I couldn’t expect a better representative of Best Buy to complete the task. He was punctual, knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and experienced. He is the reason I will choose to use Best Buy again. Great advice and patient to explain and demo both TV and audio. We went home to research his recommendations and they were sound. Web are happy with the final decisions.

Diego and the whole Magnolia team have been instrumental in getting our home theater system up and running. After moving into our new home, we had an existing system that needed to be upgraded, which took a lot of work (and several visits), but now we've got indoor/outdoor Sonos speakers, surround sound for the TV, and a universal remote to easily control everything. If you're not a tech wizard, I highly recommend the Magnolia team to help get you where you want to go.

Lu Litchfield created a good tech plan for a new TV and associated electronics. He also ensured that after the basic installation was done that there was important follow-up to resolve remaining issues.

Ramon was terrific. Just an outstanding young man and a credit to your organization. He promised to resolve the problem with our stereo system and delivered as promised. Ramon came to our home, proved the fault was with our receiver, and tested the other components and found them working fine. When asked what we should do, he recommended replacing the receiver and ordered it for us. When the receiver was delivered he came returned to our home and connected the component and insured the it was in good working order. We asked while he was there if he could test the head phones for our UHD TV, he did and recommended a replacement. Ramon said he would take care of us when we returned to the store. When we arrived at the Audio Department, Ramon came over immediately, found a good replacement and instructed us how to connect the headset. He also said if we had any problem when should call and he would lead us through hookup. As a former Area Operations Manager responsible for customer repair service and installation for the greater Boston suburban area I am thoroughly familiar with customer service. I would evaluate Ramon as outstanding.

We needed a new TV for our home theater/living room. Our consultant was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He answered our numerous questions and helped guide us toward a good TV for our needs. It was a no-pressure sales experience.

Matt Weatherly provided excellent support for my purchase of several audio components. He was able to find each of the components I requested and arranged for their shipment to Best Buy Cary. He kept in touch with me through the entire process. His support was excellent. I will certainly ask for his support for future purchases.

Detrick Watson listened to my vision of what I was trying to achieve, provided easy to understand information and gave me several viable options from which to choosing audio equipment. In addition, he facilitated scheduling of the instillation of the items that I chose. Best Buy is so fortunate to have such a conscientious, knowledgeable associate. The technicians who installed my equipment arrived on time and were competent and careful of both interior and exterior items that could easily have been damaged. They made sure that any debris and packaging was cleaned up and/or removed and I received explicit instructions on how to use my new equipment.

Michael Matsuk provided superior service with our washer/dryer selection, purchase, and installation. I would strongly recommend Michael and Best Buy for all appliance needs.

Recently I have visited your Bestbuy for one of my home Project ,we come across Paulo Castillo for our Home Theater project, Here I want to give some feedback out of my and Betsbuy Interest , I have almost zero knowledge on Home Theater setup but Paulo made it very simple & seamless with his knowledge, I can say loudly that Paul is very techy guy with lot of experience , in our case we have so many constraints like space, quality and Money , he gave us very good demo & opinion on setup , at the end we esp my kids are able to have or enjoying wonderful HomeTheater environment, I can say confidently all this happen with Paul support , else may happen without him may be it will take at the cost of time and more money . He is very very friendly, patience(for my stupid questions) and very supportive, from our bottom of our heart I want to say that we are happy with Bestbuy Beta Member services and very lucky as bigger part for Paul services , he added alot of value to our Project , hope same with Bestbuy & for your team feature Project. This I want to share to encourage you, Bestbuy and Professional like Paul.

We were looking to update and upgrade our home theater audio system. Terence and Josh came by and explained all our options and made excellent suggestions. We’re extremely satisfied with the Sonos system we now have. Love it!

Kyle who did the consult was great, very knowledgeable. After the sale, the install team cancelled twice on me the day of schedule. Took over a month to get installed. Had to have back out due to not allowing enough HDMI to use fully articulating TV arm.

Over the last few years Genesis Mora has provided excellent service to us. Most recently we did a full kitchen upgrade and she spent considerable time with us to ensure we had the right products(Thermador and Zephr line products) for our kitchen. I recommend Genesis anytime to consult with for your home theater and kitchen appliances as she has the product knowledge to go with the great customer service.

Jon Taxis, was very helpful and very knowledgeable on setting up our new 75 " Samsung TV and showing me on how the TV system work.

Arturo at the Joliet,IL store was the best salesperson we have had in a while. He was not the typical pushy salesman. Knowing the potential of us spending over $10,000, he let us take our time, was patient, helped us make our decisions through his knowledge of the products. When asked the difference between the appliances he knew just about everything, and he didn’t have to pickup the information cards and read off Of there, which is super annoying. He presented himself well and professionally, and has been helping us all the way through the installation of our new kitchen. So his help didn’t stop once he made the sale. We have been in contact several times up to the installation. Arturo is a must have for Best Buy. I came in with my wife just to look and feel the items that I had been researching through the website and had no intention to buy. But with the persuasion of my wife and the helpfulness of Arturo we took the plunge and bought a new Samsung kitchen and laundry room. Thank you for all of your help and support Arturo.

I need a refrigerator for upstairs and down. I haven't purchased appliances in a long time and I did not know where to go. My friend referred me to Best Buy. I visited the Dearborn store and the sales rep told me I could have a consultat come to home and measure to see what kind of refrigerator will fit and measured the stairs and doorways. I was so impressed. I purchased two refrigerators and was so pleased with customer service. I will be referring my friends to Best Buy. Customer Service is a PLUS today.

Working with Philip was a pleasure. He helped us out with a couple of different homes we were working on. Truly appreciate his insights and support.
