Travis came out to my house and we confirmed the ceiling speaker wiring configuration. We also took my floor speakers into the Magnolia listening room to A/B them against new speakers and also pair them with new amps. Being able to do that was very helpful. Thank you very much.

Incredibly helpful! We bought a country home, wanted to hang a large screen TV and had no clue what to buy. Taylor Griffin patiently and knowledgeably walked us through the options, listened carefully to our needs, and arranged the installation. The installers were efficient, neat, and friendly. They taught us how to use the remote (remarkably non-intuitive!) and gave us time to practice and learn. We were so impressed, we asked Taylor to help us choose a similar TV in our main residence. The installers there were similarly friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thank you all for your help. We're certainly going to come back to Best Buy for our electronics!

The Geek Squad came out the house to install a home theater and mesh router. It was completed quickly and efficiently. These guys really know what they're doing. I don't know of any other place that still provides this kind of service.

I had an excellent experience working with John Bloechl. He helped us find the right home video solution for each of my parents that addressed their specific preferences. Highly recommended.

Alex has provided us an experience we were not expecting from Best Buy. We have used the geek squad before, but never had a in home consultant come in, go through everything and then help us maximize what we wanted within our budget. He gave us extremely valuable opinions and took measurements of everything to ensure we had the best set up for our basement. Extremely pleased with the customer service that Alex provided barely touches how completely satisfied and thrilled we are with our in home set up and systems. Alex even saved us some money after the fact when things went on sale. I would highly recommend Alex and Best Buy for your entire in home theater shopping and set up experience.

Initially, I planned on buying some appliances from the Best Buy outlet. After I didn’t find what I wanted, I went in the regular Best Buy and met Marvin. Marvin was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about washers and dryers, particularly and he also provided some feedback regarding a package adding a dishwasher. His suggestions lead to meet upgrading my appliances to a higher quality product. I am most pleased with my purchases.

Connor was excellent. Came to the house. Made some great suggestions. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Could not be happier. Also, side shout out to install crew who were also awesome. The whole transaction really felt like first class service and my home systems are fantastic.

Michael was very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and accommodating. What started as the purchase of a fridge turned into the refit of an entire kitchen following a flood incident, and Michael rescheduled the fridge and held back delivery of the other appliances until we sorted the house insurance and the new kitchen was finally installed. We would certainly ask Michael to fit out any future kitchen project, preferably not initiated by a flood!

Hamid was patient and knowledgeable and assisted us in every aspect of our purchase. He did not pressure us in anyway to make a decision and welcomed our many questions. We understood what we’re purchasing and why which was very helpful in the complicated world of modern electronics.

Scott did a great job of setting up the appointment and Josh and Mike had everything they needed (including skill) to get our home theater going

I had a great experience with the home expert consultation program. My advisor, Eu-John, came up with a solution and plan for implementing while still allowing for my personal preferences. He had a vast knowledge of the various technologies and products that would work best for my project and made sure everything worked together and according to my wants. In addition, I was very pleased with my installers (Troy and Sean). Both really knew their stuff, answered any questions I had and were able to come up with expert solutions for the few unexpected curve balls that tend to pop up in large projects like this one. Highly Recommended!

Manny Rodriguez is a paragon of a sales consultant. From the moment he started helping my son and I to look for kitchen equipment, he gained our trust with his ample knowledge of appliances. I have always relied on Casey Q for advise and installation of TV and sound bars . His follow up , personality and knowledge make him an amazing source of what works best for a specific application . He answers the phone whenever i have technical issues as well. The Best !!

Brian was a fantastic resource for my complex order. With the pandemic we ordered our appliances for our new house months ahead of time to ensure we had them when we needed them. Brian was invaluable at keeping track of them and coordinating their installation. The only negative experience was related to the installation of my appliances. Exceptionally rude people, missed delivery dates, delivering to the wrong address, incorrect hardware, etc. Nearly every possible failure you could have with a delivery and installation process, we experienced. Certainly not Brian's fault, but made my experience dealing with him stand in stark contrast to my overall opinion of the process.

We were building a new patio in our yard and wanted advice on video and audio options. Jonathan came out on time, and was very thorough in walking me through the pros and cons. I purchased an outdoor rated tv, bracket and sound bar and used the Geek Squad to install. He managed all of the details and followed up with the shipping company when the cover was delayed. I emailed him a question at night on Memorial Day, and he called me within 5 minutes. THAT is service. I wouldn't use any other method of acquiring the products. I did spot check the price and they were lower than anything I saw. As if the white glove service wasn't enough, he actually saved me money.

Brian Davis is the kind of person that gives you total confidence in Best Buy, He's extremely knowledgeable and wants to do right by his customers. It's not about making the biggest sale, it's about creating a longterm relationship built on trust and expertise. He's friendly, smart and was able to accomplish our goals and work with us to make it as easy as possible. He went out of his way to help in any area he could and spent as much time as we needed on every conversation and exchange. He was easy to reach and made sure to communicate with us and keep us up to date on everything. He is an asset to BestBuy and I have already recommended him to a couple of people in the Ann Arbor area.
