Tyler Garrison, Has been absolutely fantastic to work with, since we first bought all of our appliances and tv over a year ago and still today. Not only is Tyler helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and courteous, but his customer service is monumental, He goes over the top to help in every way he can. It's been a real pleasure, getting to know Tyler and working with him.

I am building a home and purchased all my kitchen appliances through Emily Campbell at the Baybrook location. She is VERY knowledgeable, dependable, and was/is always available for questions and concerns even AFTER my purchase. She responds quickly to emails and is available by phone. I highly recommend her to anyone making an appliance purchase.

Earlier this past September I walked into Best Buy looking for a new TV for our basement theatre room. Our previous TV was over 17 years old so it was way past due for an upgrade. In talking with the sales rep about my needs, she thought it might be worthwhile to schedule an "in-home" appointment with one of their "Home Experts." Chase Jackson emailed me within a day and we schedule an appointment for a couple days later. He was AMAZING!! We picked out a new 77" LG OLED TV, a beautiful Salamander TV/AV stand, a receiver, and then a new 43" Samsung TV for our upstairs hearth room. Chase was very knowledgeable (he was even able to use our exist sound system), and he made the entire appointment fun and easy. I was in a crunch to get things done quickly (before the grandkids came for a visit), and he made it all happen in less than two weeks . . . and he even had our large, old TV hauled away. Couldn't have been easier. Very pleased with everything that was installed on Sept 28!!!!

Working with Richard was a very positive experience. We discussed the options for the size of the TV for my living room that would be appropriate along with the sound system that would be integrated into the audio/video experience. We reviewed how the system would be set up with the wiring hidden within the wall. There were potential issues with snaking HDMI cables through the tubes in the wall. Richard devised a “Plan B” that while it would have required more equipment and more expense if needed, at least it would be able to be installed when the technicians came to set up the entire system. Luckily the technician was able to install “Plan A” and all the additional equipment was returned for a full refund. There was additional work that I contracted for the Geek Squad to do for me on the install day that I completed myself. Richard made sure that I received a refund for that as well. Enjoying the entire entertainment system and I have received many compliments from neighbors on how great everything works.

We purchased our Thermador appliances for our kitchen remodel. The instore employee, Richard, was very helpful in selecting and managing the purchase. We scheduled and rescheduled delivery and installation online several times due to delays on the remodel. It all went very smoothly. There were no negatives!

After Trying to figure out what kind of refrigerator I was going to purchase. I went to Best Buy to look for what I had in mind. I couldn't find any fridge with the measurements & color I needed. I was annoyed. A gentleman came over to help, and said if I want a white refrigerator in the Samsung model he could show me the Bespoke model. I was so happy I fell in Love with that one. Well when they delivered it 2 days later it didn't fit. I had to go online & pick a totally different refrigerator. The guy who helped me ran everything by me, explained every detail I was very Happy and Satisfied with the whole procedure. Thank You for all the help you gave me.

I wanted to replace my old tube TV with a flat screen TV. it was a complicated project because I had a DVR, VCR, Roku, and DVD player all hooked up and working with the old TV, and wanted to keep the same set up. I also wanted the best quality I could get in a 32 inch TV. Working with the consultant, we decided on a Samsung QLED. I discussed the details during the consult and he created a detailed plan, including the number of HDMI cables I would need. He placed the order and that went perfectly. The Geek Squad technicians that came out for the installation exceeded my expectations - they got everything hooked up and working, even hiding the cables as I had with my previous set up. We tested every device before they left and they showed me how to use the new TV and switch between devices, even my old VCR! They also programmed my Verizon remote to work with the new TV. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was amazed, assuming something would be problematic. But not for these guys!

I recently moved into a new home and needed to purchase and install 2 wall-mounted TVs. One of them was going on a brick wall over a fireplace. It seemed challenging to mount a big TV onto brick and manage all the cables. I took advantage of an in-home consultation. My consultant was Khia Price, and he was terrific. The entire experience was excellent. Khia advised on the best TV choices and the required accessories. We ordered everything and scheduled the installations right on the spot. Khia was available throughout for any questions or issues that might arise. Khia pointed out discounts that were available through Best Buy Totaltech and I ended up saving money on my purchases and installation. The installations were flawless. The techs did a great job hiding the cables with cable molding--everything working well and looks great. I highly recommend Best Buy's Home Expert service as a high quality and cost-effective way to manage home theater and other tech for your home.

I was having my fourth Marantz AV receiver installed along with updated Chocolate HDMI cable and cooling fan. Installation went well. However, I noticed a hum in my speakers when the AV unit turns on. I contacted Zach and he will set up an appointment to have that fixed. I have been a Magnolia customer for over 20 years

Thanks Tim for all the help. Really appreciate your patience in clarifying all my queries and helping me in scheduling/rescheduling all the deliveries and services time and again to fit my situational requirements.

We were finishing our new home and needed four tv’s. I was uncertain as to correct sizes and unfamiliar with all of the choices as to features and quality. FaceTime call with Rodney was the perfect solution. We walked from room to room and figured it out as we went. He never tried to oversell me and he was a very good listener. He ordered everything and the Geek Squad came and installed all four in about 2-3 hours. A stress-free way for a 60+ consumer to buy electronics.

We were buying large format TV’s and tower speakers. Thomas Ford was extremely helpful selecting a TV with the best anti glare technology for a room with a large wall of windows allowing natural light and a second TV in a much darker room. He was also very helpful with our selection of the best matched speakers for our room and amplifier. Thomas is knowledgeable, personable, patient and very professional.

Micheal visited my home to help me measure and figure out how I would fit my refridgerator next to a wall in a tight kitchen. We also arranged a stove and dishwasher. He spent hours trying to help me find a large enough fridge that didn't have thick doors to work next to a wall. He also went above and behind to answer questions and always made it clear and easy for me to understand. Always helped me get the best promotion, fastest delivery. Most of he was kind and patient. I would recommend to anyone to get in-house consultation to confirm measurements before making a purchase. Most importantly Micheal made himself available when the orders had to be changed due to preferences in size.

We worked with Gabby at Pacific Sales/Best Buy in Carlsbad, CA. She came to our home, was exact in her measurements and advice for what would fit in our space. We then went to the store to see the appliances in person. When there was a refrigerator that was better suited for us AND on sale, she recommended that instead of the original one on the quote and we appreciated that! There were lots of details to ordering and installation since we were working around when our contractors would be ready for appliance install. Gabby was available and problem solved with us to get our appliances installed as soon as possible. We now have a new microwave, cooktop, hood insert, and refrigerator and couldn’t be happier about our decisions thanks to Gabby’s expertise!

Zach has been so incredible to help me find just the right technology for my needs. He has a straightforward demeanor and does not try to "up-sell" me on gadgets that won't be in my best interest. I truly appreciate his expertise! Zach has been so patient and understanding to explain all the basics since I am what would be considered "computer and technology" challenged. Plus, he has been so friendly and kind each every time I call him for information or questions on my devices. I never feel like I am putting him out to do so!!! I love that Best Buy has made it possible for me to feel like I have help when I need it in a world that is foreign to someone of my generation. It's a good feeling having these guys on my side whom I can trust. I highly recommend Best Buy and Zach in particular. I am ever so grateful I found you guys!!!

Needed help finding the right stereo system that fit our needs. Something that sounded amazing and also was extremely easy to use. John Turi out of the Brick store went above and beyond to get us set up and check all the boxes. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend visiting John.

I’ve been looking for a new Sony tv for my parents. I went to a Best Buy store to look at some TVs and they suggested I get a in home consultation from them. Best advice I ever got!! When the advisor came I had a very informative conversation with him. He suggested what tv size would fit best in the family room plus what home theater speakers to get for the size of the room. I’m very glad I had the conversation with him because what I had in mind for tv size wouldn’t have fit in the corner of the family room. What’s good about that is that the size he suggested is perfect for the family room plus it saves me money for the smaller size he suggested. Looking back on it what I was thinking when it comes to tv size it wouldn’t have looked good at all. He also suggested the same thing when it came to the home theater speakers that would work best for the family room. In short like I said I’m very glad I made the decision to have an in home consultation. The agent’s name is Michael Ficzko who did the in home consultation. If you ever need a in home consultation I recommend him. Very nice guy that would answer any questions you have and will give you really good advice on anything you need done in your home.
