We were looking to purchase a washer and dryer set for our home. Gary, from the very start, was not only patient and knowledgeable, but he maintained great communication throughout the entire process as well as after. The care he provided for us felt individualized and we’re very grateful to have had him guide us through this project. P.S. not sure if there is another Gary but this is for Gary Tremble; if there is another Gary, I am so sorry if I caused confusion.

The expert team knew what they were doing, were efficient, and hauled away all of the old equipment and packaging materials. They were able to use the old wall mount so the mount we purchased wasn't necessary. They returned it for us because our local store does not have handicap parking for tall vans. That was a great help.

First of all, I was so relieved to learn that an expert could come to my home and see in person my situation and what I wanted to accomplish. Anthony was prompt in all of his communication, professional, knowledgeable, and a great listener. He left me feeling confident in our plan. The team that arrived for installation was fantastic. They were knowledgeable, professional, neat, and promised not to leave until everything was up and running and I understood how to operated my new devices. Bestbuy sent a consultant to our home to help with selection of refrigerator, oven and microwave. Michael was very friendly and checked out the sizes of the cabinets whether it requires special work for installation. He was helpful and recommended adjustment to the cabinet prior to installation.

We ordered a number of appliances for a house remodel. Alec provided us with excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable and worked hard to get us through a lengthy time. He was prompt with scheduling all our deliveries and installations. We had many issues (unrelated to Alec's work) to deal with. I appreciate his patience and all the time he spent . I highly recommend him highly.

I went in with my boyfriend looking for tvs as we just bought a house. The consultant we had was so knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to explain everything to us and put together a quote. We ended up leaving with two tvs, internet extenders, fridge, and a washer and dryer. He set up the delivery for us and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend

Just moved into new house and had a wide array of A/V installation needs...a new 65-inch Sony Mini-LED HDTV, a new wall-mounted 32-TV, new ceiling-mounted rear channel speakers, WIFI throughout the house to tv's/pc's/printers (and other devices) and the set-up and reconnection of an existing amp, blue ray and cd players to the 5-channel speaker system. Also had consultant architect and install a Ring security system for full house coverage. Our Consultant was skilled at interpreting our desired level of performance and specifying the integrated set of products that would deliver our intended results.

From the minute I talked to Geordy, I knew I was in good hands. We have had great experience with Best Buy Geek squad computer service so when I found out about their custom audio consulting and installation, I hoped it was as good. It was. Geordy is an expert and knows his stuff. I was able to use most of my existing stereo equipment and really created an amazing system with the speakers and other components I purchased, and that Geordy designed for our new townhome. It sounds fantastic, and the TV is crisp and clear as well. I can't say enough great things about the results. In addition, the overall cost of the consulting and installation, since we have the Geek Squad annual plan, were very reasonable. I highly recommend Geordy and this consulting service, and Geek squad installation services.

Best Buy did a great job installing our home theater system. The team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was set up. They explained how to use the system and left everything looking clean and organized. The sound and picture quality are fantastic. Highly recommend their services!

Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the products I needed. He got me set up with all items I needed at the best price he could get me. Any issues he handled promptly. He is a great asset to the store!

Kelysey came to my home and was very helpful. Also he showed up on time! He followed up in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. He was able to select itemize what I needed and was honest in his assessment of items I didn't necessarily need to fit my budget.

The expert that came to install the tv & speaker went above & beyond the scheduled install. We were having problems with our network & other tv/speaker system & he took time to look over the issue & helped resolve that as well. Can’t say enough good things about our expert & the experience.

I had a TV to be delivered and mounted with a soundbar, and an existing TV/soundbar to be mounted upstairs. The work was completed so quickly I didn't even see the second tv get whisked upstairs and mounted! The work was done flawlessly and everything looks great. They even calibrated both soundbars, set all the correct settings on the TV, and made sure my Apple TVs were updated and calibrated. I can't recommend Geek Squad/Best Buy enough for home electronic installs.

Ross was the best help ever in guiding me through replacing my universal remote. He listened and understood what would work for me and my limited knowledge. We were going in one direction and upon further inquiries moved in another that would better suit my needs. I’m happy and would definitely seek him out in the future.

Wow! I had no idea that Best Buy provides individual consultants that would actually make visits to my house to check out the space to make recommendations. I was so glad I learned of this service through my recent shopping experience at Best Buy and Gary my sales consultant made the entire experience so much less overwhelming. He was such a helpful resource, and shopping at a big box store - which i usually dread, actually became bearable, even enjoyable! I'm enjoying my appliances and patio furniture very much! And if I have any complaints, it would be that the delivery services were a far cry from the consultant's service. Hope Best Buy work on improving that soon.

My 43 year old analog TV in my front room finally was not functioning. Geek Squad Paul came to my apartment to advise me of options of flat screen and appropriate speakers and devices. I went into Best Buy Hasting Ranch Pasadena, Ca to review flat screens and listen to speakers at the home theater. I appreciate Agent Paul expertise, knowledge and professionalism in guiding me in stepping into current technology which I had no background knowledge. Currently I am enjoying my Samsung flat screen, speakers and subwoofer, another geek squad agent came out after AT&T checked connections and replaced with a new DVR, helped program the various remotes to one master remote. Thank you Paul, I really am happy with my purchase. I will keep in touch with you when I am in need of other products. God bless you!

Norma was my consultant in purchasing not only my kitchen appliance which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE, but she also helped me purchase my Sony Bravia OLED without any hiccups! She worked with me from the very start all the way til end of installation. She made sure all additional parts I needed were purchased and was helpful in scheduling or rescheduling my installations. Definitely will go back to Best Buy consultants in a heartbeat if they were all like Norma! Thank you.
