Curtis has been awesome to work with! We ordered a couple of appliances in late May thinking we'd be ready for installation by September but our project got delayed. However, we came back in to buy a microwave and get the measurements for the previously purchased appliances and he handled it all quickly and efficiently. Then when we had some issues with delivery and confusion on delivery but not installation (not ready yet), we called his mobile number and he resolved the issue right away.

Truly appreciate Mr. P. Pickett directing me in making decisions about the additions to my S.S. System (subs, cables, ((interconnects)) he is very knowledgeable (I myself am not an amateur so my review is NOT from a level of ignorance or lack of experience) GREAT STAFF! ENJOYING MY UPGRADES! Casey and Jeff are very responsive and helpful. They always take care of any issues that I have with my in-home music system and TVs their resourceful and have a good ideas and help me make my systems better and they also teach me tips and tricks so I can solve some smaller issues independently, and I appreciate their responsiveness

James Chor met me in store and then came to my home to design the perfect sound system throughout my home. He then facilitated the ordering of my sound system components and everything was delivered within 3 working days where I will now have the Best Buy team install and synchronize everything to my new TV's and Sonos speakers and sound bars. He made everything easy and would highly recommend him.

Drew was very knowledgeable and communicated very well. He made recommendations on the equipment that we did purchased and we are extremely satisfied. I would not hesitate at all to work with Drew again and would higjly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance deciding on home entertainment needs.

Normally we just purchase our new equipment and then cuz that it didn't work as well as I thought. This time we opted to have Best Buy Home Expert - Brian - come over to review our purchase and make recommendations for set up. Boy are we every happy with his expertise. Brian reviewed the purchase and then saw what our current set up was for a 12 year old TV and stereo equipment. Before making any recommendations, he ask what our expectations were for the purchase. We told him what we had in mind and issues with my earing. Brian made recommendations and discussed them with us which made perfect sense. If you want the best experience, then opt for a Home Expert to review your needs, and create the set up you need. We really enjoy our new 65" TV and set up. Thanks Brian!

After speaking and meeting with the Geek Techs regarding the best security camera for our home we settled on the Ring Spotlight. When the tech came to install the camera we told him that we had really wanted the Ring doorbell but was told it would not work for our home. He knew I was disappointed since it would have been a wired option that Carlos when as far as to install a Ring doorbell to show me that it would have limited view. I was blown away at how kind he was to make me feel comfortable with our choice. He then installed the Ring Spotlight (battery) Camera and showed us how it worked and also showed us many of the Ring phone app options.

I needed a new Dishwasher and was contemplating purchasing a Whirlpool again. Thomas Wilson (consultant) recommended LG and its high performance in cleaning dishes, pots, etc. I’ve been very pleased with the LG!! Kudos to Thomas

Arthur Ramirez (Designer) was Awesome to work with. Very polite/professional and knowledgeable about Home Theatre Design. Arthur answered all of my questions and I felt relieved to know I had trust in Arthur to deliver the Home Theatre setup I had envisioned for my home.

Michael Linyard was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful helping us upgrade our internet modem and Wi-Fi router. I am pleased with the performance and reliability of the new Netgear modem and EERO mesh Wi-Fi system that he recommended. Michael came to our house (right on time) and the new equipment we ordered was delivered the next day. Installation was easy – especially after he suggested that I name the new network the same as the old network and use the same password. That way, all our devices connected automatically without any need to reset everything. Best Buy’s free in-home consultation was great, the service was amazing and at a cost less than I expected. I highly recommend Michael Linyard if you need to upgrade your technology.

Anton Bradley was awesome . He has great customer service experience. He took the time explaining what fit and what didn’t . He was very patient. I didn’t ven know they had someone available that goes to your house and assist you with things like these . He was great and yes I recommend him, especially if you are debating on what fits your house appliances.

Josh was amazing! He helped us finally become a part of the digital age in home theater when we were clueless. He was personable, and professional. He did not make us feel rushed. Everything was completed perfectly! We will always refer him.

we love our new refrigerator. Marco is awesome, he knows his stuff, very easy to work with, and knowledgable. we have bought all our appliances from best buy because of all our great experiences. the delivery guys, were fast and efficient, did not have any issues. we had everything prepped for them, so, thats why it was quick. it was great to know that they come out and measure , make sure u can fit that appliance in your house, and ur spot u need it !

Fernando is not only very knowledgeable about all things tech but he’s also a pleasure to work with very kind very approachable and it’s always willing to help.

Working with Adam made it easy to solidify my decision about purchasing a new TV and sound bar. He gave me all the time and information I needed to make a good decision. He clearly is familiar with all aspects of sophisticated TV technology. Mostly, I felt I could trust him. What also impressed me is that he came to my home to determine what TV would be best suited for my needs; evaluating exposure to light, the angles that I would be watching the TV from etc., so that he could make a personal determination on what would be the best suited TV for my needs. I absolutely recommend him to anyone who is considering upgrading your entertainment environment!

The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is the issue with scheduling all the installations. Tiffany would schedule, Best Buy computer would confirm the appointment, but the 3rd party vendor wasn’t scheduled. This happened more than once. Tiffany was at her wits end in trying to figure out how to make all installations happen. Tiffany made the initial appointment since we were replacing 5 kitchen appliances with high end kitchen appliances. She ensured everything we wanted to order would fit and would meet our expectations. We ended up not ordering a couple of items since they would fit the spaces. She keep us informed during the process and was on site during the major appliance installation. Even ran interference with the installers to obtain the fit everyone wanted. After the installation, see measure the areas that would require custom work and worked with an outside vendor to obtain the items. We would definitely recommend Tiffany and the services of an in-home consultant. We would use her again. She was the interface between us and the sales staff.

We needed two video door bells installed and Best Buy directed us as to how to go about getting this done. We set up a time for an in-home consultation and Jason Pavey was the person who helped up. I can not say enough positive things about Jason - he could be the role model for in home consulting - he checked all the boxes. First he called prior to the appointment to get additional information, he also called ahead of the appt to let us know he was on his way -- and he was on time. He was professional, courteous, and not only was he knowledgeable, but he provided additional information & insight regarding the product & the installation that we hadn't even thought of. He was also very personable and respectful when we asked questions.

We needed help to determine if an induction cooktop could be installed in the counter slot where our current gas cooktop sits. The consultant arrived and quickly moved the current appliances to take an accurate measurement. He wrote all the dimensions on a form that he had and left that with us. With that information, we determined that an induction cooktop would not fit without major changes to the granite and the other appliances. Based on that we decided not to pursue the purchase. He did a quick excellent job and he was very knowledgeable.
