Rome Charnel was a pleasure to work with. Extremely attentive and on top of every small detail. I completed a large overhaul of my home electronics including 2 new TV's, a power amp for my Existing Artison speakers, a new sound bar and power surge protection. Installation was flawless and on schedule. Highly recommend Rome.

We wanted to make sure that we could rely on someone to help us plan our new Home Theater system from design, system components to the final install. We wanted a high quality audio/video system that gave us the best sound for TV, sports, music and movies, along with excellent video viewing. The system has a zone 2 component and price was also important to us to meet our budget goals. After looking around for some alternatives, we selected the Magnolia room from Best Buy. Gerard came on site to our home and upon his visit recommended a final design, along with the components we previously reviewed at the Magnolia room store near us. The system is in the process of being installed in two phases and so far it has meet or exceeded our expectations.

The process of purchasing a new dishwasher, from start to finish and on somewhat short notice, could not have been smoother. There was only a three-day wait between the purchase and installaton dates. The in-store sales representative and local installers were knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating and very pleasant to work with. Best Buy's pricing easily beat competitor stores; the decision to buy, a no-brainer!

I needed to replace my old dishwasher but unsure if new models will fit in my old house. Brian Masino came to the house and did the measurements. Since my counters were a bit shorter than the standard size, Brian had to find a model that would fit in the old slot. The LG built-in dishwasher he recommended which I bought fits good and it is really nice and very quiet. I like it a lot, so thank you Brian for your help!

We had a consultant come out to look at installing a Ring doorbell and cameras. Kurt helped us with determining best locations for the cameras to get optimal coverage. He also helped with reviewing our internet speed and installing a mesh network to provide better coverage for the house including the external cameras.

Outstanding service. Our speakers are old and the and sound output is failing. Bryan researched speakers compatable with our system, recommended best option and set up the appointment for installation. We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Bryan. The in home consultation service from Best Buy met our needs.

We wanted to buy a security system and Destiny came out to show us our options. She answered all our questions and recommended the Ring product. We purchased the Ring system and the Geek squad came out to install. Both guys were knowledgeable and got everything installed quickly. Our only complaint is the field of sight of the outside camera doesn't go far enough to see someone coming in the far door. We may need an additional camera.

Ben and Randy showed up on time and worked well with each other and with me, when they needed my input. Everything went very well and at the end of appointment, everything was working perfectly. I could not have done all of this by myself, so their help was essential.

My wife and I (age 70) needed help with our sound system of mixed ages and brands and multiple remotes. Our Best Buy consultant was happy to help, came out to our home (1 hr away) and went through the system item by item He did not push tech on us, spoke patiently to a couple vaguely familiar with electronics and gave us several good suggestions. We don't need tech right now, but when we return from the South next Spring, we know just how to restore our system. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again

No matter my type of purchase need, he's knowledgeable and his products and service suggestions are always on-point making my purchases more easily. Every time a family or friend needs anything that Best Buy sells, I always give them Hector's contact info and they're satisfied as well with his Top of The Line Service. We took advantage of the consultation for security systems because we had just purchased a 3-pack wireless security system for the office and weren't sure how happy we were with it. After a very thorough review of our wants and needs and the current system, the consultant encouraged us to keep the system that we already had. He recommended ways that we could add to the system for additional coverage, but felt that we were achieving our objective and he was right. It didn't result in a sale for him (Best Buy) but we very much appreciated his professionalism, his thorough review of what we had and recommendations to meet our needs. He called the day before to confirm, he called when he was on his way and he showed up on time. We were very pleased!!!

When it comes to home theater equipment, there's a lot to take in. Many different options to choose from depending on the sound you prefer, and each piece needs to work together perfectly to get things to work as expected. Going into the process I was clueless, and didn't know the differences between different sound styles or how different style subwoofers effected the overall experience but Eu-John was able to help me understand everything with clarity and patience. I definitely left feeling educated, and confident in my large purchase.

My experience for my home theater installation with BestBuy was excellent, they walked me through from the very beginning of what supposed to happened and give me a good recommendation of the right equipment that work within my budget. The crew were professional and respectful, they teach me how to operate my system before they left. My family are now enjoying the home theater, Thanks to Daniel, JD, Deion Anthony and Depak the best home theater installer.

Wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted in the way of a TV and sound system (already had blu-Ray). Discovered FREE, Best Buy, home consultation by expert, experienced, long-time employee. Chris came out on time and discussed what I wanted while looking at my space for it. No hard sell and no gimmicks. Easy process. At the appointment I actually ordered and paid for the whole system and made an installation appointment. Couldn’t have been easier. Immensely happy with install, and love my whole system. Definitely a Best Buy service I’d highly recommend if you’re not sure what will work best for your home. And you get pro advice in the comfort of your home. Best Buy should advertise this wonderful service more.

I needed to get a security system but there are so many options it can be daunting. Some of the standard name brands, you pay a lot monthly and pay for the name. I wanted something to work without all the fees, but again there are so many options. I did not like the idea of doing this via a chat. Best Buy offering free in home consultation is a valuable tool and I felt they wanted to earn my business. Jon, the consultant, carefully listened to my wishes, looked at my home, and offered a solution that fit my needs the best. He was very professional and has offered assistance after the sale as well. I HIGHLY recommend this and have been spreading the word. Personal customer service is a great thing and glad Best Buy offers this.

We needed a new refrigerator and wall ovens. Sam was able to walk us through the options and features of each brand that we were looking at to make the decision much easier. Sam also provided confidence when we were trying to determine whether the new appliances would fit into the existing space.

Michael Roman helped us very much with all our appliance choices. Our renovations began in Feb 2022 and our appliances only got installed last week April 2023. He was there for us from day one.
