Moved into our new Home and needed some guidance as to what would work best for our growing family without breaking our budget and sacrificing quality. Nick took his time to really understand what our expectation was and provided several options that would given our budget. He provided an in store contact in case we ever were in the store and would like to see touch and get an better understanding of the product we were planning on purchasing (pictures and videos can only do so much). The ordering and delivery process was smooth. Definitely would recommend.

We needed help with our home theater and had Craig Pelegríno come to make a decision re the need to replace the receiver and make the system more functional. He determined what did and did not need to be done, he explained the issues clearly, he ensured that everything was functional before he left. In summary, he and his colleague made me feel like a valued customer. Give this guy a raise before he goes elsewhere!

Jason and the entire Geek Squad audio home installation team exceeded my expectations. Personable, professional, punctual and knowledgable. Secondly, they took the time to explain every step of the install and involved me in the decision making throughout...And they explained things clearly without using the audiophile verbiage. These guys are off the chart!

We needed all large kitchen appliances, indoor and outdoor TVs and more. Drake helped us with the selection, delivery dates, installation, savings, and rewards. Wonderful service! I wanted to get rid of cable and only stream my choice of shows. I also needed to upgrade to smart TV or use ROKU or something similar. Where to start? I live alone, so installing a ROKU stick would be difficult (my TVs are well mounted). It all seemed overwhelming! Went to Best Buy to search for a smart TV and a wonderful sales associate set me up with a Home Expert Associate. OMG everyone needs to know about this free service. Michelle came to my home and assessed the situation. No pressure at all, made suggestions. New Smart TV for family room with new wall mount that allows use of hidden outlet, Roku stick for guest room TV. Michelle found an OLED TV on sale, it’s way better than I expected. Everything installed and set up my streaming services. Easy, stress free. Wish I’d done this sooner.

We really appreciated having an in-home consultant who was professional and knowledgeable. David Gutierrez took the time to understand what we were looking for immediately and what we were going to be doing in the future to determine the best audio video system and security system for us. David communicated with us consistently as we went through the design and installation of our systems. we definitely appreciated the fact that he returned our phone calls if he was unable to answer, listened to our concerns and save us money. I highly recommend David and the Best Buy team.

Thank you Besy Buy for offering this in home service! I did not know that you offered it and I have already told a lot of people about it. Having to explain what I have, what I was looking to change, and having a representative explain everything to me in the store would be next to impossible. I have been wanting to make changes but dreaded coming into the store to do it. Had I known you have the in-home service available I would have done it months ago. I was looking for a TV, home theater and Blu Ray. David is wonderful! A great representative for your company! He is very personable, understood what I was looking for and made recommendations. I am so thankful he came because some of my ideas would not have worked out; he explained why and made recommendations. I trusted his judgement, went with what he recommended and absolutely love the outcome! You are lucky to have David on your team!

Bill Morrison is absolutely awesome! He's so helpful at always finding the right home theater and stereo solutions. In fact, our house only has products that Bill recommended. He keeps in touch whenever a good sale comes along, and is more of a friend than a superstar designer. Thank you Bill for many years of great help and friendship. The Geek Squad technicians seemed to be pretty competent and efficient in setting up the new TV, sound system, universal remote, etc, but they were impatient in explaining how everything worked. That might be fine for my children or grandchildren, but is not helpful for seniors like me.

We had ordered a single laser Samsung throw projector w/ surround sound, stereo and screen. Due to the pandemic the deliver was a bit delayed, but this was explained to us before we purchased the package. Eddie, our sales rep, checked in and updated us throughout the process - our screen was damaged upon delivery to the store, but Eddie checked in on the products prior to delivery, called and notified and had a ready solution. The installation team arrived early, were extremely professional. The installation went smooth and we were ready to watch our first movie that evening in our new movie room. When we turned on the projector we heard a loud buzzing sound - thought it was the fan. We emailed Eddie and within 24 hours the Geek Squad was back out to correct the issue. They replaced the unit w/ an opened item projector for us to use while the new one is shipped. While there were some unforeseeable issues the team provided timely an excellent customer service all around.

We recently moved and were overwhelmed with the amount of new tech and services we needed for our new home, everything from TVs and audio to a more robust wifi setup to security cameras. Meeting Mark Murphy was a blessing. His level of knowledge, professionalism, and patience with all my questions were all outstanding. He made a stressful experience we don't have much time for quite simple and pleasant while teaching me some things along the way. I will contact Mark right away for any/all products and services I need which Best Buy sells and installs. The Total Tech is an absolute must and huge money saver for anyone in need of any significant installation or expert services. The annual cost has been paid for several times over just between our TV, audio, internet, and security camera set up.

A number of people recommended Best Buy when I needed a new stackable washer/dryer unit. I had the in home consultation to assist with finding a unit that would fit in my condo closet. Isaac was very thorough and listened to my concerns. Before leaving he had everything ordered and the pick up and installation scheduled. It was literally the best retail experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Best Buy based on my experience.

We replaced a receiver which meant removing an 85lbs McIntosh receiver that had failed. Jose and Sam did an excellent job carefully removing it from the tight-fitting rack and then carefully putting in the new receiver. They were diligent and knowledgeable. Putting on their shoe covers each time they came in the house. Very pleased.

He offered great advice in designing my home theater. He is very personable and knows technology.

I needed help with everything and kebin was a great guy to go to very patient amd he knows his products. He really set up my kitchen and my tv in my livingroom. He was also a huge help with deliveries.
