Callaghan and his team at Best Buy did an amazing job with the tech at our home. We got a great TV, TV surround sound system, Ring security system, home sound system, and smart lighting. They were kind, easy to work with, timely and provided excellent communication throughout.

We have worked with Thomas for several years and his assistance and expertise has been invaluable. We recently purchased a washer and dryer from Best Buy and Thomas helped us get a great value and easy delivery and installation.

Our Home Expert was very personable and seemed knowledgeable during the Sales visit. He had assured us that if our WiFi was inadequate for the outdoor home surveillance, the Geek Squad installers would help fix that at their visit. Instead, the installers came and clarified that the visit would need to CANCELLED and rescheduled till we called Fios and upgraded our Wifi. We got that done, but still needed Ring Chime Pros to increase Wifi. Problem is still not completely resolved and we will now need a Wifi Extender and possibly have to schedule another visit (I'm not sure about that). Today, when I called our Home Advisor about that, he texted that he is busy with other orders and unable to get back today. I appreciated his services and help, this constant back and forth with Best Buy is getting nerve-wracking for me as a Senior.

We decided to purchase a new TV with advanced features that allowed viewing anywhere in our family room. We turned to Best Buy as we have in the past because of the service excellence offered by the Geek Squad. As with our past experience, Destinee, our service Tech did not disappoint. She came to our home, listened to our concerns and developed a plan that has worked out for us with 100% satisfaction. Best Buy remains our store of choice for electronics, appliances, and service!

This representative helped us select quality wall oven and stovetop units that would function well and could be installed in our kitchen without modifying cabinets. He identified good alternatives that were reasonably available given current supply shortages. He was accessible and very responsive when I had questions after placing the order and when field measurements and installation were scheduled. There were no surprises in the process. The installations went without any difficulty, inconvenience, or unexpected costs. There were no additional costs needed to install the units the representative helped us select. The products have functioned great, as advertised.

We've been extremely impressed with the elevated customer service at Best Buy especially by their offering of free in-home consultation. My wife and I bought a home that was undergoing several renovation projects and our Best Buy Tech was extremely helpful in visiting our home and explaining the various tech options we have for a frame tv with wireless cable and universal remote options as well as a highly technical installation process. They were very helpful in making our older home a next generation smart home, along with a new security system, and sound system. The responsiveness to visit each homeowner's unique layout and customize the technology to fit their home is a very valuable service to the customer (for Free!).

From our first purchase of a sound bar, Blu-ray DVD player and Fire TV, through our new range, refrigerator and washer/dryer, Michael has provided excellent consultant service. We have fitment problems in a Park Model mobile home, but Michael found a way to meet both our wants and the space restrictions. He is a knowledgeable young man that genuinely wants to help his Best Buy customers. That's why we keep going back.........

After an exciting initial consultation we signed you for TotalTech, but then went through a string of multiple cancellations without notice or communication we began to reconsider. Through the proactive intervention of the installation team, including Maritzia and her installer Josh- our confidence was restored. Josh carefully checked our wall and wire placement, and gave us great advice on installation. Our LG TV, Sonos Sounder and Playstation 5 are now setup and working and the family's having a great time. Thank you Maurizia and Josh!

Danny did a great job. We needed to install 5 tv's in various places. Three downstairs to help make a "man cave," one in our living room and one outside. Danny's experience and honest approach gave us some great ideas. He and the install team were awesome to work with. We are very happy!!!

We purchased 3 new big-screen TVs and opted for delivery and installation. Best experience ever! Mario and Zach were professional and courteous but also personable. Our installs were not the simplest but nothing was an issue. They cleaned up impeccably, even wrapping and zip-tying our old cords. When they left everything was working perfectly - including pre-existing surround sound and video gaming systems. These guys were fantastic!

We needed to purchase a new tv, home theatre, and a wifi network for our new home. Glen was our Geek Squad tech and patiently walked us through every piece of equipment. He didn't just show us their most expensive new equipment. After listening, carefully, to what we wanted to accomplish with our purchase, he demonstrated what would work as a solution for us and demonstrated many options. We needed expert advice for our TV and sound system for our living room. Dustin has been great to deal with. The experience from consult to pre-planning to install was fantastic. His knowledge about the products he recommends is excellent. His patience with us changing our minds on tv size and location in the room must have been frustrating but Dustin not once gave us the impression we were asking too much of him. We are still working on routing cables and power to our new location above the fireplace and he helped us plan that install also. Our TV and Sonos theater setup is awesome! Before you go out and buy what you think you want, get this guy’s expert advice and have the geek squad install. It’s worth it. Thanks Dustin!

We met Chris Collins at the Best Buy- Fry (Katy) store and started talking about projects we had in mind. Chris came out to our house and gave us his advice for our movie room and living room spaces. We decided to go with Chris' recommendations and couldn't be happier. The quality is amazing and we are very satisfied to have those entertainment spaces to enjoy. The technicians which installed the products were also very professional. They were on time, courteous, transparent and very knowledgeable. Our overall experience with the Magnolia team was excellent and we will definitely use them again and also refer them to friends and family for any future projects.

We had a home consultation because we were looking for a camera surveillance system and a smart thermostat with area sensors. Anthony was our Geek Squad consultant and was very professional. He surveyed our house to look at what would work best for us, not only for the systems, but also to see how everything could be easily integrated with the existing wiring and internet in our house. He not only made recommendations, but also was able to find the best price for us during Best Buy’s Black Friday sales. I would highly recommend everyone to make themselves available for this service. It was convenient, a time saver and a cost effective one.

Overall experience was good. From the consultation to the installation. The Best Buy team installed an 83" Sony Bravia television in our family room. They relocated the existing tv from family room to master bedroom. The team from the Paramus NJ Magnolia performed a very neat install.

Two techs from the Magnolia group delivered, installed, and set up my new tv on a wall mount. As always, they were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. My tv was ready to enjoy as soon as they left.
