Always have Geek Squad suggest compatible components, then do the installation. They took time to untangle and organize the maze of wires behind our entertainment center, then completed the installation and synchronizing of our universal remote with no problems. They also provided several new options to our programing, along with detailed instructions of how to access and use - making it easier for us to use.

Staff at this Best Buy locations is awesome. They paid attention and listened to my needs carefully. At this store most of the staff members have knowledge in depth about technology BestBuy is selling. I had to purchase 8K TV and I was referred to home theatre team. Demetrius from that team is highly knowledgable and suggested what I need and help complete entire package. He also put us in good hands of very good Geek Squad of Torrey and Eric who did awesome job installing and mounting TV. I highly recommend this center and these folks.

Bryan was extremely attentive and strived to make sure I was well taken care of. When there were issues he worked to make sure they were resolved to my satisfaction. It was great working with Bryan!

My refrigerator was delivered twice and each time was a totally opposite experience. 1. Terrible, 0 stars. The first delivery crew came in and shut of the water to my old fridge. A little water came out from the valve as they turned it off. They refused to deliver until I had a plumber replace the valve. Plumber came and said there was nothing wrong with the valve; the delivery guys were wrong. He tightened it a bit and left. 2. Wonderful guys. Had to take one of the doors off to get it in the house. Never complained about the valve that WASN'T replaced. Set it up in around a half hour. Nice friendly fellows and they did a very good job. Took away the old fridge as well.

From start to finish this was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. This purchase and installation was a surprise gift for my spouse- Best Buy and the Geek Squad went above and beyond to deliver an excellent experience. I have told so many people already how professional, respectful, patient, and kind everyone has been. This installation was stress free. The Installation team showed up when they said they would be there with updates along the way. This experience renewed my faith in good customer service and genuine people who provide it. I am so appreciative and will continue to use Best Buy in the future. Best Buy is the only place I have bought a computer from and going forward likely the only place I will purchase my electronics and household items the sell. Thank you!

I bought a cell phone from this location back in April. 8 months later, had yet to see credits for trade in from Verizon 8 months later. Verizon had me go to the store for a promo code that doesnt existnat the store. Daniel Silverstein came to help me straighten this out after he called Verizon from the store himself. He did not have to do this. He stayed at my side the whole time until this matter was resolved. I am writing this review to praise his patience and professionalism. Kudos to him and what an asset to have him working at this location.

Neydi G. at the West Los Angeles store was our consultant when we bought our new LG refrigerator. From our first consultation, she proved herself to be extremely knowledgeable. We have an older home with space issues and she knew exactly which refrigerators to recommend. We did have a problem with the Best Buy delivery team but she arranged for a second team to come and the installation was a success. We are very happy we worked with Neydi. She returned calls and solved all problems promptly and she was always a pleasure to work with. We have only had our refrigerator 2 weeks but so far we are very happy with our purchase and the service we received from Neydi at Best Buy.

Best Buy has been my family's Go-to for Good purchases, quality, and value because of employees like Juan. I can't thank Juan enough for conducting such an amazing job. He was very patient and arrived as scheduled. He Took great care with the installation, careful not to scratch our home's entryway door-jams, walls, furniture, and floor. The care shown is greatly appreciated. Juan gave descriptive instructions regarding the use and maintenance of my new refrigerator. I am glad you were the delivery person for our refrigerators And appliances. Amazing job. Thank you.

Bradley Scalzo was our consultant for our kitchen appliances and all our TVs and installation equipment for our new home. He is most knowledgeable in all areas…product, price and service. In addition, Bradley is an excellent communicator. He is well-spoken and is very responsive to email, text and phone communication. Bradley is an outstanding employee that has made our shopping at Best Buy a very pleasurable experience. We will be sure to refer our friends and family to shop at Best Buy with Bradley.

We wanted to take advantage of our wall speakers installed throughout our house. I met Alex in the Oakdale Best Buy. I knew instantly he was very knowledgeable and had the experience to meet my home entertainment needs. Everything he suggested was installed by a professional technician. The sound system is working out so nice!

Norma Is an ecellant professional. We were remodeling our kitchen and we needed help to buy our appliances. At the Best Buy location in Glendale, Norma helped us with her great knowledge to pick the right appliances for our kitchen, such as Range, dishwasher, hood, wall oven and microwave and so on. She helped us to pick right product and set right delivery date so everything went on the schedule. Norma was always available to help even after the order was made. She asks you right questions about the size of the cabinets , power and other structures of your Kitchen and your house so the costumer does not come up with surprises at the time of installtion. she also helped me to buy a washing mashine and dryer 6 years ago. She is our go-to person, great asset for Best Buy and community in Glendale.

I had some initial problems getting my service set up when going thru the Geek Squad, However when the Beat Buy Home Tec specialists got involved - Juan Rea the project came together quickly. The install went well. The team that came out were knowledgeable, and courteous Cleaned up after themselves and didn’t leave till the tested it all out Thx Juan and team

Tim was fantastic. I honestly can say that I have never received this level of customer service ever. Tim F. helped us order appliances for our home that was yet to be built. we were months away from closing and Tim kept us informed frequently on our order status etc. he even took care of ordering the newer model of appliances as they came in while our order was still pending. Tim also helped me chose a TV and was very informative which made the selection a painless one. When scheduling the install of the new TV set Tim went the extra mile and after scheduling put us past thanksgiving he pulled off a miracle and was able to find an opening in the schedule and we had our TV installed a day before Thanksgiving!!! Like I said you rarely if ever get this level of customer service. Thank you Tim F!!!!

Extremely knowledgeable in one of my favorite stores on the planet it’s hard to find that combination. I love just walking the store and looking around. I’ve already made a list $3000 long of stuff. I’m coming back for thank you guys so much for building such a beautiful store and hiring the smartest people.

We were looking to upgrade our old theater and sound system. We are older people and really needed help. Thomas at Best Buy came to our home and was able to evaluate our needs and came up with a proposal that met our needs. He was very patient in explaining the equipment and made it very clear that he was available at any time during the process. He arranged and coordinated the installation according to our preferred time. he also followed up after the install to see that we were happy and if we had any questions. We were very impressed with the attention and care Thomas to gave us.

The Home Expert answered my questions about which size and type of stove I should purchase---which was of the utmost importance since I had previously received incorrect information from two other businesses. The Home Expert's assistance in making my purchase electronically was also greatly appreciated. The Home Expert was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and pleasant. Based on my experience, I would heartily recommend Best Buy--and its Home Expert service---to anyone purchasing a new kitchen appliance.

In remodeling our kitchen we chose appliances from BestBuy. Initially staff not terribly helpful until they connected us to the “appliance expert. He was a delight to work with, assisted in selecting appliances, arranged delivery. Actual Delivery was an issue in the system kept changing dates, indicating Non-availability. Our “expert” resolved all this with only minimal delay in our contractor timeline. I do wish the warranty papers were in better order. We have 5 items and really can’t tell which paper goes with what. Some items, like stove/fridge/dishwasher we cannot see the serial/model numbers. Only been one week, but we are happy so far.

Shoaib was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me make some good decisions. My only negative, and I'm not sure about it, but we had a scheduling problem. Our new equipment was to be installed on a Saturday. He helped set it up. After the crew came out for install, I learned the job would not be finished that day and crew was not able to tell me when the job could be finished. I sent them away and later rescheduled for a weekday. It seems to me Shoaib should have known the job could not be completed on a Saturday, but I also realize he is not responsible for scheduling. But the experience was quite frustrating. Whose fault was it?
