Jessie Alvarez was outstanding to work with, including his product knowledge and suggestions for the right type of media equipment. The installation was also outstanding. A very professional and courteous team that installed and programmed three TV's and a receiver.

I met Brandon originally to purchase a projector for my golf simulator. Since then he has helped me buy a home theater system and my parents also bought new speakers from him. His professionalism and knowledge is 2nd to none. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking to upgrade their home audio.

Lorri walk us through the options available on replacement dishwashers. She is very knowledgeable and respectful in her guidance. The purchase was quick and painless.Lorri was able to schedule delivery for two days later. Unfortunately the new dishwasher had a problem. I called Lorri. She was very accessible and quickly resolve the problem and scheduled a replacement dishwasher to be installed two days later. Everything went on without a hitch. Lorri It is a pleasure to work with. I will look forward to working with Lorri in the future.

Can’t say enough about Ashley. She did an outstanding job for us twice. We used her before hurricane Ian and unfortunately had to do everything over again. First time it was post Covid with a lot of issues with availability. She was always able to get the job done. After hurricane we had to replace appliances, TV’s and electronics. Once again came thru under difficult circumstances. Because of delays in construction we had to reschedule delivery and installation multiple times. She was a delight to work with, always navigated around difficult situations. Don’t know how we would have done it without her.

After our outdoor living construction was finished, we needed help with the final touches. Nabeel from Magnolia was fantastic! He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand our needs. He presented a straightforward plan without any pushy sales tactics, and the sound system he suggested is phenomenal. We highly recommend Nabeel and Magnolia!"

Michelle (and the team of Jeremy and Morgan) did an outstanding job. They were honest, easy to work with and did an amazing job. They gave me options of how to meet my goals for the house and brought some ideas that I did not know even existed. We had 32 speaker holes in our ceiling with a confusing mess of wires. Our house had been bank owned and we had no idea what was missing or needed. They brought a great plan together to install 32 speakers, create a new Wi-Fi system and blew us away with a TV set up for the living room. The installation was amazing and I am so thankful that Best Buy provides the Home Expert Consultation with installation for the price of the equipment. Amazing service and quality (and a bargain price). Thank you Michelle!

The consultation went great, the gentleman had a few hiccups with the laptop getting the order to go through, but all in all it was a painless, efficient, and a pleasant educational sale. The gentleman was spot on with all the information that I needed to know in order to purchase the stove. He made the purchase very easy and comfortable. My delivery was the most problem-free delivery I've ever had. The gentleman that delivered my stove were at my home before their scheduled time, They had their system down to a fine art, there was no wasted movement in their delivery. The unhooked and took my old stove out, and had already unboxed my new stove, brought it in the house hooked it up, moved it back to where it was supposed to go. I made sure that all the burners and the oven worked. Thanked the gentleman for their prompt and courteous service and they were on their way. Kudos to my delivery team!!! Great work guys.

Michael and his crew did an amazing job installing my surround sound ceiling system. I could not be happier with the quality of the work and it barely took them any time to do it. They connected everything perfectly to my already existing system, and I will never use anyone else but them.

I could not be happier than the entire process. Rudy happened to be in the neighborhood, and I asked him to stop by my home for an assessment. He was professional and explained everything so my wife and I understood. We then made an appointment with Paul. Paul came out on time and after we explained what kind of system we wanted, he explained everything that we needed. Again, he was quite detailed and clear enough where we knew what was needed. That same day, Paul sent out a proposal. After some minor tweaking, we had a plan. We made an appointment for Rudy to come back out and do the install. He was on time, very professional, and explained everything he was doing and how to use the equipment. He answered all of our questions to make us confident we could operate the system after he left. I would refer anybody I know looking for a home theatre system to Best Buy without any hesitation. These two guys were fantastic.

I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless, professional and friendly experience than I had with Best Buy. There were many people on my team & everyone performed extremely well. Special kudos to Rendee, Jeff, & the installers who worked hard and delivered a fantastic new addition to my project. I would highly recommend Best Buy & commend them for the quality representatives they hire.

We need to order all new appliances for our kitchen after 20+ years. Faheem and Rosie, both appliance representatives in the SHADY GROVE RD store, were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and have outstanding people skills. They worked with my wife and me to find the best fit for our current kitchen. The only negative to the whole thing was SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES that pushed the delivery of the Stove Top and the Wall Oven back to almost 10 months from date of purchase.... Not BestBuy's fault at all. The installation was done by Quality Kitchens after they came and made expert measurements. Everything went right in with no problems and we're finally enjoying our new Stove, Double Wall Oven and Dishwasher! Thanks to Faheem and Rosie who were outstanding!

We decided to get a new and larger TV for our family room. I had read a number of articles about what specifications the TV should have and was torn as to what we should get. I met Ryan while shopping at Best Buy and he suggested a Consultation. It was the best thing I could have done. He made suggestions as to the size of the TV, what kind of TV and also suggested and upgrade in our router to help with streaming. He ordered everything and we came in and finalized our order after thinking about the choices. He also suggested Total Tech. The Geek Squad instillation done by Dan and Case was great. We made a last minute change that we wanted to mount the old TV in another room and they did it, even though it threw their schedule off. In summary we could not have had a better experience and would recommend it to anyone.

Joseph provided bespoke advice and guided us on what we needed to do and buy to fix connection issues in our home, as well as the best sound bar for our needs. The in-store consultant who helped us choose the TV was very knowledgeable and guided us to make a decision on a great new device. You were all thorough, patient, efficient and kind as you installed our new TV, sound system, modem and eeros devices. We appreciate you!

We purchased a new 75" TV, a Sonos sound bar, a new Apple 4k device and Roku's for the two sets in the bedroom. We cut the cable cord except for the internet. David Gutierrez was the lead on our conversion. They did an excellent job of getting rid of our old equipment and hauling it away and setting up the new equipment. David showed us how to use the remotes and navigate YouTube TV and the other streaming services. They were in and out in about 90 minutes and we are thrilled with the job they did and our new television experience.

Nick was absolutely amazing! I was very overwhelmed with the thought of picking out numerous tvs for my new home. A prior client of Nick's referred him to me and I am so thankful! He met me on short notice at my new home to evaluate my needs and we walked through each room and discussed tv/sound options for each room. Nick was patient, knowledgeable and was able to convey complex technical terms to me in an easily understandable manner. Once I arrived at Best Buy, Nick had everything ready for my review and purchase - six (6) new tvs! He walked me through the options and provided clear and concise information on each tv. He really made this whole process smooth, seamless and positive! Nick was even able to schedule the installation of all six (6) tvs on the same date with multiple Geek Squad members. I highly recommend Nick and will be using him for all of my future Best Buy and technical needs. He is amazing!

Our 65" plasma TV was having problems and while browsing through The Woodlands Best Buy store, we met Allen. He showed us some options and then offered to come to our home to do a site survey at no charge. We agreed on a day/time and Allen was right on the ball. He arrived ontime and surveyed our family room while being able to address several issues specific to our environment. Within 48 hours, Allen supplied us with 3 solutions - good/better/best along with full pricing. We selected the "better" solution and withing 3 weeks, Allen had his team of installers over at our house putting in our new system. The installers were very professional, on time, and they cleaned up after themselves without being asked. We are extremely pleased with our new entertainment system and would definitely recommend working with Allen!
