Oh my friend Nishal, l loud to say that without you I can’t make it. I was very nervous to go purchase appliances for my new home. Nishal made it very easy. He is so kind and knowledgeable and away from a missed call. He will answer all questions and concerns at any time without any problems. He is one of the most knowledgeable and professional the person I met. He will help you to schedule, reschedule your delivery and make sure everything went well. If any issue he will walk into your house to identify the issues. After meeting Nishal, I was so impressed, that I will use him for all of my electronic needs. our 30 yr old built-in Microwave oven died and we went to Best Buy and were Serviced by two sales consultants. First was Matthew - in store and the second was Justin. Both were very helpful, and very professional. The delivery and installation went very well, and at this time we are very satisfied, and have paid the balance. Give both an " Attaboy" award. The installers who came with oven (I didn't get their name), but they were very polite and professional as well.

The team at Best Buy did a great job with my home theater installation. Very impressed.

So we moved into our new homw home and I knew that the people at Best Buy would be the best choice again to help with a surround sound system, I had the Geek squad install the surround sound system at our last home. I was introduced to Rachael Dousharm here in Wilmington Best Buy and absolutely very knowledgable and such a great personality I purchased everything that she recommended because it was exactly the system I was looking for and the price was very reasonable. I look forward to the installation and working with Rachael again. I have no problem saying that anyone who needs help with equipment from Best Buy you have to speak with Rachael Dousharm becauce she is someone that knows what she is talking about and you will not be disappointed.

Julio and his staff were very professional and expert in the removal of my existing built-in refrigerator and the installation of my new Built-in refrigerator. I highly recommend Julio and his staff to anyone needing first class tech installation.

I recently had my vehicle vandalized and was interested in a ring doorbell camera, however I know nothing about them or if one would be applicable for my needs.Ivan Rojas was assigned to have a consultation with me to assess my needs. He was great, polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned with regard to my situation. He went through everything a to z answered all of my questions and made the entire process a breeze. He should be commended for his professionalism and i think he needs to be considered a valued employee.

If you require a specific time window for in-home service then save your frustration - it’s not possible for Geek Squad and their 7AM-7PM window. However - if u can get beyond that then the actual Tech person that arrives is outstanding.

I can’t speak highly enough about my consultant, Chris Pena. He has been just amazing from start to finish. He’s professional, personable, and on top of it. He cares about his customers & goes the extra mile to ensure you’re well taken care of, even to the point of checking back in after instillation to make sure things are going well. Unfortunately, I ran into a few issues that were completely unrelated to him. He was right there for me every time, came to my home, escalated one to make sure I received the service I should have. Thanks Chris, you’re going to do very well for yourself.

I wanted to upgrade my audio experience for my television from an Energy soundbar to full Dolby Atmos 7.1. I scheduled a consultation with Best Buy and met with home audio expert, Josh. He kept my budget and living room dimensions in mind while giving me a demo of all eqipment in my budget. Josh didnt try to upsell any higher end models or push any brand. He explained all the technology in detail and eventually I decided on Sony speakers with a Denon AVR-X1700H reciever. This setup has surpassed my expectations of an entry level home audio system. Josh also assisted via telephone when my reciever and tv were having connection issues and we had the issue resolved within minutes.

This is a fantastic service. No cost to have the design consultant come out and assess your needs. Michael was absolutely excellent. Listened carefully, gave me options, and put together a package for me. Ordered it all, set up installation. Highly recommend.

We finally decided to upgrade our home theater and went to magnolia. We are devoted Best Buy customers but the team that helped us has been amazing. Ryan, Connor and Bob each bring something different to the collaboration and their expertise is priceless. Couldn’t be happier. They listened, asked questions and made sure we were getting what we wanted. They also remained conscious of our budget and gave us the best ideas that would meet our price point and goals.

I needed help setting up a new TV and accessories. Fernando was very helpful throughout the entire process. His professionalism, follow thru, attention to my budget, short response time, knowledge of equipment, and smooth demeanor are wonderful qualities.

Great team effort from Best Buy and Magnolia tech experts! Five star experience from the consultation stage through the installation stage. Our household isn’t the most tech savvy, but we wanted to upgrade 10 year old video/audio systems. Our tech consultant helped us select the right equipment for the rooms based on size, usage and even how the sun comes through the windows! We were impressed with the attention to detail during the consult stage and the installation crew was equally detailed and friendly. About a week following installation the team even reached out to make sure we were getting along with our new technology…you just don’t get this level of service these days. Thank you Best Buy for raising the service bar!

I made the decision to purchase new kitchen appliances as a birthday gift. I walked into the north haven store just looking for a refrigerator, when I was asked by Anthony Devlin “If i needed help”? He scheduled a home visit. Was prompt, professional, and thorough with assisting me with choosing my appliances. He helped simplify the ordering process, listened attentively to what my desire was to upgrade my kitchen, and ordered me exactly what I wanted. When we encountered issues Anthony Mediated and handled with diligence all issues. Was clear with communicating and readily provided solutions for the problems that arose!

Rodney George came to the apartment of my 95 yr old mother and 87 yr old friends both of whom have hearing aids and have been having difficulty hearing their 48" Sony TV. Rodney helped us consider whether getting 2 bluetooth headsets would be possible so each could control the volume. Rodney suggested placing a sound bar on a nearby window sill (as no room on shelf holding TV). If that did not work we could try the one company that makes a system to allow separate sound for 2 headsets. Yeah! The sound bar seems to have solved the hearing the TV issue. We will consult with Rodney on future computer of other technology needs. He was courteous, professional, patient, understanding and concerned about getting the result for the least expense.

Daniel and his partner did an excellent job of installing my 65" TV and replacing the receiver and removing a lot of old stuff. Daniel even gave me his cell number and said I could text or call him with any questions (which I have done and he has answered)
