Santana Fouts-Tupiken is my go to Guy whenever I need to buy anything that Best Buys sells. He is an outstanding salesman and truly cares about his customers. I have managed a large number of salespeople in my career and I would put him near the top of all that I have had the pleasure to work with. I would hire him if I could! If you are in the northern Colorado area, I would highly recommend you contact him. You will not regret it!

We needed help finding a refrigerator that find an odd size in our new kitchen. We had tried and failed to find one on our own. Our Home Consultant took over that headache and found us a beauty! He was so helpful with this appliance and found us several others that met our needs. I would highly recommend this service to folks who recently bought homes. It was such a stress reliever. Thank you Best Buyer for this great service. Would highly recommend.

Our stove/oven had a catastrophic failure during which the control board caught fire. Matt came to our home and helped us choose a new JennAir downdraft unit. Matt helped us all along the path to installation of the new unit. We were frustrated because the unit was back ordered but Matt and his colleagues kept us informed and helped expedite our delivery date.

I am so glad I used the Best Buy Home Expert consultation to best set up internet and media in my new home. Gideon was spectacular in helping to find the best solutions to achieve what I was looking for. Gideon was professional, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. Scheduling all the different deliveries was a breeze and installation for all the products I purchased couldn't have been easier. My new home is going on 3 weeks of fully operational and everything is working like a dream!

The process of purchasing a new dishwasher, from start to finish and on somewhat short notice, could not have been smoother. There was only a three-day wait between the purchase and installaton dates. The in-store sales representative and local installers were knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating and very pleasant to work with. Best Buy's pricing easily beat competitor stores; the decision to buy, a no-brainer!

I needed to replace my old dishwasher but unsure if new models will fit in my old house. Brian Masino came to the house and did the measurements. Since my counters were a bit shorter than the standard size, Brian had to find a model that would fit in the old slot. The LG built-in dishwasher he recommended which I bought fits good and it is really nice and very quiet. I like it a lot, so thank you Brian for your help!

Jay was great, it was so nice to have one person to help us through the dishwasher buying process. He explained all options clearly and helped move the transaction forward in a smooth and timely manner. Being able to call Jay with questions gave us peace of mind. Josh from geek squad who installed our dishwasher was excellent in every way. Very efficient at solving problems, very knowledgeable. He communicated very clearly. I learned a lot about the wiring and tubes behind the dishwasher.

An outstanding experience!!! They arrived on time and immediately walked through what they were doing where and answered all of my questions before they got started. They dove in and in almost no time the job was done better then I had hoped. Great cable mgmt, everything neat and (more importantly) tested.

I really appreciated the free in-home assessment that Harley and his associate completed for me. They are very knowledgable, personable, and answered all of my questions completely and respectfully. I had several problems to overcome with my old equipment- they identified trouble spots and made step-by-step recommendations. At no time did they make me feel “pressured” to buy beyond what I was comfortable with. They understood my “price pain threshold !” Very satisfied and appreciative of the in-home assessment. Had serious doubts if this would go well as I have had several issues with in home consultation in the past. Actually far exceeded my expectations; Donovan listened to what I wanted done then made some suggestions based on his experience. Actually felt so comfortable with him I told him to do what he thinks I need and then instruct me on how to use it. Couldn’t have done much more to satisfy me, he is very good at what he does and made me a happy customer. Expect to have him return to sort out the upstairs area.

Joshua was very helpful in assessing my needs and recommending a solution that both fit my budget and my needs. We were able to break into two phases so that I could break up the purchases that would support my financial situation. We met both in my house and at the store so that he could see my media room and then for me in store to see the products he recommended. I was comfortable bouncing other ideas and products off of Joshua and he provided honest and valuable feedback. Also, my Geek Squad plan allowed for the installation costs to be discounted as well as the extended warranty on the television.

Jordan, and the other associate, Isaiah, were incredible in their presentation of products, and suggestions about the best what was specifically needed in my particular situation. They did not try to upsell me on anything, unless there was a valid reason for their recommendation.....which I really appreciated, and knew instantly through our discussion. That kind of service is what will drive me to work directly with Best Buy, and hopefully with Jordan and Isaiah in the future. Their numbers are in my phone now. Appreciate these guys.

We wanted to buy a security system and Destiny came out to show us our options. She answered all our questions and recommended the Ring product. We purchased the Ring system and the Geek squad came out to install. Both guys were knowledgeable and got everything installed quickly. Our only complaint is the field of sight of the outside camera doesn't go far enough to see someone coming in the far door. We may need an additional camera.

Santiago has gone above and beyond to keep me and my family happy with our purchases. He is very knowledgeable in the tech world and has helped me make the right decisions in various departments such as appliances, TV, sound systems, WiFi, washer and dryer, and more. Amazing customer service and very friendly.

While I've always been able to set up my own home wi-fi, after talking to a salesperson, I agreed to having a home consultant come out to assess our home for wi-fi. We've got multiple stone walls throughout the home that have always interfered with strong signal in certain areas of the home. The consultant came out, listened to my comments about current issues, and listened to my desire to have wi-fi extended to certain outdoor areas. He also listened to what my future plans were for additional devices connecting to wi-fi. He proposed a solution, I acted upon it, and have been extremely pleased. Thank you for this type of service!

Airad was the best. His knowledge of the products in the store was amazing. He came out measured the area for my appliances. He showed me what the product looked like on his laptop. He even checked for sales, I had coupons I never knew I had on my account. I was even able to get a price matched on one of my items. I was so pleased with this in home consultation, one of friends opened a Best Buy account and is going to call Airad for consultation. This service is great for single women who owned their own homes who may not know how to measure the space for their appliances.

First and foremost, the consultant displayed an impressive knowledge of the latest TV models and smart home technologies. They patiently listened to my needs and preferences, asking insightful questions to truly understand what I was looking for. Their expertise was evident as they expertly guided me through the various options available, providing me with detailed explanations of each product's features and benefits.

It was so helpful to have a consultant come to our home to help us decide on four new kitchen appliances. He knew the features of various models, the price differences, etc., and measured to be sure that each item we chose would fit. It was reassuring to know we had made good choices, and that each appliance would fit when the installers arrived.

Michael Roman helped us very much with all our appliance choices. Our renovations began in Feb 2022 and our appliances only got installed last week April 2023. He was there for us from day one. He promptly and happily answered any question we had and helped with all our concerns and issues that came up. We highly recommend Michael….extremely professional.
