My husband and I recently bought a new home and needed to get advice on a home theater, Tv's, sound system and technology devices along with washer and dryer,. We contacted Best Buy and they sent out Megan Lee. She came to our new home during construction and walked the property with us. She recommend several items and went with us to the store to see and hear them. When installation day finally arrived Megan came to our house to make sure everything went smoothly. Tony and Garret were our installers and were very professional and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Megan as your in home consultant she is efficient and really knows all about new technology and products. Don't forget to ask for Tony as your installer he's the best!

We needed help connecting a Yamaha receiver with MusicCast to Alexa, Pandora, and SirusXM. Patrick first installed my BestBuy purchased in-wall speakers for my master bath. Professional Install, tested, and cleaned up all to look as good as it did before the install. Pleased 100%! Then he worked tirelessly trying all combinations to connect the stereo system to my desired streaming services. Never giving up or saying it couldn't be done, Patrick stayed on point until perfectly accomplishing my desires to my 100% satisfaction! These guys are so good, promotions and pay raises would be my recommendation! Thanks Patrick and Teron!

I wanted to get a new TV but was unsure if going for a larger size was right now me. My consultation with Elvis was perfect. He measured my walls, discussed viewing distance and TV placement. He answered every question I had and was able to show me all recommends products (mounts, etc) In the end thanks to his work I was able to make a new TV purchase with no worry and the installation went fantastic as well. I was extremely impressed with both my consultation and install services. I will be coming back to the same team for help when I upgrade my sound!

Excellent service and quick response! Not only did Christopher help us order the right equipment, but he came out several times to make sure it was all billed properly. He also helped with a special order. I could not be happier with him and Best Buy

My wife and I stopped into a Best Buy just to look at a new TV. While we were there, we saw a 77” Sony that we thought would fit into a corner of our den. We took the dimensions and we’re going to leave. At the front door, we met Zach. He was a home specialist and offered to come to our home, free of charge, to make sure the TV would fit and could be installed. He could not have been more professional and set up the entire transaction in our home. The installation was just as promised and we love our new TV and sound bar.. I would recommend the home design service to anyone thinking of hanging a TV on the wall to make sure your getting the right look and fit.

Our home expert was knowledgeable and helpful and had a pleasant welcoming demeanor. I explained what my goal was for wall mounting two TVs in different rooms. He knew what the available options were and provided a detailed explanation of the choices with suggestions and recommendations that I would not have thought of. He also knew exactly what equipment and installation accessories were needed to accomplish my goal.

Dillon did an amazing job advising us on our purchase of 5 televisions for our new home! His follow up and expertise were greatly appreciated and we would not hesitate to go back to him for any and all future purchases!

In all honesty this project took a little bit of perseverance on my part. There were a couple of false starts, illness of service providers (COVID, duh...), complexity of project... But the third time was the charm. Dillon was truly expert, efficient and reliable. The installation itself went smoothly though one technical issue could not be resolved at the time of it. There was EXCELLENT follow-up and follow-through by the field team and Dillon in resolving the issue and other fine tuning, clean-up, on a second visit. I'm VERY pleased with the outcome of the entire process, and the professionalism, knowledge, teamwork and courtesy of the Geek Squad.

My wife and I needed new tv's , a sound bar, and a microwave installed in our home and Stephen Scina did an in home consultation to guide us with this purchase. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable on the products and installation information. The install team was great, Mitch installed all the tv's in our walls and set it up with Nate. Mitch knew exactly how to set up our tvs thru the walls, and did it with much care due to wiring behind the walls .Carey was very helpful on our install, I am sorry I do not have the microwave installers name as he did a very good install on our appliance. Stephen made this a seamless project for us and handled all the details!

Jonathan’s help was just what I needed. He came to my home to help me select a new refrigerator and microwave. His expertise and familiarity with the appliances, as well as his professionalism and desire to help me find the best products to meet my needs was and is so very much appreciated! I will continue to be a Best Buy customer and have shared my gratitude with many others. Thank you Jonathan and all Best Buy employees.

Jim Brown was better than I could have imagined. He came out initially, we felt very comfortable with his double mask and his social distancing. At no point did we feel worried or concerned. Jim's knowledge of the Best Buy products was extensive, and he pointed us in the right direction without overselling any product, When we had issues following our installation, I reached out to the Home Consultant program operator, and Jim called and was at our home within two hours, following an appointment that he had been on. I was so very impressed with Jim, and know I can call upon him for help in the future if I need to add a component or figure out the process of components meshing together. What an asset he is to your department.

My wife and I are in the vacation rental business in the Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina. We had Demetrius and his Geek Squad team install new tv's & dvd's players in all of our cabins and were able to switch to streaming services in 3 of the cabins. All the same great Samsung tv's with uniform controls and operations. Demetrius even wrote up instructions for the operations, which we have at each new tv. Great pricing and most of all service. Steve was absolutely amazing. We walked in just to browse and try to figure out all the TVs available and decode what they meant, but Steve went above and beyond with our experience. He walked us through all the varieties, what they each had to offer, and how they compare. We walked out feeling so much more knowledgeable about TVs and sound systems and were confident that Steve helped us make the best choice for our needs. We ended up getting the 65' Samsung OLED and the Sonos Soundbar and couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and overall experience. Thank you Steve, you rock!

Dalton at the Champaign Illinois store has gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. He truly cares about his customers. We have gotten a lot of items and installations from Beat Buy and we will continue to, all be cause of Dalton. He has so much knowledge on the best products and why the product is beat for is based on our needs. He follows up with us to make sure everything has gone well and he makes himself available to us should we need to contact him for anything. He is honestly the reason we continue to do business with Best Buy.

We required assistance with upgrading two TV's and sound bar. Hector arrived at our home on time, reviewed our existing setup previously installed by the Geek Squad. We chose two new tv's and he assisted with the purchase of the sound bar and bracket. The Installation was excellent as well.

We were having trouble with phone and Internet. He checked our system and diagnosed the problem. Xfinity had tried and failed. Also he was patient with two luddites.

Being new to the area, Travis and Ricardo were very helpful with my TV selection. I wanted something different from what I would normally get with quality and presentation a key part in choosing a good TV. In the end, I decided to get The Frame from Samsung which is anti-glare/reflection which was an important factor in selecting a TV for my home office. A few days later, I came back to the store and bought a Sony Bravia for my living room. Both TVs were huge upgrades from what I had before and fit the needs of what I wanted. As the office comes together, The Frame has become a beautiful center piece.

Michael was terrific! He quickly responded to my email and provided a resolution in record time. Even though I had purchased items a couple of years ago he was so quick to respond and get me going with new equipment.

Dreams really can come true. It all started with Collin F., my BestBuy Home consultant. He snaked underneath ducts and around the A/C unit; this gentleman actually found his way to every corner of my attic! Well, that blew me away! Next, Mr. F., spent three hours, sitting across from me at my dining room table- clearly explaining every detail as to what the scope of work would require for my project. I really appreciated his extensive knowledge and warm demeanor; I signed the contract. I'm so thrilled with the Geek Squad installation of my NVR setup and 8 exterior security cameras. The instructional consult was through and I'm basically operating my system and having fun!
