    Micquel at the geek squad was a great help

    I'm a person that knows what I want but don't know how to get it. My bride convinced me to solicit the geek squad to set up a surround system and I was very happy that I did. The install was very straightforward u till the end where Micquel was finishing up and ran into a puzzler with compatibility issues to an older television. He did stick with it and figured the issues out and got the entire system to work as advertised. We are really enjoying our purchase and are very grateful for the high quality of goods and services, and we made a new friend with Micque!

    Matthew’s professionalism

    We wanted to have an entertainment set up in our new home and we wanted it done correctly s well as take advantage of key sales. To be honest, there were some serious hiccups during the process; however, Matthew was able to go over everything, reassure me that all would be well and checked throughout the process. He answered all of our questions/concerns, helped us make a good decision and made sure that we purchased all of the “little things” that we didn’t know we needed (and explained why we needed them). Matthew’s professionalism was better than my attitude, for which I am grateful. Thanks to him and his work, we have a beautifully successful home theater. I, accounting for everything, would both use this service again and recommend it to others.

    We were so blessed the day we walked in to Best buy and met Glen Balagna. we've been to home Depot Lowe's just about every appliance store here in Prescott. This guy really cared about what we wanted and didn't stop until he found it. I would recommend him to anyone. He knows his stuff He was so nice and always had a smile. I never seen a salesperson try so hard but he did!! As we went to other stores they wouldn't even take the time to look on their computer to see what we were looking for. Glen took hours with us to make sure he got us what we wanted. So instead of wasting your time at all these supposedly appliance stores if you want someone to really care go see Glenn he was absolutely amazing! I will be referring everyone to him. One more thing The crew they sent out was Daniel and Jordan they were so polite showed me how everything worked. They were also an amazing team to Best buy You have some wonderful employees ones that I would cherish. And I hope that you do. Thanks

    In-home consultation…Try it, you’ll like it

    Derick helped me a great deal this past few months. His in-home and phone consultations were invaluable. He helped me arrange the purchase and installation of a new TV set as well as moving two other TV sets in my home. Additionally, he assisted me in the purchase and installation of a washer and dryer. What impressed me the most was that I did not seek out a home consultation. I was in a store talking with a Best Buy geek squad member and he suggested that an in-home consultation might be what I needed to help me make my final choices. I was skeptical at first but thought I would give it a try. It was so easy and painless.

    Great customer experience!

    We wanted to get a professional opinion to help with design options and possibilities for our living room, a space which needs to serve multiple functions. Throughout the entire process, Devon has been great! The project had twists and turns, ultimately expanding to a full home theater install of a new 77” mounted 4K OLED TV, a full in-wall 5.4.2 speaker system, receiver, 4K Blu-Ray, and all the other chord / finishing trimmings. Throughout all the questions and changes/additions as we went along, she was always there and ready to help. We also can’t say enough about Ryan and his installation. Even with unexpected challenges during installation ( ended up needing a different receiver due to speaker layouts in the end ), they worked with us to make it right and get the end-line products we needed. The results was certainly more than we could have thought in the beginning of the whole process! Thank you for all your help and patience Devon and Ryan!

    What a plesantly surprising, positive and professional experience it was to have Cynthia lead my home theater project. I had never though about technical consultation for a home before and I came away very delighted with how well, simple and easy things turned out. More specifically, when shebviited the project site, Cynthia was very professional and detailed in asking questions to learn more about the vision on what our family wanted in our newly remodeled basement for a home theatre. Furthermore, she even cost conscious in working with our budget, but ensured we got the best tech and quality available for our budget. Finally, when the Geek Squad techbteam came to install, it was flawless. Overall, a five star, first class experience and we absolutely love our new theatre! Thank you!

    It was a good day when I met Matt Keough in the Home Theater Dep't. He listened carefully, as I described my needs. Together we formulated a plan to update my technology needs, regarding TVs and my home theater set-up. I should mention I am a senior who does not grasp all the new tech. He was very thorough, helpful, and supportive. Highly recommend!

    Fabulous Sales Associates, They Have Stock!

    We came in to buy a fridge for our new home and were a little nervous about availability these days. A very nice Sales Associate, Mrs. Young (Sorry, I forgot her first name) helped us & she was very knowledgeable until my husband pulled out his measurements that made no sense. She called over her husband, Calvin, who was very nice as well & even more knowledgeable! He confirmed the measurements seemed off & patiently showed my husband more fridges & explained features while I reached out to my Community Sales Office & asked for their help. All this took a good 15-20 minutes, the store was busy but Calvin never got inpatient or walked away to help someone else. In the end we walked out with a nice deal on a beautiful fridge with some great features that was available for immediate delivery. Installers arrived on time, friendly, did great job.

    I'm a three-peat Best Buy A/V consumer who had the pleasure of working with Premium Designer Kelly Bathurst and various Geek Squad installers who were professional, knowledgeable, conscientious and caring. Our three LG (C4 and G4) televisions work flawlessly with the various Sonos products that were recommended to meet our needs and system configuration. End result is a great picture, great sound, and ease of use; what more can you ask for?

    Consult that turned into a sale

    I was contracted to do a security install for a local church. I didn't really know what system to go with. The young lady at Best Buy had recommended me to their consultant who met with me to discuss what system he recommended. I took his advice buying the Ring flood light security system cameras. The church had bought 5 of them, one being a battery operated with the solar addition. The camera system has worked well. Curtis Megginson was the consultant and has been a tremendous help through the process during and afterwards with follow up questions regarding a router mesh system that he had also recommended do to the size of the building and it's need for coverage.

    Superior AV consultative services

    Ahmed was a fantastic AV Home Expert whom I fortunately was found through Magnolia. He went above and beyond the call of duty to reconfigure my entertainment center & update my stereo equipment--which was a minor, but complex project. Ahmed was on point through the whole process, taking my calls at odd hours and fielding a variety of questions and concerns I had. Additionally, Ahmed acted as the "go-between" for Best Buy and Magnolia. He even took the time to come out to my property to personally to oversee the techs on the job were doing the work to my satisfaction. Upon completion of the project, he followed-up accordingly and made sure that my newly reconfigured system was properly up and running. All said and done, the total cost of the services, equipment included, was around $1,200. I highly recommend working with Ahmed and would gladly work with him again. He's a straightforward, fair, and no non-sense project manager whose an expert in his field and most importantly, knows how to work well with people.

    We were building out a 11.4 home theater over the last several months and Kozy was absolutely amazing. He worked with us throughout the project to make sure our A/V needs were meet offered various options and solutions and helped us as we changed out various components as the project evolved.

    Medium Budget Home Theatre

    I was looking for a basement large open space home theatre system. I didn't want to be cheap, but also didn't want to break the bank. I knew I wanted good quality sound and a large screen/projector system that would work in my basement where I can make it "dark" but I do not have total darkness. Tyler B. from Best Buy came to my home and through some Q&A we settled in on a budget that was acceptable. In the end I'm super happy with the system. Tyler went over the top and corresponded with me over phone/text during and outside of his work hours. He was a true consultant. I used the standard Geek Squad installation team and had some really knowledgable guys come install my Audio/Video system. They worked their magic and it looks and sounds great! I researched some of the top A/V Home Theatre alternatives to Best Buy and I'm really happy with the quality solution I received given my budget.

    Not a great delivery but ended okay

    We had a great consultation with Drew and purchased a new washing machine. We had to reconfigure our space because our old appliances were stacked and the new ones would not be stacked. We paid to have our dryer moved so it would be beside the washer and not on top of it. At delivery the sub-contractors seemed unaware of what was expected of them. And advised they would not be able to move the dryer at all even though we paid for them to do so. I had to call a neighbor to rush over to help me move the dryer. This was frustrating but to delivery people can only do what they believe they are supposed to do. We called Drew afterward and he was sympathetic and refunded the fee we had paid for the service and also an additional amount for the inconvenience. So we didn’t get exactly what we were supposed to get but the customer service provided was quick and satisfying.

    Romeo in your Dublin store was great. Very knowledgable and helped us select the right sound system for us. Walked us through the buying process and identified discounts avalable. He was there to help answer our questions through the process and sort any issues.

    Our installer was the best

    The expert was very helpful, spent a lot of time explaining what was the best TV for my budget. What was disappointing when I had questions the next day, my phone calls were never returned. Even worse when I called the store phone number listed on the expert business card, it went directly to a Best Buy call center. The person could not answer any of my questions or transfer my call to the expert or the store manager. The only way to contact the store was to make 60 mile roundtrip to the store and hope that some one there could answer my questions. Then I got several e-mails rescheduling my installation appointment, several times. I called the phone number on the e=mail to reschedule that call take could not answer my questions. Best Buy now had my installation appointment schedule for three different days. More phone calls finally narrowed it down to one date. the installer finally showed up at 6;00pm . He was extremely professional, was very neat , cleaned up after he was done and carried all the boxes and papers into my garage.

    Jon was very knowledgeable in setting up a 65" big screen TV, sound bar, mounting of both, speaker system and desk top all in one PC. VERY helpful all threw and even after the installation process. I needed assistance with my new PC 2 weeks later and they sent a tech out to successfully help solve the problem and it took just 15 minutes once they arrived. I purchased the "Total Tech" package and am SO glad I did. They installed and set up everything including transferring all pertinent 411 from my old PC to my new one. Only complaint I have is that in speaking to the total tech team over the phone.....they are very hard to understand. I called 2 different times and they were both from India and had a hard to understand accent.
