I requested a consultation with a Best Buy home expert to discuss future tech needs for an upcoming renovation of our house. The expert, Zack Hood, is truly a home expert. We finished discussing options for our renovated home, at which point Zack offered to look at a problem I have been having for some time with my home theater. Zack diagnosed and remedied the problems—involving some complex audio/visual issues—quickly and, well, expertly! It became obvious that he is knowledgeable and passionate about everything A/V.

We met with Walter for an in-store consultation to buy a new TV. It had been a few years since we last bought one and he was great at explaining the latest advances in technology. We bought a Samsung TV and soundbar and Walter arranged the delivery and setup with the Geek Squad. Shortly thereafter, we contacted him by phone to discuss a a purchase of a new router. He not only guided us through that process but was able to consolidate the two deliveries (the TV & soundbar and the router) with a fabulous Geek Squad tech, Shawn. Everything works beautifully and we are thrilled. Walter also went out of his way to ensure we got the best prices available for the products and services. We were very happy to have him as our salesperson and would gladly reach out to him in the future.

Ashley did an absolutely Amazing job handling everything from the first day we started the tv purchases. I had to do this with Ashley all over the phone and she coordinated every part of the process perfectly!! She was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and all of the extra stuff I needed for installation. She made the whole thing easy and I actually enjoyed working with her she gets the job done right and is also very kind and just nice! I had many questions and concerns and every time I had to reach out to Ashley she always returned the call with an answer and she seemed happy to do it!! That’s not easy to find these days. I do appreciated her and also Phil and the guys who had did the install. They also did a great job! I am very happy with the entire process. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

We were upset concerning the delivery and installation of a washer and dryer. Nobody could help us because the system had to take a day to process the delivery. Sam stepped in assured us that he would handle and correct the situation. He came to our house the following day resolved the problem, discussed a concern about space issues regarding a refrigerator were looking at , placed the order for us and called back several times during the next week to check that all was done correctly.

So happy we found Aaron Smith. He was exactly what we needed. We had our ideas for multiple TV systems and locations but Aaron was better able to direct us to the best products to suit our goals. He even suggested choosing a slightly smaller TV in one location to allow us to add a very large unit in our Rec room. Great help with finding an integrated AMP and CD player( Rotel)to fit our shelf requirements and replace our very large 40 year old units . Aaron is a gem for your company. He has massive product and space knowledge as well as a warm personalty to explain his thinking and product choice. So happy that Andrew Sample (in the N Canton Ohio store) suggested contacting Aaron. Both these guys and Mitch from the Fairlane Ohio store are keepers for Best Buy. Thanks for their availability.

I had 2 unsolved problems that Dan Taylor solved for me. First was the realignment of the televisions in our house to remove the oldest and replace it with an LG OLED tv, then to move the remaining tvs to their reassigned locations. This was done flawlessly by the technical team that did the job. Result...satisfied customers +++++ The second was a failing computer monitor. Dan researched the market, found an ASUS model that is high quality, at a reasonable cost. There were some issues with the delivery of the ordered model, and Dan was able to work through resources to find a higher quality monitor that will more than fit the bill at a very economical price. Through of this Dan communicated with me as it all came unfolded. He is an important resource in your organization.

We decided to start the process of shopping for appliances and media for our new home build, and Best Buy was on our list of potential businesses to check out. We were looking at televisions when a employee immediately suggested we reach out to Hannah and work with her as she is very knowledgeable with all aspects and he stated she was very good at what she does. That was an understatement! Hannah asked all the right questions to narrow it down to to what we were trying to achieve. She always had prompt replies to our inquiries and we did not have to chase for anything. Building a house has its own stresses and Hannah took away a large portion for us. We are grateful to her! You will not be sorry if you work with Hannah. She is a Home Expert! Hey Best Buy-this gal deserves a handsome raise!!!

The in-home advisor Brian rigsby is excellent at his job. I can always count him being knowledgeable and honest. It's nice knowing that I can just tell Brian hey I'm looking for----- and he'll recommend me a product that I'm confident will be awesome. It's also nice not having to waste a lot of time doing research because I trust he knows what he's doing and will do right by me. Anytime I need to do a big purchase in the future I'm going to be going through him. It's been a lot of fun this last week having friends and family over and wowing them when they hear my new speaker set up and it's all thanks to Brian.

Craig was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and walked me through his suggested solutions. I bought the products needed that day. He then scheduled my installation. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what he felt I needed. He was spot on, 100%!! Tyler did the installation with a woman whose name I do not recall. They did a great job on the installation by installing my 65" TV and 3 amps. They connected the amps to the speakers I previously had on 3 floors and then helped me get going with he Sonos app. It works EXACTLY the way Craig said it would work. Wonderful job! I have been recommending them to my friends.

2nd project completed. Never a disappointment. Absolute professionalism! From start to finish a great experience. Any questions, comments or concerns were always answered even after the installation. 1st installation was Martin Logan sound 2nd a TV to match.

We are renovating our family room with custom cabinets and new tv and sound system. Stephon and the Best Buy team have been a great resource to guide us through the steps and select the ideal equipment to match our preferences and room constraints.

My in home consultation with Logan and Zach was a great experience. Their knowledge and personal opinion helped me make great decisions when ordering my home theater equipment. They were very respectful and easy to work with. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future!

Terry welcomed us to the Mooresville store. He carefully listened to our questions and information regrading our recently rented apartment. His recommendations were responsive to our requirements. We planned to have the 65" Samsung TV wall mounted in a tight area, therefore we provided Terry with photos and measurements. All this information was give to the Geek Squad team which accomplished the installation on the promised date. They were efficient, professional and cordial. Subsequently we called Terry for help purchasing a smaller TV for a bedroom. Terry was very helpful, going over options and helping us place an order for pick up in Mooresville. The staff at the Mooresville store were helpful, including offering to bring the TV to my car. Overall a very good experience

We needed help choosing a stove that met all our requirements. Our technical consultant had all the answers. He was able to find a stove for us that had a good track record, fit the space and the design that matched our kitchen. He was exactly on time.(great communication). He was very patient and courteous, respecting all the health considerations. He knew his stuff. After a brief conversation, he showed us exactly what we needed. It’s in and we love it. He’s on the front line. He’s the first guy you meet. First Impressions are what makes or breaks a retailer. Very impresses with the service and the follow up. Didn’t get a form for the installers but those two guys WERE EXCELLENT. VERY CAREFUL , GOOD NATURED.. another asset to your organization.

I needed a suite of kitchen appliances. I had purchased large appliances from Best But in the past, however this is the first time a concierge helped me. Mallisa knew exactly what I was looking for! This, by far, has been the BEST experience I’ve ever had there since the store opened many many years ago. Thank you Mallisa for treating us more than just a commission, you treated us with care and concern. EXCELLENT service from entering the door to the arrival of the appliances!

We recently relocated to the area and needed help with kitchen appliances. I was so happy that Anthony was available for an in-home consultation! He was professional and extremely knowledgable, and I was immediately at ease discussing options and making selections. Anthony also oversaw the entire scheduling process to make sure that our specific needs were addressed, and he followed up after the installation to make sure that we were satisfied with the job. I'm so glad that I made this call and used the consultation service through Best Buy, and I highly recommend anyone considering an installation, no matter how big or small, to take advantage of this service.

Our consultant, Justin Simpson, did a FANTASTIC job, going way beyond expectations! We needed serious help with how best to layout and install a full complement of surround sound speakers for our Samsung 4K TV. Wiring the side and rear speakers in particular was going to be especially difficult and he suggested an alternative option, which was to get a higher end sound bar that is capable of throwing the sound in 3D (e.g., speakers that can bounce sound of side walls and ceiling). He suggested a Seenheiser model and to make a long story short, we picked one up at Best Buy shortly thereafter and we (and our visitors!) are absolutely thrilled with it! Please give this young man a well deserved pat on the back!!

While shopping at Best Buy Estero we learned of the In-Home Operations Team. We joined up for the Total Tech membership. It was then we were introduced to Ashley Glowinski as our consultant. With her expertise and glowing, helpful personality we soon learned with her home visit we had made a correct choice. Ashley was most accommodating with our several questions and followed through on every aspect of the project. Without her availability and knowledge our three appliance project would not have been successful. We would recommend Ashley to whomever would like the Best Buy In-Home Service.

We had not planned to buy a new TV, but a lighting strike forced us to look for a new TV. Because of the short time frame we asked the consultant to evaluate our space and make a recommendation which he did with great expertise and plain-speak. We would never have thought of the model TV nor its location. The consultant was also invaluable in finding a replacement TV after the first that delivered had a problem, He was the point of contact and readily available when the need arose. Highly recommend the use of consultant.
