourselves, so to have his help from initial consultation and evaluation of our needs with the right products made our experience perfect. And he did it all with a friendly manner. We would highly recommend him to others, and when we want future purchases ourselves, we will seek him out.

The Best Buy consultant arrived on time and was completely respectful of me and my home. He provided a lot of excellent information and recommendations. He answered all of my questions and made sure I had all of the information I needed to make a decision about my home WiFi and services questions (I was interested in both upgrading my router and cutting cable). With all of the information he gave me, I have now successfully put in a new mesh router system, significantly improving the coverage in my home, and have dropped television and phone service from my internet provider in favor of less expensive VoIP and streaming media options. This has made my family more satisfied and is going to save me a lot of money going forward!

Alex went above and beyond on several of our remodeling projects. He came to the site of a major home renovation to make sure all of the appliances would fit. He consulted on home theatre and outdoor theatre for one of the homes. Exceptional service and follow up. Always returned any phone calls made. Very rare these days to have such outstanding service. Very professional, and cared about my needs. Highly recommend.

We needed help finding a refrigerator that find an odd size in our new kitchen. We had tried and failed to find one on our own. Our Home Consultant took over that headache and found us a beauty! He was so helpful with this appliance and found us several others that met our needs. I would highly recommend this service to folks who recently bought homes. It was such a stress reliever. I went into the store to ask questions about outdoor speakers. After a few minutes of discussion, the sales rep mentioned that he would recommend a consultation. We scheduled it. At the time I had no idea of the value I was going to experience. Rachel showed up and walked me through her recommendations. She was knowledgeable about all of the products and made the experience easy! I’m happy to have my own personal sales rep at Best Buy. I’ve used this service a few more times and have recommended Rachel to multiple friends.

Santana Fouts-Tupiken is my go to Guy whenever I need to buy anything that Best Buys sells. He is an outstanding salesman and truly cares about his customers. I have managed a large number of salespeople in my career and I would put him near the top of all that I have had the pleasure to work with. I would hire him if I could! If you are in the northern Colorado area, I would highly recommend you contact him. You will not regret it!

Luke Ellingson was extremely helpful w/reviewing my thoughts and suggesting items that would be helpful to achieve my sound/tv goals. He also did a great job w/coordinating the install process w/the installer (Greg Friendshuh) who also did a great job and was very helpful. I wanted a refrigerator and stove. A friend said I had to call Sydney at Best Buy. I found her at the DeWitt store. She ordered everything for me including haul aways and plumbing, and attaching the gas stove and all of the equipment needed for both. I did have to pay the plumber additional money, which was confusing, thought I had already paid but I have an old house and did not have something that Sydney would not have known because she was not allowed to do the in-home service during Covid. Overall, she made everything easy-peasy, brought me in under budget too. Delivery men worked so hard and were wonderful too. Thank you!!!!!

We’ve been working with Geordie for our home entertainment and sound needs, and he’s the best. He’s up to date on all the latest technology, is quick to respond, and makes sure we get what we need. If there’s an issue that comes up, he makes sure it’s handled, even coming over to assess anything if needed. Can’t say ebough good things about him.

We have just begun the journey of adding smart technology to our home. We started this journey knowing almost nothing about smart technology. Amber came to our home and met with us on our daily activities. Based on this, she made several recommendations on where to get started. Based on her advice, we've added smart thermostats, smart bulbs, smart plugs and are watching several other items to go on sale. Amber has been very helpful and responsive. She sends us a weekly email on the prices of the items that we're watching. As a result, we learned that the Honeywell Thermostats were on sale. We jumped at that purchase. I highly recommend Amber as a In-Home Consultant.

As part of our extensive home renovation we incorporated as many smart home technologies as made sense. Given our limited experience with this, our two home visits with our expert were hugely valuable. The first visit was to discuss what we wanted, what our options were, necessary hardwiring (one chance to get it right), and actual product options around security, temperature controls, optimizing wifi, etc. The second visit focused on making sure we were setting up these functions as ideally as possible. We are delighted in how things turned out, and credit our total tech home expert for the success.

Rome Charnel was a pleasure to work with. Extremely attentive and on top of every small detail. I completed a large overhaul of my home electronics including 2 new TV's, a power amp for my Existing Artison speakers, a new sound bar and power surge protection. Installation was flawless and on schedule. Highly recommend Rome.
