Chris is the best most professional employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with! He’s so prompt, kind, and caring about all of your wants and needs so you are sure to get exactly what you dreamt of seeing in your home. I told him what I wanted and he suggested the best quality brands at the most affordable prices, he doesn’t try to make you pay way out of pocket, I wish every company had a Chris!!!!! He deserves a raise Best Buy. And 100 more PTO Hours a year minimum.

Our house was flooded by the Record Cold weather and resulting Power Outages in mid-February 2021, all of our kitchen appliances were damaged and needed to be replaced. We made a visit to Best Buy and arrangements were made for a Best Buy Consultant to come to our damaged home and assess the need, Bryan Wyatt entered our home and our lives. He measured the areas for appliances and provided all the information for replacement. He placed the orders for the cooktop, Microwave, Double Oven and Refrigerator and stayed in communication over the many weeks providing updates on orders and pricing adjustments until we had final delivery and install of each new appliance. Bryan is a true asset to Best Buy, and we are extremely pleased with the caliber of service and interest he has provided over the past few months. Thank you!

We were looking to upgrade our bonus room with a projection tv. We spoke to Che' in store and scheduled an in-home consultation. Che's home consultation was excellent. We were actually expecting to spend more $ for a projection TV setup, etc but Che' explained how to get the most out of the space and recommended an 85" Sony TV, soundbar and rear speakers. the audio / visual experience is nothing short of amazing! This is the first time we've used Best Buy home consultation services and we could not be more pleased. We want to thank Che' for his technical expertise in finding us the right combination of a great audio/visual experience. We would also like to thank Kip and Josh for the quick and easy install process. Thank you

We just redid our kitchen and needed new appliances. John B. at Best Buy Bellevue (WA) made the whole process easy. He was super quick to respond whenever we needed him. Even when things didn't go as planned, John was there to help. When we encountered problems with the delivery schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, John took charge of the situation and promptly found a solution. His proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile alleviated our stress and showcased his commitment to excellent customer service. We totally recommend John at Best Buy!

They were excellent! Fixed our network issue and got our outside TV up and running! Super polite and worked around one of us being on a conference call!

The installers showed up on time to install our new cooktop and they needed to cut the power but they had never dealt with a house with solar and battery backup. So things took a lot longer than expected. Once they finished and left I started reading the owners manual and it instructed me to record the serial number. However, the serial number is only visible before installation. Hopefully, I will never really need the serial number.

Nick has been terrific in many ways. First he was able to configure a system with the new TV and our existing Bose system to give us not only a beautiful picture but wonderful sound. The installers, Mike and Sean, did a very careful job of installing the system that works very well. Nick came back to tweak the system so that the audio and video were in sync and showed me how to do it in the future. He also helped me configure my system to allow for zoom calling with my Mac PowerBook and also show photographs through the computer using the new TV as a monitor. Nick completely understands the electronics, provided an excellent integrated system and is very helpful when I do follow-up calls to him. With Nick, Sean and Mike, you have a great team and I am 100% satisfied with my purchas

Tarek was outstanding to work with. He spent hours with us walking us through different receivers and speakers and really honed into what was important to us and helped us build a system that was perfect without trying to upsell. We are very happy with the system we bought. Tarek was very knowledgeable in al the equipment we discussed.

I needed some new equipment installed and the entire system reassembled and reconnected. Took the time to show me what cords belong to what and how they are connected. Then took the time to assure that all parts were working properly. Very satisfying experience.

My review is for the product I nearly had installed…. Tyler built a system that would have been great for our home. It was priced right, and Im confident would have sounded awesome. I paid for the product and the work was Scheduled out to be competed. Sadly the techs were a couple weeks out. This got my busy mind thinking I could buy some used speakers, pull wire myself, etc and I asked for a refund. Today, now a week longer than the techs would have come and gone and nearly the same budget spent, Im only 90% complete with the project, wishing I hadn’t signed myself up for this headache and allowed the pros to do the job.

With such a variety of tvs on the market, we needed help sorting out the options. George was knowledgeable, showed us a variety of comparisons, and was very patient. The installation was excellent. High grades all around.

We needed help updating our surround sound, outdoor speakers, and associated A/V receivers for watching and/or just listening (without the TV also on) to our various media. Our consultant was very knowledgeable and patient, and we are very happy with his recommendations. While not of yet discussed with our consultant, we are still struggling with our very expensive all-in-one remote control. It entails the programing of all the individual remotes into one. We were provided with a verbal use explanation by the installing/programing technician, but not a written or a trouble-shooting one. When operations did not work as hoped, I have been forced at times into a timely trial and error mode, with a fuzzy at best understanding of the route cause after normalcy somehow returned. But I am getting better with experience and think there could be daylight at the end of the tunnel. I must admit to very limited short-term memory capacity, so it's a challenge worth presuming given the excellent satisfaction guarantee.

There was a major Mix up on my deliveries and Tyler Heeler Saved the day and got everything back on track!

Ryan has taken care multiple in home installations for me over the past two years. He has facilitated the purchase and installation of 13 interior speakers, 4 external speakers, the amp unit and 6 zones of sound. He also set me up with 7 TVs and sound bars on a few of them. He is patient, caring, and most importantly makes sure the job is taken care of. He has sent awesome installers to my house and cares about both his customers and installers. Pre-Covid he had a job set up at my house where installers were there approximately 12 hours. To ensure his installers were taken care of he came out with pizzas to make sure they were fed and my job was still completed same day. A+. I will use Ryan every time I need anything Best Buy can provide and I regularly recommend him to anyone I talk to about home audio video needs.

I had an unusual and more complicated setup than typical - this was for an installation on a sailboat with an older BOSE system. Rod was highly knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to explain what my options were and how to set up my system.

I didn't know where to start when choosing speakers for my home theater. I was at Best Buy, and I decided to look at some of the speakers on the sales floor when an employee told me they had a room dedicated to home theater speakers. I had no idea they had that. He spent time allowing us to listen to different speakers and configurations, and then told us about their in-home home theater service. I made an appointment. The consultant, Billly, was awesome! He came to my house, which is currently under construction, and helped me decide where to place each speaker, and recommended speakers. He took my budget and expectations into account with his recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience! I wasn't originally planning to purchase speakers from Best Buy, but because of this service, it sealed the deal!

I was buying new appliances after 20 years. We wanted to update to stainless steel and have a new look to our kitchen, but we had no idea what would fit and what features to look for in the new products. We met Anthony Mikolajczak at the store and spoke to him for a while, we then made an appointment with him to come to our house and measure the area. He then gave us his honest opinion on what would fit and which shade of stainless would work better in our kitchen. After that he was completely hands on, keeping us updated on delivery and the day after he checked in with us to see how everything went and to congratulate us. I then put him to work again and ordered a laptop for my son, and once again he guided me through it all. He is wonderful, hard working, respectful and so knowledgeable. He gets our vote for employee of the year.

Ben was a savior. He was the first time I had Best Buy come out and actually were able to help my needs. I was looking for a specific receiver Yamaha - AVENTAGE RX-A8A and no one carried it. It was back order and no one new when it will be back for availability. Well Ben came up with a plan and he successfully execute it. I was able to get on the queue with my order. Eventually the receiver came in on special order. He set me up with a total tech to come out and help set it up. I am so happy with it. It was worth the wait. Ben kept communication throughout the whole process and made me feel like I was a VIP. He was knowledgeable and very helpful with this all. I already spoke to him about my next project. Can't wait to work with him again.
